The quality of the work has warranted the low rating. They did not order the correct quantity of carpet to begin with, which meant two occasions for installation. But I do understand mistakes can happen. However, I now see that should have been a flag. After less than 6 months, there are multiple very visible seams in several locations. The worst being in the middle of a hallway - a major area of the house. I had never ever seen a seam in any carpet ever before, any where, so it was strange and somewhat shocking. They did respond and schedule to fix it in a timely manner. However, after spending 3 hours to supposedly fix the issues, a week later, the seams are just as bad. This has colored the whole experience to be extremely disappointing and I would not recommend them. At least not for carpeting.

Spent $9K in Dec 2022 for the new carpet, replacing 25 yr old builder grade carpet which had withstood a family of 4 for all those years, 2 kids from newborn to college, and multiple pets. This new carpet in 2 yrs looks worse than the 25 yr old carpet. It's matted, has stains (from what?? it's just me here now, no kids, no dogs, I don't wear shoes in the house.. ). I'm 100% disappointed in this awful carpet and will never purchase carpet from them again. Worst carpet I've ever purchased. The buying experience wasn't much better. I felt as if Ron was pushing hard for the sale and didn't care about much else, just the bottom line: the sale. That was all he seemed to care about, and unfortunately the installers were even worse. Neither seemed to want to be there and wanted to put in the least possible effort and then get outta there. Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
