Passing thru town at a ridiculously early morning hour and needed a caffeine fix pronto. And just as I was imagining a tasty hot beverage in my hands, the skies parted and a beam of light illuminated the giant windmill sign that I have come to love. Angels might have been singing. Ok, not really. But I really needed coffee and the familiarity of Dutch Brothers when I was so caffeine deprived beckoned that I get off the freeway immediately. This location couldn't be more convenient actually. The friendly barista who greeted me offered up the suggestion of a Sweater Weather Chai and I enjoyed it. Sure, I had to switch to oat milk and swap the white chocolate for dark to make it vegan, but with the addition of a shot of espresso it was perfection. I suppose that makes it Dirty Sweater Weather? Either way, I'm a fan and wouldn't hesitate to hit up this Dutch Bros location again. read more

This is my first time trying a drink at Dutch Bros. I checked the menu on my friend's app because she was placing an online order. It seemed like a lot of really sweet coffee drinks, which I'm not a fan of. I ended up getting a latte with protein milk and sugar free syrup. It was just ok. I don't have any Dutch Bros near my hometown, so I don't see myself frequenting them any time soon. read more

If you see a Dutch Brothers (or Dutch Bros) this is a must stop, much better than that national(Worldwide) chain! I always get either the Hawaiian Rebel or the Hawaiian Lemonade- both are very good, and my wife has 3 drinks she likes to chose from. Like other Dutch Bros, they are very good at keeping the line moving no matter how long it is! My ONLY complaint, is that sometimes they have the music inside way to loud and it's hard to hear the person serving you. I would most certainly recommend any of the Dutch Bros. read more

My fiancé and I were joking because EVERYONE we encountered in Ellensburg as we stopped by was exceptionally friendly (in a 2004 Stepford Wives kind of way - kidding). Maybe it was just because we've been deprived of social interaction due to the pandemic or because people aren't as nice from where we're from? Kidding again. But it was noticeable in a good way. Excellent personable service from the guy walking through the line to ring up orders on an iPad to the gal at the window handing over drinks. They are all masked up and use a handy drink tray to minimize contact. Fiancé got the snickerdoodle freeze, I got an order that sounded like a mouthful (we pic), and our doggo got a puppuccino. Highly recommend if you are driving through (like us) or are in the area. read more

Are you kidding me. I'm never going to Starbucks again. The customer service at this Dutch Bros is incredible. Brenna took my order and she was so kind and genuine. I told her it was my first time there and she happily helped me pick my first drink. Then I was greeted at the window with Champagne's beautiful energy. Hayden and Elissa (or Elyssa, sorry if I butchered your name) made my drink and it was sooo ridiculously good. Everyone was smiling, everyone was happy to be working. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I've worked at 4 different Starbucks' locations. Get these people a raise. Thanks guys, you all made my day! read more

Ellensburg Dutch Bros! Open 5am to 11pm, everyday. BLESS THE STAFF who make it possible to get caffeinated while driving across Washington State. Everything on their menu is good, some is in the range of EXTREME! Extreme amounts of caffeine, and extreme amounts of sugar are available. If I could give it a zero, I would. If you plan on closing at 10:30, put that. It's unprofessional, rude, and a waste of peoples time to go to a business that states they're open until 11 when they aren't. I sat outside the window for ten minutes, pulled out and saw there was indeed a person in there and pulled through again just for her to state she was closed because it was passed 11. I told her I'd been waiting for a while, that they aren't supposed to close until 12 and she just brushed me off like it wasn't her problem that she closed early. Not to mention there is no number to call them on, the numbers all go to some "headquarter" out of state so you can't call and see if they'll even be open. Definitely won't be returning to give money to this stand. My prosser branch would never treat anyone this way! read more

Some of the fastest drive thru service I have ever had! They loaded up on staff for the first day making the orders go very smoothly and quickly. I was skeptical that we needed another coffee shop in Ellensburg, but I see now that Dutch Bros fills a niche and I imagine it will be very successful here.
