Love this place!!! The kids that work here are so nice and energetic. On my first visit I ordered a large rebel energy drink and after I ordered the girl told me my drink would be free because they wanted to welcome me to the family... So nice! I've been back numerous times just because I love the customer service here and the employees always make my day. It's obvious that Dutch bros has trained their employees properly and most likely treats them well. Either that or their punishment for misbehaving is being chained and tortured in a dungeon somewhere and they all know it. . Whatever they are doing is working because I keep coming back and I'm not the only one. The drive thru is always at least 15 to 20 cars deep, but I never worry because I'm out in less than 5. My one and only Dutch Bros experience was at this location and I'm not sure I was give it another try. The lines are always long and everyone knows that. I've heard about the amazing, happy energy that is supposed to radiate from Dutch Bros employees and let's just say I saw NONE of that. I understand working in service isn't the most fun, I've been there, but hearing so much hype about this place, I'm very disappointed. I got the Raspberry Truffle (because Raspberry White Chocolate Mochas are good elsewhere) and I can't say it was the greatest thing I've ever had. U guys!! We're from out of town and this was our first time and I mean this when I say.. our stuff could hve tasted like crap and we would still come back! The service was amazing!! Long time customer of Starbucks here . I thought I would give this place a try because I pass it every day taking my kids to school. The drive thru line is always slammed with cars a mile long so it must be good, right ? Sat morning I roll up to this place and order a large iced latte from this young lady who walked up to my window . Sweet gal however she swipes my card very fast three times and soon after tells me the total and gives me the pay-pad and points out the tip screen . Tacky if you ask me !! Later I get my iced latte. Frankly , it taste like some cheap @&& milk drink ! I totally felt ripped off !!!! It was like this watered down skim milk with coffee !! Im not kidding ! Quite possibly the worst Dutch bros I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of different locations. The line was actually shorter than most Dutch bros lines and it still took them over 30 minutes to give me my drink. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly and even rude. Definitely would not recommend this location and personally never going there again. read more

We typically go here quite often. This time we had to walk up to the window rather than do the drive through. The drive through is extremely long! We have spent at least 45+ in that line. I definitely would not waste that much time for a drink. Their drinks are good though but it depend on what you get. Good place to go if you're willing to wait. read more

I love DB! Soo much to choose from. DEF look at their menu online before you go. My personal fave are the rebels (Rainbro) and teas (Marmalade green tea). They have coffee, sodas, frosts (slushes), smoothies... some baked goods. Theres a reason why the lines are so long, they have gotten a little faster since they first opened. Visited today. It was drizzling rain when we arrived at 2:40pm. Order takers were standing in the rain with umbrellas but going very slow. When they got within 2 cars of the menu board they stopped and went inside. Our car FINALLY got to the window 40 minutes later and they came out to pull our car forward beyond the window. I told the order taker that we have now been in line for 40 minutes and she said they couldn't be in the rain....funny, we were in Payson and it was SNOWING and they were out taking orders. If your double drive thru does not have a speaker and it's hot, cold, raining, snowing, etc you can't just stop taking the orders and let them sit! Horrible business and horrible experience for your customers. It's not like we can get out of the line... 40 minutes is too long to be in line and if your business doesn't have a speaker in a drive thru then your employees need to take orders. read more

Haven't been to a DB in forever. I am usually a devoted fan of the Iced Kicker but it was past 9pm on a Saturday night and my friend told me about the Iced Vampire Slayer made with green tea. Not wanting to be buzzed all night I thought this was a good alternative. Sat in the drive thru at least 30 mins. The line for the walk up window was just as long. They have 2 drive up lanes that merge into 1. No speaker to order through, a poor DB employee has to stand outside and take your order alternating between lanes. None of the boards in the drive thru lane shows all of the drink or snack offerings so if you haven't been to a DB before or don't know what you want, check out the menu online or use the walk up window. read more

Long drive-thru lines will on average set you back 10-15 mins and the walk up window won't shave off any minutes even though it appears less crowded, plus it's hot outside. Be sure to check their online menu prior to arriving as the menu board isn't as comprehensive. Also, be cautious when going from a medium to a large drink as it's appx $2 more and one drink can set you back almost $8 bucks. Favorite drink: Iced Caramelizer! read more

Coffee is good, service and line are terrible. I'm from Oregon where the Dutch line and service are phenomenal. I have been to other locations here and they are okay. But this one is the worst. There is no coordination to your line. Stop letting cars cut others and figure out a better process. Maybe call Oregon and ask them? I won't be back. read more

Wait is way.....to long. Dutch Brothers Corp values place urgency at the top of the list in thier mission statement. O dont get why there is only a single order taker for two drive through lanes during busy hours. Employees ate nice but maybe too chatty during high volume hours. Been coming to this location for the last year but over the last month I have been running into the issue of them not putting the lids on the drinks so liquid goes all over my car. This is the fourth time this has happened. Another time there was a hole in the bottom of the cup and it drained into my cup holder. I like this location as with most locations, it get sooooo busy!!! The staff is always super friendly and talkative!! I prefer to go early, like 630ish, during the weekday and by 730 on the weekends and I do not have the long lines like they are later in the day! Love Dutch! read more

I came by to pick up my usual drink today....omg! The line at this location goes on! I had to go parked today which is no big deal to me. I line up to order my drinks. I love their coffees and teas here, but one thing that really annoyed me is that all the employees there are a chatter box trying to make their tips. It's great they have customer service skills. However, if they see the line as long as a Great Wall of China, maybe they can tone it down a notch on the talk so everyone can go through their day enjoying their favorite drinks instead of waiting in line burning out energies to grab a good drink. By the way, they do stamp cards as well as free birthday drink and every first of the month, they give out stickers. The stickers usually have a coupon on the back of them so you can use it if you want to order something on their site. My dogs love their pup cup as you can see in the picture below :) read more

I've been to this and other Dutch Bros. locations more than once. For some reason this is the only one that can't seem to figure out which car has arrived first. Today took the cake on their poor attempt at managing a line and I watched multiple cars who arrived after us get their order taken. At one point there were two associates chatting up a friend in the vehicle next to us (I know the employees talk to everyone but they hugged the person in the car so I'll assume it was a friend) that got their order taken before us AND had gotten in line after us. I get the idea of two lines merging to meet demand but if you're doing that, at least try to manage it. This was definitely my last visit to this location. read more

Literally every time I come the workers are just standing around not doing anything and I have to wait minimum 20 minutes. Went today and watched as three different cars pulled in after me and the workers took all three cars orders before walking to my car. Used to love this brand but they're so hell bent on the number of applicants they have that they basically just hire on and fire off workers at will, and I never get an experienced worker helping me. Orders get out unbearably slow, workers stand around taking with each other and other cars for too long, and orders are wrong half the time. Will not be coming back :( read more

The only reason you wouldn't give this place 5 stars is because the lines can get really long, but that's what happens when it's good. I don't get a lot of the speciality drinks but the coffee and iced tea are great. Staff is always friendly and upbeat.
