This was my first time to this newer location and it was good, the guy taking orders definitely seemed new. They were all nice as usual. I know things are going up in price due to bidens inflation but $35 for kids hot chocolate and a couple rebels is insaaaane. People judge Starbucks being pricy but Dutch is way more for what you get. I only come to Dutch for the rebels. Their coffee is nasty in my opinion, but the rebels are one of a kind. $8 for a large is crazy but I'll treat myself every now and then. Try the Holly Jolly while it's in season! Th other rebels are good as well, Dino egg and marmalade are two of my favorites! read more

I come to this location often since it's right by my work. Today I got my usual, a strawberry horchata chai, delicious. Even in this heat, they moved very fast. However, my experience this morning was different than previous times. The girl that took my order was amazing, it shocked me that someone could be so sweet and listen so well. She took the time to ask about my personal life and noticed my wrist tattoo of YHWH. We kept talking, she said her name was Elly and asked if there was anyway she could pray for me. I've never been met with this amount of kindness by a stranger. This company is doing something right. read more

Pretty sure there was a mess up and the car in front of me received my drinks, because I overheard them receive a free "messed up" energy mangoada lemonade. So this Dutch Bro's issue with the weekend drive thru. The employees taking orders randomly 'float' around similar to someone chasing a paperbag blowing in the wind. There's no rhyme or reason to the process. You won't be ordering 'IN' order so know that going in. The fact that they ask for a tip at the point of ordering is also CRAZY because they're probably pissing off 50% of their customers before they every receive their order. The drinks are good but if you are process oriented by nature try Starbucks or take something to take the edge off while you wait and watch the inefficiency at this location. read more

I can't believe I have to explain this to a company that is publicly traded. Your company does understand the purpose it was developed for correct? A line is for ordering a product and getting that product as quickly as possible. A drive through line is for people that are either lazy or are in a hurry. Do we understand this so far if not please re-read till you understand the concept then move forward. My question is why is it every time I go to buy your product I get extra time in line with your people continuing conversation after they have handed off the persons order to them. As a paying customer I'm not in line to have more of my time wasted while you have a conversation. I have been going to this location for three months now. On average I'm in line an extra 3 to 5 minutes cause of conversation. If you are hiring people to chat start a hostess club not a coffee shop. read more

So as usual with Dutch Bros the response to my complaint was met with pure professionalism. I received a call this morning requesting more information so they could look at video! Amazing cause I've never heard of a company being so thorough immediately. I am highly impressed with their customer service!!! I know one person does not make up Dutch Bros and the situation I had,has not only never happened,I have never had anything but amazing interactions with every employee I've ever come across. Other than this one person,who most likely had a rough morning or maybe needs a check from management. Either way I just wanted Dutch Bros to know in case his attitude happens to continue.That way there's documentation of him doing it previously (or maybe this is the sec time) but either way if I say nothing and continue to make Dutch Bros (who's amazing again!) look like they allow that attitude. All it takes is a first time customer to pop up and receive him acting this way, they never come back again.. It's not like I'm demanding he be fired or I get my money back. They would not do our order "Strawberry flavored water". We have been coming here since they have opened up at this location and now they can't do our order. What an operation. They have a long line out front and a crazy drive through line. Still they're able to take orders and get people in and out within 2-3 minutes a person.
