When my man told him we didn't take anything, the worker just stayed confrontational. I finally asked, "Are you accusing us of something?" and he actually looked us in the eye and said, "Yes." An older manager simultaneously came out to tell the employee it was a mistake and that it was the other person who tripped the alarm, but the damage was done.
