Disclaimer I am from New York, so we know good food, especially good Italian food. When I got home it was still warm but the bread was completely soggy. Strike 1. Ordered for the first time and had it delivered to my work place. Everything looked amazing, packaged neatly, and delivered promptly. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes and they were fluffy, tasty, and ginormous. Others had the breakfast platters and their portions were huge and definitely seasoned well. I ordered delivery on Friday for ziti with meatballs for myself and a large antipasto salad for my husband. I was so glad to hear the background was busy and they were taking in an abundance of calls. Businesses need us right now and it seems West haven has responded in droves. From their Facebook page I knew they deliver to West haven with a $10 minimum. I easily hit that mark with my order. I was told it would be about half an hour and it arrived around that time frame. We just tried this deli today under new management and totally remodeled. The bagels were extraordinary. Delicious and then some. This is a place with case salads and sandwiches. Many flavors of cream cheese and baked goods. There is a coffee bar and case drinks. I was told they were also going to have soft serve ice cream in the future!
