We're not from around here and we've never had Dutch Bros before so we wanted to try them out for our afternoon pick me up. I don't know if it's just this location or if it's their standard practice... Buuuuut, all their employees were super nice, cheerfully pleasant we're like hyped. Despite the heat, the young man that greeted us and took our orders was still all smiles and gladly went over their specials and explained their drinks (we're all first timers with the Dutch Bros). When he saw our kids in the back, he enthusiastically went over their kids options and politely entertained their questions. When we rolled to pay, the young lady with the nose ring and beautiful smile, was so cheerful and engaging, she delightfully greeted us as she confirmed our drinks. Our daughter noticed that they had upbeat music playing inside and was immediately drawn to the girl and excitedly stated how they were all so nice! I'm not sure how their line situation was working today, but a) the line was RIDICULOUS (far longer than I've experienced at any other DBs, but thankfully no cutting), and b) cars that entered the longer line AFTER US where the lines split got their coffee and were out of line before we even passed the menu. Hot mess. Also, the Broistas taking the orders were... not quite adept at doing so. Not sure who ours was but she kept coming back to our car when there were like 40 cars behind us like "oh, gotchu already." Additionally, ours wasn't very nice and didn't even tell us our total *sigh*. The coffee was on point today, though. I ordered an annihilated picture perfect. It was PERFECT. Not too sweet. I'm assuming some of the aforementioned items are a result of this location being newer, but let's get with the program. Like always, Dutch Bros line was 20 cars deep. To keep us moving quickly and efficiently they had two staff members taking orders and payments as we waited in line. The team 'mafia' member who approached me was kind and peppy despite the 100+ degree weather. I felt terrible sitting in my air conditioned car as she took my order drenched in sweat. I have to ask.. why not provide your employees with a shaded drive-through? Since I was hoping to try something new, she recommended the Strawberry Horchata Latte with a shot of espresso. This drink was definitely on the sweeter side and is a great option for chai latte lovers! Fantastic coffee, but please install shade + misters for your desert employees. :) read more

The flavors work so well together and the proportions of milk to coffee were perfect - my partner who hates coffee even liked my drink. He kept going back for little sips. While it's mainly drive through, there is also a walk up option which was fast and easy. The service was great as well. We are now Dutch Bros Fans for life!!! Sweet overly indulgent coffee we meet again. & This time with a fall twist. I've been getting Dutch Bros at least once every time I've gone to Vegas in recent trips so I figured the Palm Desert location would be perfect to get my fix once again. Solid trip Dutch Bros experience with the usual great service & tasty drink. ITEM'S ORDERED: Obviously had to get the fall drink, Iced Caramel Pumpkin Brulee. With an added espresso shot. TASTE: Described as Pumpkin & Salted Caramel w/ Soft Top, Pumpkin Drizzle & Raw Sugar. It definitely sounds like a sugary sweet dessert more than a "true" coffee. But honestly that's kinda what I come to Dutch Bros in a way. In general I'd say I did enjoy the drink & it's at the top of my list compared to other fall drinks out there. My main critique being I'd like to taste the salted caramel & pumpkin flavors even more. From the first sip it's definitely sweet like most Dutch drinks but you can taste the more subtle pumpkin flavour (little cinnamon spice) & the caramel. The Salted Caramel does come off more as just caramel (& not salted) in my opinion. The addition of the raw sugar adds a nice textural component & makes the drink that much more decadent. As does the soft top which is kinda like a sweet cold foam. I think the best way to order this drink would be to ask for a little extra pumpkin drizzle as well as salted caramel, along with 2 extra shots of espresso. That way the "fall flavors" would be more highlighted without losing the coffee aspect. SERVICE: I was very pleased with service with this Dutch Bros, just as I've always been in Las Vegas. The guy who took my order at the window was friendly & personable. Just like all my past Dutch experiences the drive thru was very busy, so I decided to give ordering at the walk up window a try. It kinda did take awhile though, but I do think the group who ordered before me bought like hella customized "tik tok" inspired drinks. LOCATION & PARKING: They are located off Jefferson St, in Jefferson Square, pretty much adjacent to CVS. Parking is very easy since there is a sizable parking lot. When I'm in the mood for another sweet, tasty coffee, along with good service, I'll make my way back here. Well, dependent on when I'm in this area again. PROTIP: They have an app that you can pay with but not actually order on. Still worth it though since I earned a free drink with this visit. Cheers! read more

Dutch Bros is the bee's knees. It's like a Starbucks with extra hype and attitude with dance pop music blaring and super friendly "mafia" associates. The coffee and pastry isn't half bad either. I had the cold brew and the muffin top, and both were great. Too bad the closest one to me is almost an hour away, if I didn't have business in La Quinta the day I came here, I never would have known what I was missing. Really love there drinks especially the golden eagle however some of the customer service at this location needs to be cranked up a bit. At times you'll find yourself waiting at the window while many of them passing by you not even saying a word. A simple I'll be right with you is helpful. read more

She asked what drink profile I preferred and then introduced me to HER favorite drink called the annihilated. And It. Was. AMAZING! Its an aromatic coffee that included macadamia & chocolate drizzle. It saddens me to give Dutch Bros a lower star rating. After my visit today, I could not believe the service, it was so bad! The drive thru lines were so long, they were practically backing up into the street. Parked and did a walk up order to avoid the drive thru nightmare. Placed my order. I wanted to order a couple different drinks (one for another person) and was told they could only make the one drink and they had run out of ingredients to make the other drink I was trying to order. They did not provide any other drink recommendations since they couldn't make the one I wanted. Ordered just the one drink and inquired about the restroom. Apparently they don't have a public restroom?! How is this even allowed or legal?! Every other Dutch Bros location I've been to has a restroom for customers. Then it took almost 10 minutes just to receive the drink once it was ordered. While waiting for my order, I could see inside of the Dutch Bros where the employees (all young kids) were standing around, socializing, hugging one another, posing for pictures with one another....they could not do two things at one time. Geeee, I wonder why it is taking so long to get your order at this Dutch Bros location???? Got my order, and drove down the street to the nearby Starbucks to use a restroom! So happy we have a Dutch Bro's out in the desert. I really wasn't a fan when I first tried it up in Fresno (I got some smoothie), but I gave it another shot, and I'm so glad! The service is amazing which is why I keep coming back. So far I've tried the Chai Horchata, Xmas, Annihillator, and the Golden Eagle, and I would have to say if you're more into coffee you should try the last two. Also, if you have dogs they have puppachinos upon request! (It's pretty much a cup of whip cream and a doggie biscuit inside) My only complaint is to have an updated reward program? Dutch bros isnt new to me, but its been a few years since ive been there. If youre a "coffee person", this is probably not the place u wanna go to. However, they do have Americano coffee and reg espresso. They have lots of sweet drinks so if youre into sweet fusion tea / soda and frappey sweet type drinks, you will love this place. Personally, I'll stick with my usual stop. But I have to say... Hands down, these guys have the best servers/customer service. Whomever the girl was that took my order... She has curly dark hair with purple highlights and she was working today 01/30/21 at 10 am ... She was great! Super friendly and sweet. She seemed to understand what a red eye is. She gave me an Americano with a shot. Then the guy that came out to give me our drinks was a ray of sunshine. Like dude wakes up on clouds and rainbows. Singing and dancing... Greeting everyone. I visit tDutch Bros on Jefferson st. in la quinta on 06/02/2023 at around 9:43pm and purchased two strawberry Horchata chai tea with whip cream and cinnamon and a sprinkle cake shake. The strawberry horchata chai tea tasted really bad. They added a lot of cinnamon into the drinks. This is my usual drink I get, and it tasted really different from all the other times that I purchased it. I will also upload photos of how the drink looks. I was relieved to find out that they are outside for only 15 minute increments. They should all be wearing hats though.
