It's difficult not to leave here happy. They have heaps of drink combinations and flavors. I've tried a variety of coffees (I can't remember the names because they name their drinks weird names), their energy drinks, and their lemonade. I recommend the Tropical Lemonade with Guava blended in. The biggest "wow factor" that stands out to me is the (what feels like genuine) attention from every person who works here. Every person has engaged in conversation with me (above and beyond "how's the weather"). Usually, most young workers can't stop talking to each other to even bother to look at you. But, everyone here is friendly and conversational. It's a wonderful touch. The biggest negative to this place is the menu. The items have weird, un-memorable names. So, it helps to order with the menu in front of you. Especially because there are so many different options. But, because the car lines are sooooo long, the people come out to your car to take your order (and money) to make things go faster. But, they don't have any copies of the menu. So, if you don't know exactly what you want, you can't order or pay. So, you are stuck, holding up the line, while you slowly pull up, with a worker walking side by side your car, until you can see the menu and order. One other issue is, if your order is wrong, there isn't much to do other than go back and wait through the line again. The phone number only calls the main headquarters (30 minute wait time). But, even with those two frustrations, the experiences were so positive, this place earned 5 stars from me. read more

Absolutely love the employees there! They're always so sweet and welcoming! Not to mention they have no issue sparking a conversation with you and making you feel welcomed! As an insanely indecisive person, I highly enjoy the ability to ask for a surprise drink and it comes out so good every time! My only complaint is the change of hours are a bit unpredictable. Not only are the drinks a delight but the staff is too. No matter what time I go, early morning or right before closing time at 11pm, they always get me in and out and make my experience exceptional. They always ask about my day, they tell me great stories while I'm waiting for my drinks and they truly give great recommendations. My first Dutch Bros experience ever and I'm an instant fan! Service here is matchless. The broistas are upbeat and invested like you could start a friendship while ordering your coffee. Their menu is vast, serving hot, iced, and frozen coffee, plus smoothies, tea, hot chocolate, and MORE. Even the long line at the walk-up window didn't provide me enough time to choose a drink, so my friend suggested I do what she does: ask the broista to whip something up based on my tastes. Um, wow! I told the broista I wanted something cold and chocolatey, so she made me a Trifecta Frost (a caramel chocolate milkshake) which just tasted like chocolate milk. I drank a quarter of it and wanted to throw up. It was not the drink for me, but I'm not knocking the business for it. Their menu is endless, so I'll just have to come again and try something else. One Yelper said it would be hard to make this location a regular stop, and she's right. The double drive-thru line stretched through the parking lot and the walk-up line was a 15-minute wait too. My mom and I are obsessed with Dutch Bros. and we just had to have our fix before heading home to Vegas. A road trip isn't a road trip until I have my coffee in hand! We quickly found our way to the nearest Dutch Bros. and decided to wait in the drive-thru line, assuming that it would move quickly since we saw that there were two separate lines. Little did we know that the two lines would merge into one and we would be waiting for more than half an hour! I've never waited so long for an iced coffee! Either this location was understaffed, or the layout of the drive-thru is straight up terrible. Maybe a bit of both! The walk-up window line was just as long. We ordered our drinks and waited a bit longer. The staff was extremely friendly and our drinks were good, per usual. We are big fans of DB however today was the worst DB experience. The line was over a half hour wait, which isn't too uncommon, however cars in front of us AND behind us were receiving their coffee orders before us. Our order was 2 coffees, a medium Candy Cane freeze and a Medium Christmas Morning. When we finally reached the window, they hadn't made our drinks and after chatting small talk for 5 minutes asked us to park and wait for our drinks. Didn't tell us why. We waited another 7 minutes before they brought our drink to us and my husbands Candy Cane Freeze tasted like WATER! When my husband mentioned how long we waited, the kid that brought the coffees out said the freeze machine was down, well it tasted like it and didn't even offer to make the wait, the delay or the lack in communication right! My Christmas morning was supposed to also have 2 added shots of white coffee and oat milk, it didn't taste like it always does when I go to DB in Peoria. The drinks we waited 43 minutes for tasted horrible! It was supposed have 2 added shots of white coffee and EXTRA works, there isn't any at all in the candy cane. So annoying! Honestly when this was the only location in the west valley (Indian school and McDowell )it was the best employees were awesome drinks were great never failed. Ever since the new locations opened this is my last choice to go to location wise. Employees are rude and just want to get you out they rush you while ordering and seem annoyed if you ask any questions. This morning while getting our drinks a girl with black long hair handed us one wrong drink and when i noticed it wasn't our order we handed it back and the girl rolled her eyes and with an attitude said "please listen" like wtf really?? Fast service, even when there's a huge line. I've never waited more than 10-15 min tops. First time trying Dutch was here & the staff is always so helpful if I want to try something new or different. Look for the Windmill Dutch Brothers has found the friendliest, most energetic emoloyess to work at their shops, considering they have to be up so early in the morning. Their service at Dutch Bros was great; every employee was like a long lost friend. Their coffee and smoothies at Dutch Bros are delicious, but I think it's the customer service that will keep me coming back for more. I had the Mango smoothie and my nephew had the not so hot coca, both drinks were delicious. My smoothie was light, sweet, and refreshing (would have taken a picture but I drank it to quick). If you want your drink customized just ask, Dutch Bros will take care of it. I like that Dutch Bros has "less hot" options for kids (my nephew liked the fact that the hot chocolate didn't burn his mouth). You might want to give Dutch Bros a try if your in the area. read more
