Every time you go to Dutch Bros all the employees ways have a super friendly smile and ask about your day. To top it off they have some of the best coffee ever. I hear a lot of people complaining about sizes and cost I personally find the prices to be ok. Especially since they offer drink stamps after 12 drinks you get one for free. It would be an absolute tragedy to get bad service at this location, or any other Dutch Bros location in the Phoenix area. The Good: Excellent customer service, availability outdoor seating, and conveniently located. And this DB location was easy to find from the road: Indian School Road and just past Litchfield Road, on the right side. Also, I was informed that there is a "Secret Menu" that customers have to inquire about to get specialty coffee. One particular item that I saw was a frappachino of some sorts being ordered within a mason jar? Reeeeeeeeeeeallly, now? Y'all have to hide this from the Dutch Brothers Nation and put it on a secret menu? Coffee drinkers, be wary of this and ask about the "Secret Menu." The Bad? Meh! I asked for a triple expresso and y'all serve me a large coffee with an expresso. The line was so long that I didn't complain (the coffee was strong anyway), yet an expresso drinker knows the difference. I mentioned this to the barista, and she didn't quite know what to say other than that expressos were served in large cup sizes (ummmm, wrong!). They are usually served in Starbuck's tall cup sizes. Either way, on my second visit, they got it rignt. Also, the drive-thru can be a bit of a wait due to the popularity of this location. It can be considered somewhat bad, yet DB does have an employee that goes from car to car taking orders. Either way, this Dutch Bros location is a good place that I'll return to next time in the Glendale area. Now why can't their corporate office build a kiosk by the outlet mall adjacent to UOP Stadium (hint, hint)? read more

Today was my first time trying out Dutch Bros coffee. Been told it's really good. I do need my coffee to start off my day & since I'm in town why not. First time experience was absolutely awesome. The staff is so friendly & Casper liked them. I loved that they acknowledged him, showed him the love. Offering a pupachino for Casper. (Even the other staff tending to other customers acknowledged us.) Talk about great customer service. Keep it up y'all! As I drove up to get & pay for my order, I was told someone had paid for my coffee. So I did the same for next. Great overall experience. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. read more

I absolutely LOVE the West Coast vibe of this place. And on a cool day I can actually pretend I am not in Phoenix. I came on the second day they were open.... figured yesterday would be a zoo, so I skipped it. I will admit I follow their AZ FB page, and it was not very well announced that they were opening one this weekend, I happened to stumble upon a post that hinted at it.... But I was glad I did. My coffee was delish, the service was super fast and super friendly. During regular hours it was not that much cheaper than Starbucks, but the flavor was better, the options better, and the service and atmosphere are WAY more fun! Plus, I have noticed that they tend to have lots of specials, so definite plus! This is now the closest one to me, but still a good 10 mile drive, so hopefully they will do well here and expand more into the SOUTHWest Valley! read more

The staff were so kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed my cold brew coffee. The staff recommended the "Annihilator" - which is a flavor addition of some breve cream with macadamia nut. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru (me being the 3rd) so I said heck yes let me try this place instead of my usual location. The staff takes another 5 minutes talking to the first car (which I totally appreciate the kindness and conversation but she was excessive) while she's talking another employee walks out to car 2. Then a 4th car pulls up in the opposite late, the first employee finally finishes her convo, and guess what the employee does? She skips me and goes to the other car. I stay asking for blended rebels and receive practically an iced rebel instead. Every time I order a blended rebel it never truly is made to the thick and icy consistency it is advertised as. In the photos attached you can see the rebel already separating and I hadn't even had it for more than 5 minutes. It doesn't look as watery in the photos than it really was in person. This joint is a nightmare. A bunch if addicted young teens with braces standing out front surrounding this place, waiting for their caffeine fix some underage smoking out by the cars. You drive by and look at all of the traffic that clogs the parking lot, burning guess since the City gets their share of business taxes they can paralyze the surrounding businesses because there is no parking enforcement. Drinking good coffee was an adult tastefull event, seeing young braces clinging on to caffeine makes it distasteful. Drinking good quality coffee should be for a mature audience. read more

So today on my way home from work I was having a horrible day, discouraged, and just really upset. I was praying and just asking God to send me a ray of hope, something to show me he was there. And I was on Indian school just about to cross Litchfield, right by the Dutch Bros, and felt this weird feeling inside telling me "go to Walmart" and I was thinking, "no this is just in my head." So I passed Dutch Bros and Walmart, and I looked to the right and saw a huge group of people in a circle holding each other, huddled in a circle. I thought for a moment, "Are they praying?" I wanted to turn but it was too late. So I went down to the next road and U-Turned. I needed to see if this was my sign from God. I turned back around and drove by. The group was still huddled, but then the broke up the circle. I will always wonder what happened in that circle. I wish I would've gotten out and joined. It's just so inspiring to me that if that IS what was happening, I am so amazed and thankful for companies and people that work for companies like Dutch Bros. I've gone twice; the first time I never made it to the order part because that line tested even my limits of waiting. The second time I ordered and it was tasty. The folks working there were hilarious when I ordered. I gave it three stars factoring in time, cost, and taste/quality didn't add up to four stars, yet. I heard this location in Goodyear is new and since this town doesn't seem to have any other drive through coffee joints the long wait seems right. In my opinion it's between Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks, which is not a bad place to be. I'll adjust if the wait times reduce or the coffee blows me away. read more

I finally decided to try this place out since there was only one car in line. I got the golden eagle freeze and orange lemon poppyseed cake. My drink was a bit coffee taste strong but I'm not a big coffee drinker normally and like my stuff on the sweeter side. The cake was delicious. Dutch bros has always been my place to go, but I recently noticed that if I don't order my drink to be made "extra sweet", more caramel flavoring, the drink comes out bland. Don't get me wrong, when I ask for the adjustment my drink tastes really good and is satisfying. I only think that if you're going to order a very basic iced latte(with your favored flavor) you would get some sort of taste/sweetness of that flavor. So I went on a 4 day vaca to Arizona and my niece brought me to the famous Dutch Bros. The girls described it as a Starbucks meets Jamba Juice. I told them it was my first time and even though there was a long line, she took her time, asked me what I liked and picked out a delicious "German chocolate" coffee for me. We opted to stand in line outside, there were several people there but the line moved quickly thanks to a young gentleman named Rob who was super helpful with all their drink specials! Wouldn't recommend rebels unless you like red bull because all just taste like a red bull. The line always looks long but it usually only lasts a few minutes. The staff is very happy and energetic, a little too much for slothish ass some times but they are real nice.
