Came back as promised! Had the Golden Eagle Freeze (with almond milk), which is a blended caramel latte. This was really nice. Although the drive thru took a while, the service was great and friendly even though they were so busy and one gal was out in the sun taking our order. Years ago, the drink consisted of cold brew, soft top and crushed candy cane. And that's just the way I prefer it. But the past few years they added 'mocha' in it. I don't like overly sweet drinks but you can always customize your drink to your liking. So I just order my drink with no mocha in it. I don't usually go to Dutch because in the past I've tried it and it's been too sweet. Decided to give it another try today after seeing a drink I thought I might like on a TikTok. I ordered a ninja with light ice. From what I heard it should be white chocolate and mint... but there is no mint in this drink. For a white chocolate ice late it is an okay drink, but for a mint white chocolate drink it's not good. There is a hint of coffee flavor but I feel like I'm just drinking flavored milk... We're visiting from Honolulu, and I always grab a few rebels to try all the flavors while we're near any DB's But this time I was on the hunt for a sour iced rebel, and a few other locations recommended just from the menu (sour patch rebel) which seemed generic and wasn't sour at all imo. This was my first experience at Dutch Bros Coffee. I had heard that if you like Starbucks, you might not be a fan. So I put that theory to the test today!! First the customer service was exceptional! Very friendly employees even in this Vegas rain. They still smiled and took orders as they stood in the rain doing it. The line when I arrived was kinda long. But it went fast and they got people in and out in no time. For my drink I just went with a hot Caramel Cream Latte. It was hot and fresh. I can definitely taste the cream, but their competitors beat them out with the caramel taste for sure! So I understand what people mean when they say if you like one you may not like the other. Personally, I love this Dutch bros, always a good hit in the morning for me with good prices. Fair for the quality and taste amazing, service is done as fast as can but priority for them is drive through a then the people ordering at the front which is wrong cause we got to stand in the heat and stuff. Clean around the area, trash can there too. But... when it comes to ordering the drinks, I saw that they fill up as much ice as possible and pour very little of the rebel drink THEN DRINK THE REST. INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS?!?! I mean I get ice is out in the cups but I'm expecting the all of rebel drink, not to be drank by the workers infront of us... I love coming to Vegas since their Dutch bros locations don't have extremely long lines like the one near me in California. It was my first time at this location. The wait in the drive thru was not very long, as there were two lines and a young lady outside taking orders. I ordered the Blended sweet sunrise lemonade: Peach, Passion Fruit, Orange, Banana. It tasted like a big stick popsicle and reminded me of my childhood. LOL. The drink was cool and refreshing, especially on a hot Vegas summer day. This is one of the newer locations near my house and I thought I'd give them another chance. But... I'm so disappointed that they haven't changed anything or improved on their staffing. There's only 3 people working and the drive thru lines we're really long and barely moved. We stood at the window line and still waited 30min for a single coffee drink! I've been to several other locations and it's the same long wait. So I thought they'd learn and know that there need to have more barista's on staff but I guess they don't wanna make their customers happy with the shorter waits and sell more drinks. The staff were all patient and polite and did what they could with the little help they had. Their management team set them up for failure because most people were annoyed with the crazy long waits for their drinks. I definitely DO NOT recommend any Dutch Bro's unless you're willing to wait at least 20-30min for a drink! read more
