We did not make an appointment but dropped our car off; the waiting room was almost packed. We ran errands and returned in about half an hour and our "testing" was almost complete. We used a coupon from the All Pro Smog website and paid an amazingly low price for the test and certificate. The shop sends electronic notice of your Temporary certificate to DMV; the temporary certificate is valid for 90 days. They are professional, experienced, efficient, and very easy to work with. We will be returning when our next family vehicle's "Smog Check" is due. They also sell tires, a handsome vast array of wheels, and they do repairs. They also do Mobile Clean Truck Check inspection service: "we come to you! Call: (209) 478-7664." Nice cleaning waiting room with lots of seating and a large TV. They do alignments which is a huge plus. I was very happy with the service. So, 3yrs later when our lifted Tahoe was repaired after years of sitting in driveway inoperable, I had Triple A tow from Elk Grove to here for all new tires, balance and alignment. I took my BMW here and got some tires out on no problem no issue I thought. It was when I needed to get my breaks changed about 3months later nobody can get my damn lug nuts off. I've broken socket after socket and still can't get it off because the impact gunned it to the max, so I take it back to them to get it off and the break their own socket on it. But he goes thru and loosen 2 off them the he says let's go inside cause he has to charge me for the socket which I didn't care cause the problem will be solved and nope I was wrong I get home to take the tire off they only loosened 3.......moral of the story is these cats either don't know what they are doing or know what they are doing and if they know don't bring your car here. The owner is the only cat that talks English real proper.
