We picked this particular location because of the fact that they're open on Sunday's... yes you read that correctly!! From the moment we stepped in the door we were loving it, it's all very new & modern plus extremely clean! The tech seen us immediately once entering the exam room & she was as sweet as could be. They did some blood work on Stella & shortly after Dr. Rachel Tilley entered & she was as sweet & thorough as the vet tech. The Dr let us know that Stella is overdue for a dental exam & cleaning, not cheap but we'll save 20% from the premium vet package that we got for Stella. It's roughly $750 a year for unlimited visits plus certain vaccines & blood work all inclusive, then on top of that a nice 10% or 20% off certain procedures! If you stack all that on top of your pet having health insurance then you'll definitely be saving money! Love this concept & we're never looking back @ a traditional veterinary clinic plus as a bonus there's a complimentary coffee station for while you're waiting!

Then I come in for a check up and this time it's ring worm. This costed me about 400 and I was there for 2 hours again. When I finally folded and said I'd join the plan I heard the vets celebrating in the next room. This whole thing seems like a scam where they over book, over price, and I think this last visit was truly ridiculous. One more thing I want to mention is they got the diagnosis for my cats wrong for the first time even though they did the same exact test both times. I can't understand how they didn't know it was ring worm cause now my entire house is exposed for about 2 weeks.

I just want to give a huge thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond for my baby…read moreAkira! I can't thank them enough for prioritizing her health and our feelings as pet parents. It was a rough week battling parvovirus, but we took things day by day with their detailed instructions. She is now back to her silly and vibrant self. Like any first time dog parent, I didn't have pet insurance or the guidance to know what to do in such a scary moment. Time was crunching and my baby Akira needed care ASAP. AZPetVet understood the urgency of my puppy's needs and got her in immediately. At this point I had called about 8 vets and was about to drive 5 hours up north to see a vet on the reservation. Each place I called understood the urgency but wasn't able to accommodate us. AZPetVet immediately conquered all as they were able to set up a payment plan through a third party company which allows us to make interest-fee payments every month. You do have to put down 20% the day of the visit, but it's much better than paying in full. I also appreciated how AZPetVet routinely called us to make sure Akira was doing well and answered any questions I had. Thanks to AZPetVet, I got to celebrate Akira's first birthday (despite her being sick) and now we get furr-ever with her! Thank you AZPetVet for all you do!!!

I was a loyal customer at Goodyear Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Unfortunately, since Lovet…read moretook over, my experience has steadily declined. About a year ago, my dog tore her ACL (I believe it's called a CCL in dogs). We were referred to the Glendale location for surgery. While preparing for the procedure, they mentioned she was coming up on her rabies vaccine. She had always been on the 3-year rabies schedule and was around 8 years old at the time. They offered to administer the vaccine during surgery, and given that my focus was on getting her through the operation, I agreed without hesitation. Fast forward to now, I received an email stating her rabies vaccine was due. That didn't make sense since she has consistently been on the 3-year vaccine. When I stopped by to pick up Zoee's medication, the front desk staff acknowledged it appeared to be the same dosage and said they would message the vet to see if the record could simply be corrected to reflect the 3-year vaccine. Less than an hour later, a vet tech called and told me Zoee would need to come in for another rabies shot regardless. I explained the situation, but was told it didn't matter. After going back and forth, I said I would bring her in, but I did not feel I should have to pay an exam fee for what appears to be a documentation error on their end. I even asked for a veterinarian to call me directly to discuss it, but no one ever did. It's disappointing after being a customer for over a decade to feel like concerns are dismissed and that the focus is more on fees than accountability or communication. Based on my recent experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before bringing their pets here.

Most were either closed or not taking walk-ins. The Complete Pet Animal Hospital immediately stood out for their amazing customer service. Even though they were fully booked, they still managed to fit her in within the hour, which was so appreciated. As soon as I made the appointment, my sister-in-law dropped everything, left work, and took her fur baby right away. My sister-in-law couldn't stop raving about the experience. She said Isa and Hanah at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Cruz was absolutely the best...kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals.

Long-time customer here (4-5 years), which is why this experience was so disappointing…read more Earlier this year, my account received a credit for boarding services because my girlfriend was working for the company. That credit remained on the account and was later used toward additional services. Recently, I scheduled a $300+ vet appointment expecting to use the remaining credit. Only after those services were completed was I informed that the remaining credit balance had been removed due to an internal employee discount eligibility issue tied to my girlfriend's former employment. The issue isn't the policy--it's how it was handled. The credit was applied, left on the account, and then reversed after services were already rendered, without any prior notice. I relied on the balance when scheduling services and was unexpectedly charged out of pocket. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, including requesting that it be reviewed by the owner. Despite that, the decision was upheld at the owner level though I did not receive a direct response. All responses continued to come through management. Early in my dispute, I had a phone conversation with Kelly, during which she stated that they "didn't feel [they] needed to give the courtesy of notice" because my girlfriend "didn't have the courtesy to give notice" when leaving her role. When I said "that's between you and my girlfriend", Kelly replied, "Actually, that's between you and your girlfriend". That interaction was concerning, especially given that this situation affected me as a long-time customer. It was particularly concerning that a customer account was affected based on an internal employment-related issue. Unfortunately, this has made it difficult to trust their handling and communication of billing practices going forward, and I am already taking my business elsewhere. I couldn't give 1 star since the vets are actually really great as is the front desk staff. I just cannot continue to support a business with such a management style.

I am the mama of Chocolate Muffin Dog…read more That's what we heard them calling our 6-year old cavapoo after they whisked her away. Somebody said, "Chocolate Muffin Dog is here." It had been just too much temptation. A Costco treat was on a table, at her eye level. My daughter's stepsister returned to find a wrapper, nothing more. We called our vet down in the West Valley to find out how serious it might be for our girl to have consumed a 1/3 lb dark chocolate chip dessert masquerading as a breakfast item. They asked casual questions, put us on hold, then casually said they were booked and to try the ER down the street. No assistance offered to tell the ER we had an urgent situation, so we still weren't sure that we did. If you live up in these Estrella hills, you know that everything is a half hour away. Cavapoo was showing no signs of anything but a sugar high at this point, had an extra pep in her step. But, we decided that if the vet at least thought she should get checked, we should get her in as fast as we could. I remembered that there's an animal hospital down the street. We called and the sense of urgency was immediately evident. The intake staffer asked her weight and then said she wasn't going to ask patient information because time was of the essence. She told us to get down there immediately. Chocolate Muffin Dog bounded in to greet everyone, and was whisked in the back. We were given constant updates on her care and then taken into an exam room to wait. To our relief, they were able to get her to cough it all up before it absorbed into her system. Sent her home high and loopy on an opioid, We are grateful to realize we have a little hospital that we, hopefully, won't have to rush Chocolate Muffin Dog to again.
