Select a base - Sushi rice, Brown rice or Spring mix salad. 2. Select 2 flavors. There are about 12 options of Ahi, Salmon and Shrimp. It was my first time and I always like to go with their recommendations, which is Furikake Bomb Ahi and Salmon Bomb. Great names because they were bombs! 3. Select Loaded Options aka toppings! I like that you pick a style which includes a set of toppings, instead of selecting the toppings individually. I bet that saves a lot of time. We both got the Delilah's Style which has seaweed salad, cucumbers, surimi crab, wonton chips, edamame, mangoes, massago, furikake and unagi sauce. If you like it spicy, I would get the Tropical Style with spicy mayo. Ahi and Salmon were fresh with mild (but tasty) seasoning that's not too much that you can still taste the fish. I absolutely love the wonton chips. This is not the typical wonton chips. Incredibly crunchy and thicker pieces. The toppings are vibrant, fresh and delicious! The portions are generous. We had been recommended to this spot by some friends of ours. We had ate at another sushi spot in Lodi about a year ago that was excellent but our friends claimed this spot was even better. I thought to myself it couldn't be that good. Man this place was unreal. Their pride in their dishes, service, & food quality all blew me away. We tried a few different things. The chef's choice for sashimi was so good, fish was so flavorful and tender too. We also tried the breaded and fried lobster bites too. Also we got the spicy brussel sprouts too, excellent. I paid about $17 for a build your own poke bowl that had three scoops of protein. And it was an extremely filling bowl! I loved the variety of options. I don't love the fact that they make up names for certain things, like sauces without explanation so it requires asking the staff to understand what a few of the items are. There is cute Hawaiian decor and both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were very attentive and came to check on me which was unusual for a seemingly fast casual place. They also offered me a free sample of Dole Whip! I think the food here is solid, not particularly special but definitely a great addition to this area.
