The team arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and even recorded a video to show me what was going on. I have posted the before and after pictures because I wanted to share the care and quality of their work. Highly, highly, highly recommend this plumbing company because they are reliable, honest, fast, quiet, clean, and care about their quality in the work they do. I've hired multiple plumbing companies over the past 15 years and experienced loud noises of tools being banged around and tossed. And then left with a filty dirty, muddy mess to clean up afterwards. Some even refused to wear booty covers over their boots. It was truly a disgusting experience and my least favorite having them enter my home with dirty boots on. Not today! There were two men that came out to assist today with the leaky faucet and changed the old faucet to a brand new one and even cleaned the area that they worked in and also cleaned out the pipes. They wore the booty boot covers with no issue and kept not only my home clean but also the area they worked on, and this meant a lot to me. I am so grateful that they took the time to be delicate and efficient with the work space. I was not overly charged with a high price. I was charged fair and reasonable and am thankful that as a customer was not taken advantage of by being over charged. Because there were two they worked so efficient that this was done so quick and also without noise. The response time was quick and I was able to have someone assist me within the same day that I called. I appreciate the response time and for the honesty because I've had other not provide an exact time and then not show up or state they would need to follow up the next day. These guys were fantastic! Alex was able to give me a very fair quote after I sent him a pic of the garbage disposal that needed replacing. Emil arrived a few hours later and I was blown away by his honesty and how knowledgeable he was. He noticed that the replacement garbage disposal had a defect so he took the time to go get another one to make sure the replacement was of good quality. I had called another company earlier that day and when the technician arrived, he was trying to take advantage and quoted a price more than double of what Alex quoted! Had tub, toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink backing up. Joe and another guy came to do the job. They ran all the faucets at same time and ran the snake until tub drained, but toilet wasn't flushing right. Joe thought it might need hydro jet, but they ran the snake a second time and everything went through. These guys are great! They didn't give up until they got it done right. read more

Joe at Rooter Guy Plumbing is someone you should consider! I was assigned to this team by my Home Warranty Company who was awful. Joe jumped through so many hoops and cut through so much red tape to make for a successful outcome to me the end client. If you are looking for someone who is patient and considerate of your time, these are the guys you want. He bent over backwards to have somone on his team come out to my property the same day. Other companies wanted to schedule me 10 days later. For as much time he spent dealing with the incompetent people at the warranty company, i would give him 10 stars if possible. Which in itself is amazing - very honest and clear assessment that we might get away "cheap". But with discussion - no pressure at all - I decided to replace a very old toilet and open our ceiling below to assure myself that we had handled fully the situation without requiring return visits. The tenant had no hot water and Zack was willing to complete the job late into the evening to make sure they had hot water. After a year later of the new installation of the tankless water heater we never had a problem with the hot water. Called Zack out again, the main line was clogged during the rain, and he went the extra mile to clear the drain from tree roots and cleaned all the back up that was left on the ground. He was very kind and said that if we replaced it, he'd go pick up the new heater and install it same day. And he did! Same one as we had, but brand new. RUDE!!!!!!! If I could give this guy zero stars I would. He was contracted to come look at a drain problem by my home warranty company. They gave me his name and said he would contact me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment. When he never called I reached out to him. He only asked where I live. I had barely spoken the city when he gruffly told me "I turned that job down 2 days ago." I asked him why he didn't call to advise me of that, he grunted "I don't have your information." We had sewage backup flow into the shower and tub after flushing toilet and in the middle of laundry on a Saturday. I contacted three plumbers, but the BEST is the one I hired: Rooter Guy. I spoke with Joe on the phone and explained my situation. Joe was quick to make an appointment to have one of his guys, Emil, come out and check out the problem on Tuesday. I told Emil that another plumber had come the day before (Monday) and ran a snake thru 25 feet of pipe only to learn it should have been 75 feet! Emil ran a snake, but it broke inside the pipe! However, Emil noted there was an obstruction that was more serious than originally diagnosed and offered to flush the pipe called Hydrojetting. Ok. Once the pipe was flushed, a camera was inserted, and the culprit was tree roots! Inside of the pipe looked like a forest and repairs were absolutely necessary. Emil called Joe at headquarters and after discussion, it was advised that a fiberglass liner be inserted into the main pipeline from the lawn to the city sewer. The project would take all day, so Emil and I agreed that Thursday would be the day. Thursday morning, the crew were ready for action! After several hours of digging down over 7 feet into the ground, the tree rooted pipe was replaced with a new section of pipe and over 45 feet of new liner was inserted to reinforce the sewage pipeline. All of this plumbing work was completed in one day! The workers were diligent, quick and efficient for which I am completely grateful. At one time of the day, SIX men were working on my damaged pipe so I could not lose more than a day of water usage. My lawn went from dirt piles here and there to practically the same as new. (I only had one issue and that was the old pipes and junk was dumped into my black barrel and not placed into garbage bags first, then dumped into the trash barrel). The price offered for the work was reasonable considering how much had to be one in a single day and I saw how hard the men worked and how they persevered to get the job done safely and accurately. I'm a satisfied customer of Rooter Guy and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy and reliable plumber. read more
