This review is specifically for ordering via the app and picking up at the window. I highly recommend this tells you exactly when your order is ready so you can skip the wait. As usual, the Escondido staff is incredibly friendly and even when the lines look long, they move them through quickly. I typically stick to the Golden Eagle, but I decided to branch out and try the Iced Dragon Slayer Rebel today. It did not disappoint. It is very refreshing and tastes like a delicious flavored soda- the raspberry and blue raspberry drizzle is a great combo. While the drink was tasty, I'm glad I tried it. However, I probably wouldn't pay for it again. At $5.45 for a small, the value just wasn't there for me personally. read more

I come here 3 times a week and I dont know why I never reviewed it. The drinks are so good and made to perfection everytime. The service is always good with the employees having to be so kind, the truly come off genuine. If you're ordering inside or through the drive through, it's always a good atmosphere. DUTCH BRO'S Second time trying Dutch Bro's and it was pretty standard coffee! Nothing too crazy, except the long lines whether it's in person at the pick up window or drive thru. I decided to order online after my boyfriend told me how long the lines were, so it was really good to do it beforehand. I decided to get the popular Golden Eagle Blended drink, and i added in some fun sprinkles with whip cream, and half sugar. It was pretty alright, a bit melted when I got it but it was about $7 for the medium size. Parking was a no-go, they don't have much space so we had to park at the motel in front of it / the community center. I'd recommend ordering online however, because atleast it was right away when we got to their register. The drinks are highly full of sugar, with over 30 grams! Pretty insane, but i'd recommend stopping by here one time to try it out. Ambiance is bright, but a bit dirty on the outside and in the lot. read more

I go to college in DC where there is sadly no Dutch bros. It's my last night in my hometown San Diego and I feel horrible because it's 10:58 pm (they close at 11) but I pull up to ask if they would be able to squeeze in one last Dutch run. Will ( in the picture, sorry I don't know the girls name) and the crew at this location are always so welcoming and I love them to death. I stop by every morning before work to get my usual drink, oat milk with added SF vanilla and soft top and unlike other coffee shops oat milk isn't an up charge since they already have a drink that is an oat milk latte unlike some places. There are times I don't even have to say anything and they are already asking me if I'm picking up my drink because they already know my car I have a very distinct license plate, or sometimes they will just bring my drink out to me cuz they see my car rolling through. Service provided by one latina staff member tonight on 11/21 close to closing was awful and unacceptable. Her being argumentative with me is so unprofessional. When I asked for her name and her managers name her answer was sorry for privacy reasons I cant provide that!!!! So unacceptable and for her to argue about some cones being in place if this location has camera's they can check them and see for themselves that there were no cones when I entered the drive thru lane. Plus if they don't want to provide service before 11pm then they should just say closing is at 10:50pm not 11:00pm. Keep in mind I go to this location pretty often and go to another location often as well and have never had issues with service provided so this is why Im upset to say the least. read more

Very Poor Customer Service, Unreliable Experience I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to say something. I waited in a long line, and despite being there well before several other cars, the staff prioritized orders from people who arrived after me. No explanation, no apology -- flat-out rude, dismissive attitudes. Not exactly the relaxing start to your day you'd hope for. And don't bother with the drive-thru: the window is always "out of service" with the same sign excuse about bees. Yet oddly, I've never actually seen any bees around. What really doesn't make sense is that they keep opening the door to hand out orders instead -- wouldn't that make the bee issue worse? If anything, it points to a lack of consistent cleaning or proper preventative measures. It feels like a lazy excuse for poor maintenance. If you value your time and basic respect, I'd recommend going elsewhere. There's no excuse for treating customers this way. All in all, it feels like customer experience is the last priority here. read more

I've had really good experiences at Dutch Bros at the Vista and Oceanside location. Well last night I was so disappointed. The girl I received my coffee from was kinda of rude. And my nitro cold brew was a let down also. I will not be returning to this location. I ordered a medium (24 oz) nitro cold brew without ice. And when I received it at the drive thru window it was half full. So beware it's a scam it was actually (16 oz) a small. So they trick you with a lot of ice when you ask for ice. read more
