Ok paid for a sausage breakfast burrito and got at best cold hash browns it was for a lack of better words discussing. There was no sausage in it but I did pay full cost this is why I miss the older service you requested something the made it in front of you. Everyone talks about trust but I not getting what I paid for shame on you I'll never shop there again. Don't blame the employees it's lack of leadership, I'm sure your if you had LEAN you'd do better. read more

Although I worked for Super One and enjoyed my time there, things have dramatically changed. Management actually cared about their employees back in the day. Now they have no regard for properly training their new employees, and then discard them like they are garbage when they don't understand their job. Way to go Stupid One! read more

We stopped here on our way to Sasquatch, completely famished after encountering huge roadwork delays. It was practically a miracle to find a store that was open until 1am (even though the deli was closed). The staff was amazingly helpful, asking us if we needed assistance and helping us find healthy vegetarian things to eat without access to kitchen facilities. One of the employees actually took me around the store and gave me suggestions, which I really appreciated in my exhausted state. One our way back to Vancouver, we returned to stock up on coffee and snacks for the road, and encountered more friendly and helpful staff members. Also -- they had an excellent wine section with tons of local options! Prices aren't necessarily cheaper than the Fred Meyer down the street, but the selection is better and customer service is great. read more

We are traveling through this area and came upon Super 1. We were pleasantly surprised with the clean store and appearance. While the store did not carry all of the products I like, it had a good selection. Overall a good store. read more

I really like this grocery store, and I especially like that they have the natural food section. What I really want to review is the pharmacy, though, and it doesn't have a separate entry. Listen to me. The Super 1 pharmacy is GREAT. They have the best customer service of any pharmacy I've ever used, and if they are not your pharmacy you should seriously consider switching. Today I called them to check and see if a prescription had been called in like I was told, by the doctor's office, that "it should have been". Of course it was not, and I was planning to call the doctor's office back, but the person I talked to offered to fax the doctor's office on my behalf. This is just the most recent example of their amazing customer service; they've been great every time. read more

I've only been shopping here for a year, but in that time I have been impressed with the improvements I've seen in the store. Customer service may have been slipping a bit a year ago, but every department I've dealt with over the past several months has been super courteous and obviously care about their customers. Clean aisles, well-stocked, great looking produce, a good health food section, and they have no issue with special orders and finding a product you're looking for. read more
