I'm not in this area often, but when I found myself nearby today I was pleased to see a new location here. It is definitely pretty new and one way in and out to get to the drive thru right now due to construction around it on other buildings/parking lot. I was even happier to see no line when I pulled up. Besides one car I was the only one there. There was an employee standing outside to take my order. She was happy, friendly and we had a great little conversation while I ordered until another car pulled up. She stated I came at a great time because it does get pretty busy after the high school gets out. Once I ordered I pulled up as far as I could. There was a sign in front of the window stating there's been a bee issue so they would bring the drink out to my car. Hopefully it's taken care of soon so they can be as efficient as possible. The drive thru is a two lane one that merges like the other newer locations. It's a lot better in my opinion. The walk up area is good size and shaded with tables. The employee bringing out my cold brew was just as wonderful as the first and I was on my way in minutes. I knew instantly that my drink was just how I like it by the color and I was correct. Before I start I just want to say that I have been coming here since it's opened.... Great staff and have had great experiences... and this would only be my 3rd bad experience but this one just happen to annoy me more today. I don't always get the same drink, im always tryna switch it up but it's normally gonna be a smoothie or a carmelizer. Today I decided to get a smoothie, and it was more like an Icee... every sip im getting clogged up cuz big chunks of ice just can't even fit in the straw... and then when I do get a nice sip I am chomping on little ice chips that get sucked up with the liquid. I have had 3 bad experiences with the same smoothie order at this same location! Don't want to make a big deal out of it just think maybe think they should spend more time blending their smoothies before giving it out. Thank you! read more

Absolutely love this location! You can go to any location and have your coffee taste exactly the same. However, I know that at the Happy Valley location there is going to be the best barista's in town! When I roll in for my morning coffee, I know that I'm gonna be greeted by some of the best! Went to your AZ happy valley location today.. the girl taking our order with the braces was so rude! Gave the benefit of the doubt and still gave a $7 tip on a $10 order. Got to the window and then girl with the short blonde hair handing out drinks was even ruder!! I wish I could take back my tip but will definitely avoid this location going forward and will let all my friends know. You missed the mark on this one Dutch.. completely disappointed with this staff and will ABSOLUTELY choose any other coffee company over this one if I'm in the area of happy valley/35th Ave. your other locations have been great but this one, first time there at that location- COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!! I love Dutch bros but always go to other locations till I learned about this one. I ordered a seasonal drink with no soft top. The drink had it on there so I asked for it to be remade before I left the parking lot and the employee got mad at me and me an attitude for the drink being made wrong. While the drink was being made I could wear the red haired girl with the septum piercing and a guy employee talking rudely about me. read more

It is unreal how some people can be so rude. My two daughters went to this Dutch bros location and came home crying because they were laughed at because they weren't wearing shoes. I left a review back when this building first opened and of course it happened to disappear. This is one of the worst Dutch bros I have gone too, the staff while friendly gives awful customer service. I have been to this location many times since they opened and every time I go, I have the same disappointing experience the staff is always spending their time chitchatting with the customers that they know for 10+ minutes leading a line build up, and then they slowly move through the lines, not even going in the order that the people have arrived, and the drinks are always really gross and have a little to no sweetness to them. The worst thing is it is in a great location where they should be getting more business, but they do not because their customer service is so awful and their help is just as bad I very rarely go to this location because of how awful their staff is and I try to give them chances every once in a while, but they always remind me why I don't like being there read more
