On the corner of Esplanade and Lassen Drive thru coffee, windows on both sides of the building, arrows on concrete to hopefully help you navigate your way I got to a window and ordered. They had quite a selection of non-dairy milks.. I ordered a hot drink and it was so hot to hold (plus no jacket), I didn't even try to drink it. The drink was also handed to me with something on top.. A candy? IDK. It wasn't wrapped and it just sat on top of the lid and eventually softened from the heat of the drink.. I never ate it or asked about it. I just thought it was weird. I assume it's their shtick. I read a review from a person that also got an overly hot drink.. that it was not drinkable until Yuba City. I left that they have a big parking lot which has easy access off the main road both in and out ! Has to be said ( unlike Dutch Brothers, which always seems to pick the craziest locations with the worst poor planning on their part) anyway, I first discovered the human being in Oregon and Idaho many years ago when they first opened so I have been a loyal customer was super excited to see that we have a location here even though it's a 30 mile drive for me whenever I am grocery shopping and going to Costco I always stop in for a drink. They're still giving out their famous chocolate covered coffee bean with every drink. They didn't let Covid. Change their policies for things like that, they're always updating their menu. Everything is super clean. The staff are super super friendly and knowledgeable and I don't think I've ever had a bad drink yet to be honest.! The last time I was there, I tried to dark chocolate mocha with orange syrup, blended with ice and an extra shot. It was absolutely delicious. Tasted kind of like those chocolate oranges you get at Christmas time.. they have an app you can download and you get points for dollars off coffee bags or actual drinks and they're always running different promotions so if you're not familiar with them, I highly recommend you stop by. I am really glad too as like I said, this is one of the favorite things my dog loves to do. I love this place and the employees but was told this morning they are no longer going to interact with my dog. My dogs favorite part of the day is to go there and give them a high five and get a treat and all the attention. I spend close to $30 daily there but will not be going back unless this policy is changed. I also plan on telling all my pet friendly friends as well. This is very disappointing to me as I also enjoy going there. read more

It's not the sweetest if you're looking for a sweet drink. It's a bit on the stronger side but I don't mind! They topped it with a little chocolate! The girls working tonight were very nice and helpful! I'll return to try more items, I don't think I can really judge off of one drink though. I'll be back! read more

I love this place. I order thru DoorDash. The Lattes are spot on and extra hot means extra hot. The Spicy Sausage Egg & and Pepper Jack Cheese jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit is delicious. All right here goes my paragraph I really like this coffee shop I've been going there since they opened. Today I'm not so sure though I asked them if they could Give me a regular poured coffee but pour it through some ice to cool it down for me. She responds with OK but it won't taste as good because it will melt the ice and get into your coffee. So she recommends a cold poor which I am familiar with but then when she hands it to me it's full of ice I didn't understand the logic I asked her if she could remove the ice. Then she went back behind the wall where I couldn't see her for a couple minutes and then I got a creepy vibe off the kid looking at her and smiling and then looking at me and smiling. Wtf did they do to my drink im not going to drink it. Probably wont go back. I'm gonna give a four stars for previous experiences.
