The store managers and workers at this location did something so incredibly kind to me. I had accidentally left a check on their patio last night and thought I lost it, or worse, someone stole it. This morning the store manager contacted my parents who issued the check to me and they held onto it and kept it in a safe. Wow. So kind of them, such integrity. A much needed location off of Gilbert road and queen creek. There were no coffee shops at this intersection and this is definitely going to be a hit. Opened just shy of two days, they are ready and serving. We went around 5:30pm and it was packed. We went with their holiday menu hazelnut truffle mocha and a cup of milk for our toddler. There was some confusion in the payment and ordering. The lanes go zigzag so a little unorganized there. The coffee was good but we were bumped that we were charged almost the same amount for a cup of milk. This place is going to be popular around due to lack of franchises near by. Dutch Bros can't get a drink right to save their life. I went back the next day for a remake, explained it was a remake because I did not get the correct drink the prior day. The girl who took my order even said "oh I remember you from yesterday." They said their policy was they couldn't do it unless they saw the drink was wrong. OK fine. Paid for the second drink. They handed me something iced. I told them it was hot. They remade it and forgot the milk. Check your bank accounts as this location is double charging accounts. On Tuesdays 1/7/25 my daughter an ordered med rebel and a green tea. The person took the order with her tablet and processed the payment. When she went to the window to pick up the order they said there was an issue with the payment and asked to pay for it again. In reviewing her bank statements she noticed I a double charge. she and I then went to the shop located at 3055 S Gilbert Rd Chandler AZ. I spoke to Haley who said there was nothing they could do and said both the GM Elisa and owner Josh Hayes also could not do anything. This is a fraudulent transaction and should have been corrected. It is disappointing that theft is allowed and encouraged at this location. Again check your accounts as they don't provide receipts unless you ask for one. read more

Absolutely LOVEy neighborhood Dutch! Literally everyone is always so friendly and always offers suggestions on what to get. The drinks are always made correctly and I absolutely LOVE the app system! I gave four stars instead of five because they have been way too many times that I come to the order window and previous or current Dutch employees that are either off for the day or stopping by for a visit, Spend a lot of time visiting and conversing while there are people waiting for their drinks. I came this morning and was kind of in a hurry cuz I had to get to work, I went up to the window because there was no one in line except for one lady who had a Dutch t-shirt on talking about her new house and showing all the employees pictures of the new house! The other day I went this Dutch Bros location in Chandler and I had a Dutch Bros stamp card with me that was completely full (which functions as a coupon for a free drink). When trying to use the stamp card for payment I was told that they no longer use stamp cards and everything is done through the app now. I said that's fine but I still have this stamp card which means I'm entitled to a free drink, which was clearly issued by Dutch Bros and had no expiration date. They still did not want to accept the card so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager told me that they would not accept the coupon as they had a transition period already which had passed. I explained that I wasn't even in the state during that time so it was impossible for me to have used the free drink I was entitled to. She didn't care, her excuse was that "there is no button on our iPad for that" which was an insulting excuse. I know that employees give free drinks to people who are having a bad day, I know they also make free drinks for themselves. If those things aren't an issue due to there being 'no button' then an actual coupon should never be rejected for that reason. I explained to her it was ridiculous that they were rejecting my Dutch Bros coupon but would simply give out free drinks to people who were having a bad day and she retorted with "well that's not the case now is it?" (Nevermind the fact that I already was having a bad week due to a death in the family and now I was having to deal with your ignorant, rude staff.) I then explained in even more detail to the manager, who clearly had not worked for the company long, that I had worked for Dutch Bros for years and knew that they trained employees to accept coupons from literally any establishment and give customers a free drink. This means that someone could present a coupon for a free oil change from PepBoys and in turn receive a free drink from Dutch Bros. As crazy as this sounds this was the actual Dutch Bros policy that I was trained with. So the fact that I was showing a legitimate coupon, that I had earned by buying 10 drinks before, and was still being denied a drink infuriated me. I thought that was the extent of this negative, perception altering trip to Dutch Bros until I got home and found that they had put a piece of plastic in my drink, I am lucky that I didn't accidentally consume or choke on this hazardous item that should never have made it's way into my drink. I used to be a regular customer at Dutch Bros, then I spent years of my life working for the company. Clearly the ethos of the company has completely changed for the worse, and I think Travis & Dane would be ashamed. People would go to Dutch Bros for the service, not for the coffee, but now they can't even seem to get the service part right. read more

My husband myself and my cousin came in and order drinks with Avery. She was amazing I asked her to do a chocolate sweet surprise and I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the time she took to place my order and really think outside of the box.
