I was on social media and found this protein coffee order from Dutch bros. I drove to Dutch Bros and make a drive thru order. I ordered sf golden eagle with protein milk with sugar free caramel, vanilla, and caramel drizzle over ice. The drink was delicious and very flavorful. I usually come here on my way to work or on my way home. It's always a pleasant experience. Today only because the staff were extra hilarious I wanted to leave a review. The two girls who took my order were super friendly cracking jokes. They told me their names but I am terrible at remembering!! Sorry ladies! At the window to pick up my drink is also friendly staff who remembers me since at one point I pretty much went here every morning.... For my drinks I try to get a different whenever I go but I end up sticking to the strawberries and cream. They're always made well. They should have more stars!! read more

This location is very convenient, just a slight turn and you're there, literally right or almost off the free way from 99 south. The drinks that were made here are godly delicious, perfect flavor (sweet but perfect nonetheless). I ordered hazelnut nut mocha - so divinely tasty, and usual go to golden eagle chai with works of whip cream, got to have caramel drizzle and a touch of cinnamon dust that takes the drink over the moon. The service is awesome, fast, very personable and friendly staff. Clean location, perfect for a quick pick me up coffee run, the staff are able to diffuse the traffic fairly quickly. I will definitely be coming to this location more. read more

Furious would be an understatement of how I left my local Dutch Bros today. As usual I walk up to the front window and order and get in and out no problem. Today that was not the case. after I ordered my drinks I stand there and wait as they are being prepared, 15 minutes go by and my drinks still have not been given to me. I approach the window and ask a team member how much longer until my drinks are finished they assure me that they are being made and will be out soon. Another 10 minutes go by and I'm starting to get a little impatient. I tried to take into account how busy they are and wait a little longer. I stand a couple feet away from the window still in sight of the workers. When my wait time gets up to 40 minutes I am now getting furious as I have seen cars come and go through the drive-thru. You have workers walking drinks out to cars in the drive-thru before finishing orders that were taken first. At this point, I am no longer patient and standing right up at the window until a worker acknowledges me. An employee then approaches me and lets me know that they are sorry and that my drinks have been waiting in the fridge for me. Instead of handing me my drinks when they were made they put them in the fridge, even when i asked beforehand that it taking a long time to make my order. Such a disappointment this shop is run by kids and needs a leadership role present. This is my local Dutch Bros and just down the street from my house , from now on I would consider driving the extra 10 minutes to Lodi or elk grove instead. read more

This Dutch Bros is conveniently right off of the freeway so it's very accommodating to just stop by the drive through and continue on to your destination. This early morning on Black Friday they were open and I got a large caramelizer with half 2% and half choc milk. It's a very smooth coffee and always get it when I'm not craving something really sweet... I recommend this Dutch Bros and the drink I mentioned. :) read more

Dutch bros........ If your Driving down or up 99 in the galt area and need something cool, hot or iced they got you covered 24 hours. With a convenient drive thru or even a walk up window, you can get your dutch drinks. New spot that just opened at the end of 2020, atleast this brings cheer for what's to come next year. Ordering, wait time, drinks and employees were all good. It went fast and drinks were on point, especially for the grand opening. Cheers to another Dutch Bros! Service is always top notch at Dutch Bros, and this location is no exception. The line is always super long during peak, so be prepared to wait a little! Drink quality is always top notch, and it's even easier to order and enjoy with the app! I absolutely LOVE the customer service at many Dutch Bros that I have gone to. My coffee and rebel concoctions have generally been pretty good. I decided to stop at the Galt location while commuting into work to Sacramento and ordered a small pumpkin caramel Brulé freeze. As I do with ALL my orders, I added an additional dollar for the support staff that are put in the parking lot Drive thru. I'm not sure if the person taking my order was not paying attention or just was doing her own thing because she needed to go to break, but she added an additional dollar to my order which I did not see until after I left. I've always been a fan of DB's... So when I moved back down to this area I was disappointed that there initially weren't many DB's. However, in the past few years, that has changed and I am super happy to say that there is FINALLY a DB's only a few miles from my house now! As usual, they have the same great offerings as any other DB's so no complaints there. They don't quite have the energetic vibe as some of the many I've frequented up in the Sacramento area but they're always friendly and helpful. The line is always long but they move quickly. NEver been disappointed with this location! I'm also a big fan of the new app vs stock-piling up all the stamp cards haha. read more

This location gets way too busy to make this my main stop for a pick me up, but when I'm in the area getting gas, I'll grab a coffee. this place always amazes me because usually businesses will have a quicker drive-through or quicker lobby but here they are slow regardless. read more

Open til 12 midnight. On the first of the month they give away Dutch bros stickers and the line can get crazy ridiculous long. Came here on Sept 1 (also the day they dropped pumpkin spice) so the line was crazy loooong. Ordered a medium hot Annihilator with almond milk. I asked for a topper and watched the drive thru window staff peel off topper, topper then dropped onto outside of drive thru window to which the staff member picked it up held onto it and placed it on my drink. Hmmmm- get home in an attempt to drink my beverage (took the entire top off) look linseed and there is an ant floating in it. Yea. Hard pass for me. Not sure if it was from the dropped topper or from the cups just sitting out in the open inside. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to love this location because there was always a gentleman in the mornings who had amazing customer service and if there was ever anything wrong with my drink he'd always make it right. It's been a couple of weeks since I've seen the gentleman and it seems like the overall speed of the location and the quality of drinks has gone significantly downhill. I waited in line for 15 minutes (I used to be in and out in 5 minutes tops even on sticker days) and when I finally received my drink it was made horribly, the cup was wet, the drink tasted horribly and was not presentable whatsoever and the barista at the window seemed to hate their job by their demeanor. I asked for my drink to be remade and I could hear the baristas snarky comments. When I was handed the drink a second time it was worse than before so at that point I just gave up. I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the overall rudeness of most of the baristas at that location. If you're looking to stop at this location I'd strongly urge you to make the drive to either of the locations in Lodi which are always amazing or just go to the Starbucks around the corner! Management, please do better!!! read more

My daughter ordered a Rainbro lemonade with coconut. She was charged $9.20. Went back to Dutch Bros, informed them of the charges. The gal who refuse to provide her name, said company's policy she cannot provide her first name. Maybe I should describe everyone there since they are not allowed to provide their first name. It's only courtesy. I asked for her managers name she said she can't provide that. "He will call me" the place portly ran with teenagers who have no customer service experience. They could never compete with Starbucks custom service. read more

Oh yes!!! Dutch Brothers is amazing!!! Great drinks and friendly staff. Open 24 hours kind of nice for Galt! The drive through is a little funky sayings it's shaped like a figure eight. So if the entry line is backed up exit line can't exit. It doesn't make sense to me but anyways the drinks are good at least!!! read more

All the highschoolers walking to dutch bros after school end up sitting there for long periods of time before eventually leaving. Great place just like all dutch bros, but it really sucks that the kids cant come here. read more

me and 2 of my friends recently went while on a road trip. We all work for dutch and so we were really excited to stop by and expected a really great experience! it was around 11pm and we weren't greeted by a line buster but rather a "what can I get you?" which is fine, just not expected from a dutch employee. we continued to order with an unkind line buster and when I tried to make conversation, responses were uninterested and short such as, "yep." with no eye contact whatsoever. Very sad about this. read more

The guy said fine whatever. The guy working there was rude and with attitude and wasn't listening to what I was saying. He insisted that I leave and come back even though there were no other cars. As I was asking how to cancel my order he snapped "through the mobile app" at me and as he was about to tell me a third time to leave, a girl brought over my drinks. I understand "policy" but I wasn't bothering anyone by pulling up to the window and waiting (happily moving if another car showed up) instead when I pulled up, the guy opened the window to argue with me. The man there was unprofessional and rude. The girls there made my drinks well but the customer service from the guy was horrible. I wasn't trying to argue. I just wanted to stay inside my car waiting without wasting additional gas since I saw no one was coming through the drive thru. Instead he ruined my peace and my mood.

I've had them plenty of times but the lady time I went I was very disappointed and frustrated. I had never in the past had such a bad experience. The barista took our order and then proceeded to take other orders and make theirs before mine. I waited almost AN HOUR for two coffee tasting flights that were absolutely horrible. She then disclosed that she was new and didn't know how to make them. I asked for a refund and left. But overall with the exception of that one terrible experience, it's a great place to sit and enjoy some coffee.

There are cozy chairs and couch with tables. There is a lot of natural light that just adds to the warmth. The 2 young adult baristas were so sweet and helpful. I hung out by the community board checking to see what is happening around and she brought me my drink with a smile. Overall it was a great experience and so welcoming. The hot chocolate was awesome, too. I look forward to being back to try some of their fall drinks that are now out.

I wasn't coming in there to just use the bathroom, but then it was trying to fight around to see who was going to help me because one young lady yelled for a lady to help me she was on a break and the other one was busy, but the sunshine came out because someone I knew that worked there helped me write in the flash. His name is Drew Drew. You always been amazing even when I used to serve, you guys guys can come to my store. I wanted to say thank you for your awesome amazing customer service as always can just look at you and see your beautiful smile and and want your service so Bad. The drinks were amazing and you are an amazing person. I hope they see that you bring out the mess in that Starbucks and just wanted to share that it was kind of like I addressed to him. They told me I had to purchase something first. I explained my situation and asked if I could use the restroom first and then make a purchase right after -- they agreed. When I came back to the counter, I kept my word and asked to buy a water. They told me they can't charge for water and that the cheapest item I could buy was a string cheese for $1.95. I was frustrated but still paid, trying to do the right thing. I then had to wait for them to hand me the water I originally asked for. To make it worse, I couldn't even eat the string cheese because I'm lactose intolerant -- I just bought it to follow their rule. It's disappointing that a big company like Starbucks can't show a little compassion to people on the road, especially when we're just trying to be respectful customers. A little understanding would've gone a long way.
