The Dutch Bros here is incredible! I got the palm beach tea (I think that's what it was called) with black tea as a base and it was amazing! Simply put, I've never had a tea so good. My sister however, had a drink called the astronaut or something like that and it didn't taste very good at all. I would not recommend that flavor. Everyone here has an awesome personality! Be prepared to wait. This delicious drink house is busy! They will walk up to your car and get your order and take payment on the spot. (They will ask for a tip). By the time you get to the front, your coffee is ready. So many drinks to choose from. Don't forget to ask for a straw, they are reluctant to give these out with cold drinks. Fun place with loads of variety and it's open late. We love love this place! read more

Super cool business model! I thought the drive-thru only situation would mean that we'd just get a quick, impersonal experience. I was right about it being quick but wrong about the latter assumption! They have friendly humans walk up to your car to take orders from an iPad so that you don't have to do any awkward leaning to reach the intercom or be confused trying to decipher a muffled anonymous voice on the other end. My partner loved his coffee and I had an refreshing and delicious tea blend. There are tons of creative drinks on the menu that we will be sure to try out next time we visit a city with a Dutch Bros! read more

Good coffee but this is the slowest Dutch bros I've ever been to. Dutch says they prioritize speed quality and service but this dutch prioritizes none of that! They won't talk on window my drinks never taste the same and when I got in line it took 10 min just to get my order and than another 10 just to get my drinks. read more

I ordered the seasonal caramel pumpkin brulee cold brew. There were a few cars but it wasn't busy. The car in front of me also got a cold brew so I was excited to pull up to the window and get mine too! When I got to the window a girl with long red braided hair handed me a drink. "Here's your drink..." she said in a nervous way. The drink looked like the breve, not the cold brew. I paused and asked, "is this supposed to be the cold brew?" She replied, "that is the cold brew." I felt like she was trying to give me the wrong drink. I wanted to tell her that the drink looked nothing like the pictures advertised and that the person in front of me got a cold brew. I couldn't tell if the girl got the drinks mixed up and was trying to cover it up or that she didn't care... I decided not to argue with her. It's a Monday. Maybe she was having a bad day. I paid and left and that drink was definitely not a cold brew and tasted nothing like pumpkin or caramel. I used to work in the restaurant industry, it happens, sometimes we give out the wrong order by mistake, but purposefully giving out the wrong order is not okay... It was a weird situation. I wasn't prepared for that so I also blame myself for not speaking up more. read more

This location has gone DOWN HILL!! They have failed to make my drinks correctly the past 3 times I have been... and then to add the cherry on top the worker last night didn't add the soft top I PAID FOR... so when I asked for her to add it she said "next time you need to order and pay for it"... umm I did!!! Maybe you need to read the orders and make sure the drinks are correct! Considering I also paid for a cherry & half&half drizzle I didn't get either!!! I'll take my money to other locations. If you like strong coffee, then this is comparatively weak. Looking over the menu, I was looking for something with less sugar and not with too much artificial flavoring. First a tired the Keto Americano and that had no sugar, but something else that gave the coffee a more oily taste. Next time, I had the Grasshopper and really wanted to like it. It was pleasant, but not worth all the hype. Neither the mint nor the coffee flavor was strong and was too milky. Add the fact that this has long lines with teenage servers, I don't have any motivation to come here any time soon. read more

We have been Dutch Bro fans long before it came to CO. We've been to many stands on the West Coast, all shops in Colorado Springs and the other new ones that are popping up. THIS Dutch Bros is deplorable. The lines are super long and barely move. We've been sitting here for 30 mins so far. Is this one owned by the same individual who owns the Arapahoe store? If so, that would explain it. I can't fault the young people who work here. They're doing the best they can. It's the management. The drinks aren't made consistently, the lines are slow, and the folks outside don't seem to know how to manage the cars. Take your money and hit up the Parker location, the Montebello location, any other location than here and Arapahoe locations. read more

Dutch Brothers is fun to try and their are some avid Dutch Bros followers. This was my second time there, the drive through line is super long, but managed well, the drink menu is very interesting making sure you want to come back to try other things (SMART)! I had a cold brew 911, very good, my son had a Cocomo (coconut flavored mocha), was delicious, but my cold brew won overall! If you haven't experienced Dutch Bros give them a try, it will be a fun experience! read more

Drinks are amazing, but the the reason for the 3 stars is the wait. They don't allow walk ups so drive through is the only way to order a drink and even with just the the drive through you will easily be waiting 20min or more. If you're trying to get a coffee before work you're better off going to Starbucks. read more

I usually have a good experience, but it's the bad experiences that tend to stand out. Lately my orders haven't been 100% correct but this time takes the cake. I ordered two drinks, and the order was repeated back correctly. The girl comes out of the door with the order and says "hey she made both of your orders with soft top by accident is that ok?" Ok fine; whatever; then I look at they added cinnamon and nutmeg to both orders when only one has the topping. So we pull up to the window and ask them to correct the order. The girl takes the drinks and asks 3 times for us to repeat the correct order. No problem, we repeat it. She hands us one drink corrected. The other, she says, "oh this one still has soft top is that ok?" Even though we told her it shouldn't have soft top. Now my daughter doesn't want to drink it and I'm out of the money. Didn't offer to comp a drink; nothing. I didn't feel like waiting anymore, but this incompetence was ridiculous. How can you come out and tell us you KNOW the order is incorrect and still try to serve it to a customer? read more

This might be the worse Dutech Bros I've ever been to. They are so slow that I had to stop coming. We are talking a regular line of 15-30 minutes. they have made me late for work multiple times. why is every other Dutch Bros Line so much faster? Hire more people or something because it's awful. I have an extra star because the employees are always nice and friendly. So, if you want a coffee in a timely fashion, skip the Iliff location! Also, yesterday they apparently forgot to put coffee in my COFFEE drink. I guess because they had 5,000 cars in line, they didnt have enough time to to put in the main ingredient. I ordered a Large Iced Vanilla Latte with a soft top.. leave a tip... then I get my drink with no soft top and when I ask for it on the side just to put it on top another girl comes to the window and said "if you didn't order it when you got your drink we can't give it to you.. people are taking advantage of it" excuse me but I ordered it with my drink.. she wasn't even the manager so I asked for the manager and she put it on.. but how beyond rude is that? And If you use the drive they be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 mins for your drinks. RUDE RUDE RUDE.... Who tells someone they are taking advantage of something that they ordered? I was in Denver recently on vacation and was looking for a local coffee shop that opened as early as I tend to wake up. This place (at the time at least) opened at 5am and the crew seemed to be pretty happy and laid back. This is pretty much a grab and go place (not a sit-down coffeeshop, although there are tables outside maybe?) which may help as they don't have to deal with annoying customers any longer than it takes them to get them their drink. Anyways - the drink I get is NOT coffee - it's sugar, caffeine and milk in a glass with chocolate sauce - and I've had issues getting that as I like it some places. I wanted to go somewhere not global (Starbucks) and this place is I hope more locally owned? The drink was fine and there is a line of cars if you wait too long, btu I've learned when traveling to go where the locals go as that's likely where the good stuff is. It was closer to the hotel than a Starbucks and they opened early. TL:DR - the staff is fun and the drink is fine. Go there if you're in Denver and need some caffeine read more
