I come to this location every morning and overall I have nothing but good things to say. Since I am a regular most of the time I don't even have to ask for specifics- straws with my drinks ect , as they remember which I really do appreciate . I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 simply due to the parking lot and configuration, because it is located on such a busy street and it truly is in such a good location the line backs up quickly and easily and bc of the way the parking lot is shaped it makes it hard to get out when the line from the drive thru becomes long . Also parking is very limited and it's risky to park due to getting blocked in from the drive thru . read more

This location is the worst Starbucks in any state I have ever visited. My dad goes to this location daily and gets a bone dry cappuccino and 75% of the time or more, they cannot make it extra dry. Instead of saying so, they will hand him a drink that is as heavy as a latte. There is 1 barista in the evenings that he can count on making his drink correctly. Fortunately, he will drink the incorrect drink because he also doesn't mind just a cappuccino but he would much prefer it be bone dry, hence why he orders it that way. They also are 50/50 when it comes to making a caramel macchiato. Today, my drink has 0 caramel in it. The barista making it clearly forgot to add to caramel flavor entirely which happens more than you imagine. So this is coffee with steamed milk on top but we were charged for a caramel macchiato. Because this is the location closest to us in Friendswood, and we'd prefer to be able to go to the Starbucks closest to us, we thought to combat this issue we would start asking for extra caramel but they clearly do not read the stickers they put on the cup because yet again for maybe the 5th time this month, they didn't put ANY caramel syrup or drizzle. They are also guilty of not filling your cup even remotely close to full. Im not sure what happens but it seems like they get multiple latte orders and they just try to kill 2 birds with one stone by trying to fill two drinks when they don't have enough to do so in one take. The people there are ok but it is truly frustrating to continue dealing with the terrible drinks. Please train your employees to pay attention to what you are doing. Anytime we are in Webster, Pearland or when I am traveling for business, I have never once needed a place to remake a drink. Truly tired of this location's mess ups especially when their only solution is to have you come back for another drink (which they will likely mess up). read more

This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever tried to get coffee from. The last THREE times I have placed an order, it tells me to expect it in 4-7 minutes. Each of the last two times it's taken 20+. This last time, I had to leave without my coffee because my wait time was going to make me 15 minutes late to my appointment. I am DONE ordering coffee from this place. Not only did I not get my coffee, they can't refund me because it was an online order. So all I got was a, "Sorry...." Unbelievable. Evrytime I come here I have an issue. they don't listen how to make my drink and I always have to give it back and they still don't listen. This is my go to Starbucks! It's convenient, close by, quick service, and friendly staff. This location is a great study spot, as it has plenty of tables and outlets. That or ordering a mobile order through the Starbucks app is always fast and comes out accurate at this location. I also like that the staff is very knowledgeable about their drinks, they are great at recommendations if you don't know what you want. Lately my favorite drink has been the new Starbucks iced vanilla bean coconut milk latte as it has good flavor yet it's not too sweet. Or for a quick snack I recommend their double smoked bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. If you're in the Friendswood area, you'll probably catch me studying or getting work done here. One of my favorite Starbucks locations simply b/c all the baristas are always super nice & easygoing. If you have an error in your order or need a new recommendation, they're always flexible to help you. Decent amount of spots to study. If you need an outlet, be sure to sit somewhere alongside a wall. Their center & floor outlets don't work. This place can get super busy. Would not recommend drive thru during prime hours (morning, lunchtime, post-work). Don't park in front of the store or else your car will be trapped in between the drive-thru line (I like parking in the slots at the complex across the store). I always order via Mobile To-Go and the estimated preparation time is super accurate. Location also has clean bathrooms, super strong A/C, and a good atmosphere. This is one of the kinder Starbucks, and I feel like management did a great job choosing the staff/employees. read more

This isnt an overall Starbucks Review but just a drink Review. So i usually get an Iced Chai Tea but this time i decided to try the Dragon Fruit Tea. I was expecting something very differnt from what i got. A lot of people that i know have never tried a dragon fruit before but i know if they tried this drink before trying the fruit they wouldnt like it and would never try the fruit. The flavor of the Tea is Unique and is an acquired taste. I had to take a few sips to decide that i liked it but would not get it again. They made my drink wrong text and the overall experience was just poor. The counter top was dirty and the water tasted bad. This is the absolute worst Starbucks in existence. if inept staff manages to wait on you in less than a snail's pace, they seldom are able to get the order straight. Today they have hit perfection. they managed to mess up my order for the third straight time. it befuddles me how they can screw up a "no foam, no room latte" and serve a drink that is light on substance (at less 1/2 to 3:4 inches from the suggested drink level with an additional inch of foam. This was in spite of the label correctly stating my order. It would be easy to assume that the barista has a visual disorder or is unable to read, but the sad reality is that the crew at this Starbucks just does not care about the quality of the product they so gleefully mangle. Complaints to regional and corporate offices go unanswered, by the way. I have tired of repeatedly getting the disinterested and often surly staff to correct their mistake. The coffee here is fairly good. A bit over priced and often the taste is not consistent. The staff is friendly and will gladly remake your drink if you're not satisfied. The facility is clean and a nice place to meet with friends and relax. read more
