Because of this and having to watching my three boys, I quickly hit order without double checking which is my fault, but they were closing and told customers if they didn't hurry and order they wouldn't be able to. I ordered four drinks total, when the order came. We noticed sons honeydew drink with crystal boba wasn't in there, instead it was a jasmine tea. No boba. Which is odd, I saw him add it to the order. I noticed the drink I got for my husband had boba which I don't add. They showed me the order and sure enough it said what they gave. I told them there must have been an error but okay. My son was clearly upset, not hysterical but trying not to cry (he was really looking forward to it). The guy who made the drinks just walked away didn't try to help. Remaking the drink would have been easy. The girl at the front just stared at him while I explained that we must have made a mistake, I saw him add his drink but I should have double checked. I wasn't sure what to order, so I went with the safest seasonal option (Pumpkin Latte). Right now they have a cool Breast Cancer Awareness Month energy drink refresher you could try! The drive thru line was very quick! You order at the speaker and someone comes out to take your payment. Once you get to the window, you get your coffee and your bean. The "bean" is a chocolate covered coffee bean! The flavor and texture was definitely something new to me, but worth the try! The staff were quick, efficient, and kind. The drive thru employee even asked me about my plans for the rest of the day :) great customer service!
