With only one bathroom in the unit, I needed it addressed immediately. I called Rooter Guy Plumbing at 9:00 am and spoke with Alex, who was professional, responsive, and gave me a clear estimate along with a service window between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. To my surprise (and my tenant's relief), Alex called back shortly after and said a technician could arrive even earlier--by 10:30 am. The team arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even recorded a video to show me what was going on. They also offered recommendations for long-term solutions and provided a follow-up estimate--all very helpful, especially since I live out of state in Las Vegas. Highly, highly, highly recommend this plumbing company because they are reliable, honest, fast, quiet, clean, and care about their quality in the work they do. I've hired multiple plumbing companies over the past 15 years and experienced loud noises of tools being banged around and tossed. And then left with a filty dirty, muddy mess to clean up afterwards. Some even refused to wear booty covers over their boots. It was truly a disgusting experience and my least favorite having them enter my home with dirty boots on. Not today! There were two men that came out to assist today with the leaky faucet and changed the old faucet to a brand new one and even cleaned the area that they worked in and also cleaned out the pipes. They wore the booty boot covers with no issue and kept not only my home clean but also the area they worked on, and this meant a lot to me. I am so grateful that they took the time to be delicate and efficient with the work space. I was not overly charged with a high price. I was charged fair and reasonable and am thankful that as a customer was not taken advantage of by being over charged. Because there were two they worked so efficient that this was done so quick and also without noise. The response time was quick and I was able to have someone assist me within the same day that I called. I appreciate the response time and for the honesty because I've had other not provide an exact time and then not show up or state they would need to follow up the next day. Horrible start to the day and luckily Yelp helped find me the exact plumbing company I needed in my life! I couldn't wait to write this review because I love nothing more than using a new company and getting impeccable service. So grateful for Erick Jr. getting back to me so promptly and working with me on cost and sending someone within an hour of my inquiry on Thanksgiving Day. Erick Sr. and his partner showed up exactly at 9am as promised. Erick Sr asked a few questions and gave me play by play what he's going to do to clear the problem and walk me through what he sees on the camera for bigger obstructions that might require a future visit to clear permanently. The service was hydro jetting my main pipe/line and they hydro jetted through a lot of roots and determined a small crack in the pipe from my house to the main city connector. I've felt with root issues for 20 years. This is a 55 year old house and roots have grown out of areas you least suspect so I was expecting to hear about a cracked pipe but we agreed it wasn't too bad for how old the house is. They hydro jetted twice and used the camera 3 times to be sure the obstructions were cleared. I've never seen a more professional, well understood assignment and resolved so quickly while still taking their time to be sure the work was done successfully all at the same time. Thank you Erick Jr and Erick Sr. I will be using you as my personal plumbing company from now on and will refer you to many. Thank you for keeping cost down as well especially on a holiday. I can't say enough about these guys…read more As far as I know, they don't do appliance work, so their few negative Yelp reviews must be mistaken. My prior plumber was charging me $450 for a hydrojet. These guys charged $250. Our clay mainline was cracked, so we needed to call a rooter periodically to clear the roots that would grow into it. After their work, our mainline was free of roots for about nine months, so they clearly did a thorough job. During this latest visit, however, Alex showed me how the mainline was deteriorating, so after performing another hydrojet, we decided he'd come back to re-pipe it. All Clear does work for the city, so they're equipped with industrial-grade tools and equipment. They were able to dig two holes in the ground and use a machine to run a new pipe through the old one. They arrived early, finished in a few hours! Also, they charged me a small fraction of what another plumber quoted! Without the equipment, it's a job that would have taken days and torn up my yard. I could go on and on... they're that good!

I think they went beyond a simple unclogging and repaired what needed to be done. The staff is great, be they on the phone or at the house. They don't leave a mess for me to clean up. I found them to be professional, clean and nice. They also have such a cute truck and their employees have company shirts.

Long overdue review for John's Plumbing and Drain Services!…read more I meant to write this review back in July, but I'm finally getting the chance because John and his team absolutely deserve the recognition. We originally found John's Plumbing and Drain Services through Yelp, and after double-checking their reviews on Google, we decided to give them a call. I'm very glad we did! From beginning to end, everyone was responsive, patient, attentive, professional, and hardworking. John, the owner, Anna, the office manager, and Aric, one of their main technicians, each took the time to assess our water heater situation, answer our questions, provide quotes, and explain their recommendations without making us feel pressured. They let us know that, in addition to replacing our water heater, our home needed a new pressure regulator since ours was over 30 years old. They also explained that we were missing an expansion tank and discussed adding a sediment trap for the new water heater. They clearly explained what was necessary and what was optional and gave us very reasonable and affordable pricing compared with other plumbing companies in our area. Aric came first thing in the morning to drain our old water heater and also started work on replacing our old pressure regulator. He was very fast, diligent, and professional. Anna was also wonderful throughout the entire process. She contacted me every step of the way. She was extremely patient and helpful with our requests and even provided us with a handwritten, itemized receipt. Having such an attentive and hands-on office manager made the whole experience that much easier. John went above and beyond for us. Our old water heater was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and he personally went with us to Home Depot to help transport and exchange the old water heater for the replacement. That level of service and willingness to help really stood out to us. I also have to say their cost for this round trip service was more affordable. The other plumbing company was charging us just for 1 way $150. Which was way too expensive. John's Plumbing & Drain Services charged us round trip $160 which was way more reasonable pricing. John then completed the installation of the new water heater, added the expansion tank and sediment trap, and did a very clean and professional job making sure the water heater was properly secured for earthquake safety. After the installation, John also informed my mom that they provide a warranty on their services, which gave us even more peace of mind. My dad normally doesn't like others to do repairs for him but my mom and i told him he's 82 now he needs to rest & let us hire a professional. Since we know my dad is very particular about how things are done. When my dad checked the water heater for apt #1. My dad even gave John and Aric two thumbs up and had nothing but positive things to say about the quality of their work -- and that says a lot! It's hard to find a company where you feel taken care of by everyone, from the owner of the company, to the office manager & to the technicians. John's Plumbing and Drain Services is definitely one of the best plumbing companies in our area. There ended up being a follow up appointment, which he was very transparent about, to replace an old cast iron pipe that was visibly leaking and cracked, among other things, to which we were given a camera footage. 1 thing I was admittedly wary about in hindsight is that I didn't receive an invoice before the work actually began. Despite that, I found John was very helpful and polite, and his work looked clean and thorough. Even though there is still a deeper plumbing issue that we were shown would likely need work, for now I will say I have been pleased with their help and service.
