    We can't be more happier with the service we received after a year of install of the RO and soft waterloop systems. We had a service call put in and the turn around time and having the experts address the issue has been amazing. The two Jason's (Jason Sykes and Jason Vasquez) that helped us were super amazing. Have everything checked and also even just make sure everything is working properly after a year. Tested our water - making sure theres no leaks. Inspector Gadget and Spiderman you guys are amazing. TOP QUALITY SERVICE and truly feel like we are in good hands.

    They are horrible. Made a flood in my laundry room and office. Didn't help clean up. Took almost 2 months to remove their products.

We did this because having experience as a delivery driver i would make sure to look around the door to make sure I respected the homeowner. Paul C. did not do that. He FORCED the flyer under my door and damaged the seal. Of course mad, I called the number and spoke with a very "professional" Michelle. First, when handling calls in a business, all calls should be recorded from the beginning for quality assurance. I told Michelle that the person who left a flyer damaged my door and it needs to be addressed. She said that the corporate lawyers don't care about that because it could of been anybody. Good thing I have a camera. She then told me it still didn't matter because it needs to be clear. After going in yelp, I doubt this company has corporate lawyers but I digress. As she is speaking about her past experience with flyers and that it's basically not their fault for the damages, I let her speak as how conversations should go. As soon as I try to say my part or even attempt to speak, she cuts me off every chance she gets. Great customer service. After a few minutes I told her I didn't care and that I still want to pursue on getting reimbursed for damages. She then says, I will have to start recording the call for quality assurance. Which doesn't make sense because the whole call should be recorded for assurance not just when it's convenient to you. Nonetheless I told her that I would like a call from the owner because she was unwilling to fix my issue. Also, she kept saying she was just the call service agent for the weekend. Which is funny because as soon as I said I want to speak to a supervisor she magically became a supervisor. After a few more minutes of be trying to talk and her cutting me off, I told her I would prefer a call from the owner to get this resolved. Which again, after looking at this businesses yelp, the owner on here is Michelle and the person I spoke to is... Michelle. She got my info for the other owner or for herself not to sure (which I'm assuming I'm not gonna get a callback cause she's the owner lol) she asked me who the person was that left the flyer. I told her Paul C. And she said and I quote "that makes a lot of sense! Not to sound rude but he's fairly new". I don't think Michelle fact checks because in another yelp review (1 star) she says Paul is a seasoned employee. Overall, the product might be great but the customer service is trash and the inability in their employees to have observation for homeowners hard earned property is disrespectful and unprofessional. If Michelle is the owner or just the agent on the weekends, you should consider a different profession than talking to people the way you do. I look forward to her response on this review and just ignoring the issue and just responding to defend herself. (Literally every bad review on this business). Thanks.

We met with Drew who explained the different Tiers and filtration for each. He was very personal sharing his experience with the water here in Las Vegas and his hobby with salt water fish/corals. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions we had in regard the type of water needed for our aquatic hobby and our other animals. I didn't get the installer's name but my husband was very impressed with his efficiency and mastery in his skill. The company as a whole was very professional. They got the installer to come out within hours of meeting with Drew. The process was smooth and simple. The price was reasonable and affordable especially for all that you get. We are thoroughly enjoying our new system. No need for lotion or conditioner, the water makes everything smooth and silky. Our reverse osmosis system with the minerals and electrolytes is perfect! He apologized for my first interaction with the company that led me to my original review. He assured me that he would work with me on the pricing for the service call. Sid spoke to me like a real human being and a friend, providing great customer service and followed through with everything that he had promised. Daniel came out and filled and flushed the salt tank and ran the regen. Then he replaced the under sink drinking water filters, all while explaining everything to me. Thanks to Sid and Danial, they have earned a lifetime customer.
