Our lil family of 3 walked in at 8:58pm (closes at 10). As soon as we walked in, the MANAGER (in dress shirt/pant) was at the front desk - looked at us, then at his watch in disappointment as his hostess grabbed menus to seat us. We were seated in the very back corner of the bar area where no one else was & felt very rushed to order when the server came over as we were getting seated. She took our beverage order & also asked if we were ready to order our food before we even had a chance to open our menus. It only took until she returned with the beverages (2 waters & 1 soda) for us to order our food. We received our food fairly quickly & our server was attentive to us during our dine in however the manager did come around our table twice WHILE looking at his watch both times which made us feel very unwelcome & as if we were impeding on his evening plans. We were done with our food, paid our tab & was out of the restaurant by 9:46pm. Meanwhile, another couple walked in 20 mins to close so I imagine they probably received the same type of rushed service along with time checks. Maybe the manager was having an off day but when you're in the restaurant business, your service should be priority from open to close. read more

We occasionally go to this spot and it's either going to be great or a miss. Yesterday's visit was a miss and frustrating as it was my wife's bday. Wasn't that packed but we still had a decent wait, we were sat at a broken lobb sided table, while another next to us and in back of us sat empty even after we asked to switch. The manger on hand told us if she moved us there would be an additional 20/30 wait. We had to ask for service but once we did, we probably had like 3 people visit us. Our server must of been new, so we just excused anything in his part and tipped a good tip. Small inconsistencies a place to make when like 3 other Italian spots within walking distance. Will we go there again, probably so, can Olive Garden do better, of course.. take what you will with this info. read more

My family & I ordered take out on Friday June 13th @ 7p online. The online service was very easy to order & in order to complete your order you must pay w/ credit card & or Apple Pay online. If you have any coupons you can apply the code before completing your order. We ordered: 2 seafood Alfredo's, shrimp Alfredo & chicken Alfredo w/ chicken frittata pastas all w/ Pasta e Fagioli soups, added a salad & large raspberry lemonade. Overall our food was good & the only complaints we had were my chicken Alfredo was lacking the sauce very minimal which was disappointing & our breadsticks seems to have missed the extra butter & or seasoning on them because they did not taste the same. We would love to come back again in hopes my chicken Alfredo & breadsticks are made correctly. read more

Had to do a review due to all of the bad reviews I see posted on here. Went Wednesday night before thanksgiving during dinner time and was greeted upon entering and seated immediately. Our server was Anthony and he was exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He was spot on with service, hitting every mark from offering more refills with everyrhing and being attentive, while also being patient during our ordering process. The 3 of us arrived just before 6:45pm and we're in the vehicle leaving by 7:30. I had to take the time to submit this review since it proved so many awful reviews from the last 12 months otherwise. Not that Olive Garden is in the upper echelon of Italian cuisine, but this Olive Garden is the best one I've ever been to and it's not even close. read more

We liked this location. Cleaner, newer than others of theirs. Can't beat the all-you-can-eat soup, salad and breadsticks. Served was very pleasant and attentive (we ate at the bar). You meet the most 'interesting' at the Olive Garden and this location is no different, but, hey that's cool because they gave great breadsticks. Again, I don't frequent chain restaurants. If I'm going to, though, Darden restaurants usually have the best service. Olive Garden in Goodyear is no exception. The service there is excellent. Particularly this last time we went, we had a young man, I mean he looked like he was barely 18, and he did a phenomenal job!!I'm sorry I can't remember his name because he was very good. I wish you would bring back the braised beef tortelloni permanently. Quite literally that dish, the chicken Vino Bianco, and the mushroom ravioli with sun-dried tomato sauce were my favorite dishes and none of them are on the permanent menu anymore. What a shame. I appreciate that the restaurants are always well decorated and updated. I know people talk so much crap about Olive Garden, but they've been around for as long as they have for a reason so somebody's keeping them in business! read more

First: Food always good and plentiful. Second: Our server young and moderately attentive. I needed to call her over a number of times and observed her turning away from the door and standing in the kitchen area. We were not given or offered paper napkins and when I asked for olive oil to dip my bread stick into, she plunked the oil and vinegar holder on the table and quickly moved away. (I do realize that she was busy. However all customers deserve good attentive service). There was no dipping dish provided for the olive oil. At other Olive Garden restaurants a small dipping dish was provided to me. I ordered coffee when I came in and it was served very nicely in a metal coffee pot. However the coffee was very bitter. So I asked it to be returned and just had water. My server did not even ask if I would like some lemon in my water which is usually the case. At the end of the meal when we paid I noticed on a receipt that the coffee I asked to take back was not removed from our order. So it was on so it was on the receipt. I finally found our server and she went to find out about it and told us that it was forgotten by her manager who is going off shift. And the new manager we did our totals and took off the coffee. Third: Ambiance. Not much I can say about this as it was just a very busy noisy restaurant. read more

I've been here twice in the past couple years - wasn't spectacular the first time I went, was just okay this time. Our waitress was great - she was friendly and quick. She made sure to check on us a few times. We brought a couple gift cards that we wanted to use but were unable to use them at the pay kiosk at the table. Our waitress ran them for us at the register. The food was okay. The breadsticks were mostly soft. We both had the chicken parmigiana - it was okay, not the best I've ever had, but not the worst. If you would like an average meh meal, this Olive Garden is your place. read more

We visited this Olive Garden location after almost 2 years of avoiding it although I love the salad and breadsticks. Previously, they had messed up my wife's build your own pasta dish with the wrong g pasta and then the wrong sauce. We had to return the silverware due to hardened food that seemed to be cooked onto the silverware. Tonight, we went there after a movie date and the silverware was sweet and sticky and still had food stuff stuck to them. We asked for new silverware and the new set was the same. When the manager came over, we let her know and that maybe the dishwasher was not working at the temperature needed to sanitize and she said she'd check on it. They brought our small appetizer plates and still wet, sticky, oily, and one of the plates still had some cheese on it. She brought us two new plates and they were still the same wet and sticky but no food residue this time. At this point, we're grossed out and ask to just cancel our order. The server felt van but we reminded her it wasn't her fault they are giving her unclean dishes to provide us. The manager was supposed to come back out but didn't. We simply left and will not be going back again. Hopefully the news goes there to evaluate for dirty dining segment they do. The dishes and utensils are dirty and unsanitary with old food stuff on them. On the positive side, the server was very nice and was super apologetic for the mishap. We did reinsure her that she was awesome and not her fault with what the back sends out. read more

Usually families and overrun with "screaming" not crying but screaming children... which management seems quite comfortable with. It's a very loud and crowded environment. It's like being on an airplane ride that you pray will end. it's pot luck on the quality and portion size of food.. depending who is in the kitchen. Service is good and friendly ... on a Friday night my preference is ambiance for their high price, not a child's playground. read more

Our waitress was amazing! Very attentive even with all her busy tables. Location was very lively and busy but still ran very smooth.
