I stood there about 5 minutes and never got acknowledged. Another customer came and asked for her drink and it was given to her. I then proceeded to ask for mine and they began to work on it. Don't really like to complain a lot but here it goes. I order Starbucks and occasionally pick up Dutch for my sister. Today was not my day already and I come in thru the drive thru at 10:15pm.. fresh off work and subconsciously ordered Starbucks cup sizes HONEST MISTAKE. the girl gave me a disgusted look and i honestly didn't even really realize what I said.. then she snapped at me saying "Medium?" I apologized for my mistake and corrected it. Trying to laugh it off She still proceeded to take my order with some tone. Even when she handed my drink she didn't make eye contact and when I tried saying have a good night she already left the window basically. If it's offensive or disrespectful to say the wrong size then I'm sorry? Maybe she had a rough day as well, but that shouldn't be taken out on people that had done nothing wrong. I usually come here on my way to work or on my way home. It's always a pleasant experience. Today only because the staff were extra hilarious I wanted to leave a review. The two girls who took my order were super friendly cracking jokes. They told me their names but I am terrible at remembering!! Sorry ladies! At the window to pick up my drink is also friendly staff who remembers me since at one point I pretty much went here every morning.... For my drinks I try to get a different whenever I go but I end up sticking to the strawberries and cream. They're always made well. They should have more stars!! read more

I have done a mobile order to this location multiple times and every time I am standing outside waiting for minimum of 5-10 min. Today was no exception, but it was worse. Was ignored by multiple people while standing at the window. They made eye contact but did not acknowledge me at all. One worker did come up and ask about my order after I had been standing there for 5+ min, but then simply walked off, not telling anyone. After another 15+ min I walked back up to the window to ask for a refund where I then stood for another 10 min being ignored as multiple workers looked my way. Finally a worker came up to give someone else their drinks, and when I stated that I had a mobile order and had been waiting for about 30 min I was told that it was still not made. I asked for a refund. Although the worker was nice the ones working the drive through simply watched me stand there for a total of 30 min. I will no longer be returning to this location and will choose to drive to Lodi or Elk Grove instead as this is a constant occurrence. read more

This location is very convenient, just a slight turn and you're there, literally right or almost off the free way from 99 south. The drinks that were made here are godly delicious, perfect flavor (sweet but perfect nonetheless). I ordered hazelnut nut mocha - so divinely tasty, and usual go to golden eagle chai with works of whip cream, got to have caramel drizzle and a touch of cinnamon dust that takes the drink over the moon. The service is awesome, fast, very personable and friendly staff. Clean location, perfect for a quick pick me up coffee run, the staff are able to diffuse the traffic fairly quickly. Furious would be an understatement of how I left my local Dutch Bros today. As usual I walk up to the front window and order and get in and out no problem. Today that was not the case. after I ordered my drinks I stand there and wait as they are being prepared, 15 minutes go by and my drinks still have not been given to me. I approach the window and ask a team member how much longer until my drinks are finished they assure me that they are being made and will be out soon. Another 10 minutes go by and I'm starting to get a little impatient. I tried to take into account how busy they are and wait a little longer. I stand a couple feet away from the window still in sight of the workers. When my wait time gets up to 40 minutes I am now getting furious as I have seen cars come and go through the drive-thru. You have workers walking drinks out to cars in the drive-thru before finishing orders that were taken first. At this point, I am no longer patient and standing right up at the window until a worker acknowledges me. An employee then approaches me and lets me know that they are sorry and that my drinks have been waiting in the fridge for me. Instead of handing me my drinks when they were made they put them in the fridge, even when i asked beforehand that it taking a long time to make my order. Such a disappointment this shop is run by kids and needs a leadership role present. This is my local Dutch Bros and just down the street from my house , from now on I would consider driving the extra 10 minutes to Lodi or elk grove instead. read more

I absolutely LOVE the customer service at many Dutch Bros that I have gone to. My coffee and rebel concoctions have generally been pretty good. I decided to stop at the Galt location while commuting into work to Sacramento and ordered a small pumpkin caramel Brulé freeze. As I do with ALL my orders, I added an additional dollar for the support staff that are put in the parking lot Drive thru. I'm not sure if the person taking my order was not paying attention or just was doing her own thing because she needed to go to break, but she added an additional dollar to my order which I did not see until after I left. I wasn't too happy about that and not sure I'll be back to that location. I was kind of wondering how many other people have gone through this experience? read more

I've always been a fan of DB's... So when I moved back down to this area I was disappointed that there initially weren't many DB's. However, in the past few years, that has changed and I am super happy to say that there is FINALLY a DB's only a few miles from my house now! As usual, they have the same great offerings as any other DB's so no complaints there. They don't quite have the energetic vibe as some of the many I've frequented up in the Sacramento area but they're always friendly and helpful. The line is always long but they move quickly. Came here on Sept 1 (also the day they dropped pumpkin spice) so the line was crazy loooong. Ordered a medium hot Annihilator with almond milk. I asked for a topper and watched the drive thru window staff peel off topper, topper then dropped onto outside of drive thru window to which the staff member picked it up held onto it and placed it on my drink. Hmmmm- get home in an attempt to drink my beverage (took the entire top off) look linseed and there is an ant floating in it. Yea. Hard pass for me. If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love this location because there was always a gentleman in the mornings who had amazing customer service and if there was ever anything wrong with my drink he'd always make it right. It's been a couple of weeks since I've seen the gentleman and it seems like the overall speed of the location and the quality of drinks has gone significantly downhill. I waited in line for 15 minutes (I used to be in and out in 5 minutes tops even on sticker days) and when I finally received my drink it was made horribly, the cup was wet, the drink tasted horribly and was not presentable whatsoever and the barista at the window seemed to hate their job by their demeanor. I asked for my drink to be remade and I could hear the baristas snarky comments. When I was handed the drink a second time it was worse than before so at that point I just gave up. I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the overall rudeness of most of the baristas at that location. If you're looking to stop at this location I'd strongly urge you to make the drive to either of the locations in Lodi which are always amazing or just go to the Starbucks around the corner! The gal who refuse to provide her name, said company's policy she cannot provide her first name. Maybe I should describe everyone there since they are not allowed to provide their first name. me and 2 of my friends recently went while on a road trip. We all work for dutch and so we were really excited to stop by and expected a really great experience! it was around 11pm and we weren't greeted by a line buster but rather a "what can I get you?" which is fine, just not expected from a dutch employee. we continued to order with an unkind line buster and when I tried to make conversation, responses were uninterested and short such as, "yep." with no eye contact whatsoever.
