They gave me credit back after I contacted them about it!! Very fast and good service

Matcha milk tea: it was good. The 75% sweetness helped. Didnt taste too sweet imo. I could taste the grainy matcha, but it tasted good. Boba- good. I cant tell the different between stores unless its really bad. Pudding- I think the pudding is mango, it is yellow ish orangeish color. And its huge. Not a fan tbh. You finish the drink and find out you havent even gotten a single sip of the pudding cause of how fat they are. You have to use the straw as a knife to chop up the pieces and slurp them up. Then I end up having an upset stomach. (Idk if I can fully blame my upset stomach on it but just my anecdote). In terms of taste and texture tho, it good. Standard. Extra large was the only option for matcha milk tea drink Most drinks Dont come with boba, costs 85c to add. Sweetness and Light ice does not cost extra Small and cramped store, there is more room in the back A self order as usual of these places Ran out of the new matcha prince when I was there (sunday 2:30pm) Pretty normal of a boba place, the flavors are interesting. All boba are the same to me tbh 4/5

Mine and my daughters go to spot for boba! I hope they add appetizers on their menu some time.

You know how they say "do one thing and do it well"? Well Krak does Boba super well. Unlike many other boba places I've had around the Bay Area, Sacramento, San Diego and Chico, this place is smartly focusing on their drinks only. And it's paid off. Service here was impeccable. With the big menu I needed help and the lovely person helping me was awesome! Thank you Molly. The shop is small and busy, but they have plenty of waiting around stools to sit on while you wait for your drink to be made. Only took a few minutes! I ordered the Dragon Slayer for my first time here with rainbow popping boba and 50% sweet. I am madly in love with this drink!!! The fruit inclusions + boba and the fantastic flavor, I am HERE for it!!!! Can't wait to go back and try something else.

I have had Krak Coffee twice now. I ordered the Creme Brulee coffee and I really appreciate the ability to reduce the sweetness. My favorite part of the drink is that the coffee they use is really tasty. My daughter loves the Strawberry Snow Krak. If you like Boba, try Krak.

Excellent options here and really great service. I tried a Thai tea boba here and it was delicious. I will definitely be back to try another drink on their menu.

Cookies & Cream - soooo good!

Best boba in town! The vibes are so cute & the drinks are really good! We love the Dragon Slayer, Cookies & Cream, and the Peach tea but the Krak Signature Tea is really tasty too!

Great milk tea, fast service, and clean sitting area. There was also a picture book about King Krakus and the Dragon.

Taro Twist and Mango Tango

My girlfriend and I heard about this place having been recently opened. We walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff despite it being busy. We saw they had a large menu of delicious looking drinks, but I always go for my go-to drink of choice being anything with taro. It was a little bit of a wait but it was absolutely worth it. When I touched the bottom of my drink, it was warm. I never knew boba had to be made fresh and served warm to the touch. It was pleasant drinking that to the sweet contrast from the taro. The taro tasted like actual taro and not powdered or imitation. I could tell that they used freshly cooked taro to make the flavor and the purée. It was sweet but not too sweet to where it hurts the taro's natural earthy, creamy taste. No big chunks to chew and it has a nice smooth consistency throughout. To top it off I added the sea salt foam and that added a nice layer of savory contrast to the sweet drink. My girlfriend got the mango tango with rainbow boba. She said it was really what she needed for the hot Chico heat. I tried it and I could feel and taste the fresh fruit blended. The popping boba was a nice kick to the taste buds as well. This spot is already my go-to spot and we'll be coming here first whenever we are back in town.

So I went in to Krak Boba and it was about a 15 min wait and when I got the drink it wasn't even mixed. It was a pretty nice place over all.

The drink quality and snacks really stand out and could compete with the various shops you might find all over the Bay Area. The popcorn chicken has a nice texture and has the desired taste you expect from a Taiwanese style snack. It isn't the non sense store bought chicken that you might find at other shops or restaurants that try to cut costs. I really appreciate how you can taste the tea in the various drinks. Many boba places get this wrong by using too much syrup or get it too watered down. However, the ratio and tea taste is perfect here. The experience with the staff members here for the past few months has been more than great. Overall, Project Tea is the only place you should go to for boba if you live near Chico State.

I reeeeeally wanted to like this place and after many attempts to eat here (and finding them…read moreclosed), I FINALLY discovered them open during the Downtown Christmas Preview. I was beyond excited to try the spicy katsu chicken sando (I literally attempted eating here for 2 months but kept missing their open hours. They are VERY limited). The pricing I was charged was a bit more than what was on their menu, which I hadn't noticed until after the fact. :-/ When the sandwich arrived it was not at all what expected. I looked up the sandwich months ago and it appeared to be a juicy chicken breast between sliced cabbage on thick, fluffy bread. What I got was some beat up, flattened GREEEEEEASY gummy chicken that wasn't the least bit appetizing. It reminded me of frog legs and I was pretty much grossed out after the 2nd bite. The bread was exactly the same as Astesano Bakery Bread and didn't seem "home made" as their menu states. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't (home made) but it sure seemed like the same bread I buy at Safeway. Needless to say I was BEYOND bummed out. I guess that's partially my fault though, I mean... I saw a picture they used to have posted on their menu (it's no longer there) and had expectations that it was going to be exactly the same, which it most certainly was NOT. If I could sum it up in 2 words: Gummy & Greasy. Yuck. The best part was the cabbage so, that's what I ate and ditched the rest of the "sandwich" to the trash. So yeah, $13 + tip for some cabbage. Awesome. With that said, I don't recommend this place for the Sando's but! I may return for the egg rolls. They look good in the pictures however since I got 100% duped this time around, I think I'll ask if anybody I personally know has tried the egg rolls first before I spend any more money here. I do like their outdoor dining and if they could move the ginormous trash bins away from the outside dining tables it would be a great place to dine (who wants to eat next to trash cans??) I'll end on a positive note and say, I did like that they have an option of indoor or outdoor dining, if they move the trash cans, that would be my preferred place to eat.

Today I just tried the Hmong sausage and Thai tea. The lady working was sweet and let me sample the tea to test its sweetness. I think it's spot-on. The sausage is perfectly juicy, spicy and savory. It's rich, flavorful, and reminds me of the holidays.
