One of the biggest Starbucks location I've been to. Different seating options from leather chairs that look pretty comfy, to bench type set up and the usual metal chair around a table. Tried their Dubai chocolate pastry which tasted like thick drier brownie filled with pistachio cream and crunky noodle sticks. Not bad. They had the Tropical Butterfly Lemonade with coconut. Drink menu on the wall looks smaller than what I see in the Bay Area. Clean and spacious with lots of parking spaces. read more

Nine years? Close enough. Used to come here often. Once a week at least. Would even get food as a combo to go. Since then, I've gotten used to pressing coffee at home and steaming milk to make my espresso drinks at home for less... But today is rainy and why not take a walk? Well for one, it's raining. Found my boots and decided to head out anyways. Keep in mind, it's about 11am on a Thursday. So... ...it was pretty empty. Walked right up to the counter and ordered. Blipped the phone which hadn't happened in a while and apparently in years here. Still worked. High ceilings and mostly empty evidently makes for a good workspace. Pretty quiet and spacious. There were leather wrapped overstuffed chairs to sit in as well as tables. Reasonable place to spend a few minutes, even if alone. Smaller intimate cafe style Starbucks? Nope. Costco of Starbucks? I came here the other day and had order on the app my usual, oat milk expresso somehow I screwed up the order (totally my fault) and the gal at the window was super kind, there was no one behind me and she totally made the drink the way I should have ordered it. But I've went inside here before and plenty other Starbucks and they all give me a large cup of ice water for free. Consistently 4+ star service from the employees. Always nice and my order is always correct. We stop here on our way to the bay area since it's kinda the halfway point. It's easy to get to from the freeway and parking is plentiful. It's actually very large with lots of seating. I frequently see people in here doing work on laptops. My only complaint is the bathroom. Unfortunately that's likely due to disrespectful fellow travelers who have little regard for others. The seat covers are frequently out or are scattered all over. It's s likely because this bathroom has an odd hand dryer as part of the faucet assembly. I truly think a paper towel dispenser would eliminate some of the toilet cover mess that frequently covers the floor. Other than that this is a consistently good store that I will continue to stop at on my travels to the Bay Area. read more

Hello, I am writing to share my recent experiences at your location. I am a bus driver, and this Starbucks is near my first stop in the morning. Since the store is not open when I first begin my route, I often place mobile orders so I can pick up coffee before continuing my day. Unfortunately, the service I have received has not been welcoming. Most of the time, I am not acknowledged when I arrive, and when staff do interact with me, it often feels dismissive. For example, on my most recent visit, no other customers were in the store, but it still took a while for anyone to greet me. When I said I was picking up a mobile order, I was handed part of my order and told, "I don't know what happened to the coffee, I'll make it now." Shortly after, another customer walked in and was greeted warmly right away, which made me feel overlooked and singled out. On a previous visit when I ordered in-store, the barista simply placed my drink down and walked away without calling out my name, even though my name was written on the cup. As a paying customer, I would like to be treated with the same respect and courtesy as others. These repeated experiences have left me feeling uncomfortable, and I hope they do not reflect intentional bias. Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. The Right Spot! Sometimes some locations seem to be just perfect for what you do and need; just like someone put them there while thinking of you!!! Well, this Starbucks location is just that for me! I often travel from San Francisco to Sacramento area and on the way there, not back, just around Dixon I start craving coffee and as if magic the Pitt School Rd exit on I-80 appears ahead of me! I like to park, get off and order my coffee when possible because I get to stretch my legs and pay the boys room a visit too, but the drive through is even more convenient if you do not wish to get off. The staff are very friendly and they are yet to get my order wrong. The last time I stopped there the only option was the drive thru due to the COVID-19 lockdown, but the coffee was just as good as I remembered it and the staff were as welcoming as they were before! read more

I always have issues with this Starbucks and I may be officially all done coming to this one. I ordered a drink I always get that comes out to 4.05 (iced espresso), they entered something in their screen totally different, didn't read back the order and charged 5.95 (breve latte). In the past they've also used my rewards at the window for free cups, changed the person working while I was still waiting at the window, then not given me the cup and argued with me rather than just asking the other worker. What can I say about the original Starbucks location in Dixon? Not much really...because it is THE best Starbucks location I have ever been to! Aside from the rare drink blunders (usually because a new person made it), this location is pretty spot on. I get a refresher almost every day and it is about 97% exactly what I expect, which is really great! And if your drink is ever not up to par with your expectations, they will re-do it for you. The place is kept very clean and organized. The people there will always greet you when you walk in through the door and they are very nice. I always ask for a cup of water when I pick up my drinks and they put up with me, so that's a plus! LOL I rarely get Frappuccinos anymore, but when I do, this location hands down, makes the best Java chip frap!! Every time I get it somewhere else, I am disappointed. Before the pandemic, this place was bustling and had plenty of seating. It was a comfortable place to do any work or just relax. The seats were very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets for your gadgets. I hope we can go back to that soon This is my very first 4.5-5 star rating on Yelp and it is WELL deserved! Nobody inside on a Sunday morning at 9:30 AM, and very few cars in the drive through, so no reason whatsoever that our two bacon gouda breakfast sandwiches should be partially frozen in the middle. I have only ever experienced this during rush hours when the server is throwing 2-3 sandwiches in the oven together to expedite and it is dang annoying. Please give my sandwich its due and solitary time in the oven so it cooks all the way through and is crispy, not a shock of icy egg and wilted rubbery bacon hanging out the side as I'm pulling onto the freeway and it is no longer convenient to turn around and ask for a redo. experience at the location varies.they have some really great team members, but of course there are always a few ones. This Starbucks is in the middle of a very small town. I am one of may be 10 to 15 African-American in my entire community whenever I place a mobile order and Noel is in charge of running the floor. My coffee is always wrong or if there is a mistake with the computer system I am always questioned about what I ordered and if I actually ordered in their store. except this one employee, today was the day that I had enough, and I spoke up against it, and instead of apologizing, the rest of the team, attacked me and threatening not to give me my coffee. Speaking of which... REWARDS Props to Starbucks registered rewards program since I was able to use 2 of my rewards here for our frosty frappy beverages.
