Mentioned this was my first time and she pleasantly helped me figure out what I wanted to try. Such a great customer interaction! Always great drinks at great prices but the long lines force me elsewhere at least 2-3 times a week. Who waits for 15-20 min for a coffee?

The drinks are ok and priced similarly to other places nearby. So please, help me understand why it is reasonable to wait 30 MINUTES for a single coffee from this place? All while sitting in my car too? The menu is not large. Why is this place so painfully slow? All these cars idling for this long can't be good for the environment. We go to the Dutch Brothers in Caldwell, ID but first began going when we lived in Stockton, CA. We have also gone to the corporate office location in Grants Pass, Oregon. Each location the employees have been super friendly and kind. I downloaded the app and on my birthday I got a free drink of any kind and any flavor. None of this 20 or 30% off like other places send me for my birthday. Our favorites are the hot mocha lattes, Breve lattes and the Dutch Freeze. The fellow who handed me our lattes last visit made it a lot of fun and he has worked for Dutch Bros for 7 years. That in and of itself says a lot about Dutch Bros Coffee management because employee happiness starts at the top. read more

Let me be clear I do not really appreciate the staff asking for tips for just taking an order, it seems a little unprofessional and awkward for most people who just want to grab a coffee. This is the closest one to my house and I normally don't get Dutch a lot but every time I go here they are so nice to me and my drinks come out perfect every time. I've been to other Dutch bros but this one makes the best blended rebels. If you are a rebel drinker this is the one to go to. read more

I would have rated Dutch Bros. zero if I could. I stopped by there on 10/19/19 to purchase some drinks and a gift card for my daughter. However after charging my credit card for the gift card they informed me that their card machine was not working and then they informed my they could not provide me a credit at that time but look for it in the next 5 to 7 days. As of the writing of this review still no credit. I attempted to contact Dutch Bros. Corporate by both phone and email and even though they state someone will contact me withing 24 hours it's been 10+ days and still no response. Dutch Bros. it is a simple as refunding my money. What impresses me about this location is that when I go through with my boss (who visits daily), they know him & his drink and have it ready for him with a smile. I love that! Food: n/a Drinks: The quad shot white coffee americano is a kick in the pants! Very strong without the strong coffee flavor, though slighly & naturally nutty. I love to drink it with splenda and a little bit of sugar-free syrup. They'd get 5-stars from me if they served drip coffee. Atmosphere: Two-lane drive through, patio seating outdoors and a walk-up window. I just wish it were easier to take a left out of there :) Service: Fast, easy service. This dutch bros. is not my favorite. Sometimes you get a great drink and sometimes not. The consistency isn't always there. I have a couple of good people that work there so if they happen to be there I know i am in for a great drink and tip them. My favorites are iced peach green tea and the brown sugar cinnamon latte, hot or iced. I am more of a local coffee house person or SBX but these guys hit the spot in a pinch. read more

We don't have a Dutch Bros. In our town, I'm not even sure if they have them in California since I've never came across one , but whenever I'm in Washington or Idaho I make sure to stop at one. This is a delayed review so please keep that in mind when reading. I love Dutch Bros. I grew up in Southern Oregon and for a long time Dutch Bros was one of the few drive up coffee places. The people are always super friendly and upbeat which is awesome. I went here a while back with my hubby. I got a hot chocolate because I don't drink a lot of coffee, my husband got a hot Nutty Irishman. Now the flavor of the drinks was great no problems there, the coffee is usually sweet because they do a lot of flavor options so if you don't like that sort of thing this might not be the place for you. But more than halfway through my husbands drink he pulls out a hair from his mouth. Now his first thought was it was his or mine but it was a very long blonde hair. I have my hair dyed black and my husbands is ear length dark brown hair. Needless to say he lost his desire to drink the rest. I have never had a problem like that before but it made a bad impression and we don't really have the desire to go back to this particular location again. read more
