Food is good! Customer service is terrible at the front desk. However I think they deal with a lot of bs in this part of town. Couldn't even get a cup of water because of the degenerates who take advantage and use it for soda. Just don't like being treated like a degenerate that's all. read more

The food is OK. Placing an order over the phone it's a odyssey half the time the phone is busy or they have phone screening feature turned on their phone, it's a business why would they do that? Then the most difficult thing to do is place an order with the one person that always answers the phone, her English needs a lot of work half the time does not seem to understand what is being said or reverses what you just said E.G. No rice, double beans repeats instead no beans double rice. The last time I called and she answered she said wait a moment and did no place the line on hold instead placed the phone headset down for me to listening to the interactions with walk in customers, waited over 15 minutes and never came back on the line to take my order so I gave up buying anything from this restaurant. I hope the people that care about this business read these reviews and heed their customer's after all they should be humble that people want to order food from their restaurant and when someone gives up because they can't even place an order you are loosing money. read more

I like the fact that it's is 24 hours the staff is not mean but they are also not nice. The attitude was nothing that would make me wanna go back again. The food was not the best, we got two bean and cheese burritos for almost $8 each and the cheese was not fully melted. I also think that's pricey for a burrito without any protein. Been coming here for years, always good food with great pricing and service. The food came out pretty quick and it was hot, tasty and big portioned. The salsa bar was filled to the brim with the sauces. I must have got there at the perfect time. I prefer this location over the one on Decatur. Just IMO. read more

It just comes with meat, rice, beans, and what not many places seem to be able to master... cilantro and onions! It's literally the two items that cause me to take this excessive drive. Other places have overly large chunks, and it's just too much. The burritos and tacos remind me of a small red and white taco stand l used to get on civic center and lake mead but it's been gone for decades. This place used to be Pepe's Tacos and they changed the name a while ago but I've tried it before and still felt like Pepe's Tacos quality. Decided to try it again and was very disappointed in the quality and taste of the food and the prices! We ordered 3 burritos, two asada and a California burrito, and a soft taco plate, that's say rice and beans but only came with beans and chips. We ordered 3 Mexican cokes and 1 medium drink. Our total was $75!! I couldn't understand why so much, then I realized they charge $5 for a Mexican coke! Are you kidding me! The meat tasted old, salty and chewy. It tastes as though the meat had been there and they tried to add more seasoning to try and re sell it. The beans were dry and the chips were stale. Thieves!!! I made it pick up order when I arrive. The lady said that somebody would've with my order on their cell phone. She had just picked it up. She even switched my burrito to a California burrito. I told was impossible that I made the order for pick up I'm done with the order with the number. How can it happen, she shred her shoulders.
