Coffee is good, dutch sodas, teas, lemonades are all good too. One of the high of this Dutch Bros location though is that their staff is full of really nice and good peeps. Most are young, and I'm still pleasantly surprised at how polite they are and their customer service is always on point. My favorite coffee drink here is the hot Ba-nay-nay mocha with soft top. Another great visit to this Dutch Bros. location. We came by to cash in our punch cards for free drinks. Their punch card promotion is buy 10 drinks and then turn in the card for a free drink - any drink, any size. Our drinks were perfect and delicious: Peppermint Bark Freeze (like a milkshakey iced peppermint mocha) and a Blended Starry Night Rebel (like a berry slushie energry drink). We were heading home to our dog and wondered if they did something like Starbucks does with the little cup of whipped cream calling it a puppuccino, so I asked the girl about it, and she said "ohhh yeah." And then she asked if the dog could have treats, and I said yes. So, she put together a small coffee cup with whipped cream and 3 treats on top which we were grateful for ... almost as much as our dog was. The best customer service around. I visit my daughter in Idaho and I have no idea where they find these kids as they are all so friendly and get your drinks so quick and they are always packed. This is the first time ever that I have been to a less than super friendly Dutch. The girl taking our order in the line just walked up to the car and looked at us. Not having a Dutch Brothers where we live, it takes us a minute to decide. The guy at the window was super friendly, but as he handed us our light ice chai and even said it.... I was wondering if it was truly light ice. It wasn't. In fact, I think that it had extra ice. Bummer that we can't go back and have it fixed. read more

I don't drink coffee, but I love Dutch Bros! The funny thing is that I don't even ever order anything for myself from here, but I still give it 5 stars. Here's why: I have 2 teenagers who love to get drinks at Dutch. The love the Rebels and the Hawaiian hot chocolate. Anyhow, I regularly bring them here before school and the service here is always on point! The energy and overall vibe is great. Music is always good, employees are laughing, & happy. The staff always asks how your day is and even shared about theirs. I have even been given a free drink when different things happened. For example, my son broke his foot and after the hospital we had to get prescription medication at Walgreens. We stopped here to grab a drink for him and they gave him his drink on the house. It was a really nice gesture. The prices are comparable with any of the other "competitors " but when it comes to quality, taste, selection, & service they are in a league of their own. read more

I've got to hand it to the Dutch Bros guys at the Linder location. As a precious self-proclaimed "non-fan" of Dutch Bros, today's experience turned my view around. There was a line of about 4-5 cars in each side, but I pulled in, anxious to try their white coffee. The super-friendly guy who walked out to take my order, after telling me about the white coffee, actually recommended I did NOT order it as it's pretty strong and tastes different than black espresso. But I insisted! When I pulled up to the window (despite the line, which didn't take long), I tried it and loved it! Yum! And then, in addition to the friendly service, they comped my drink. Why? Just because. Now that's service! They may not have my coveted drip coffee, but I'm sure I'll be returning in the future order more white coffee. Thanks for the excellent service, Dutch Bros. The BEST customer service! I had a gift card that covered the drink and I only needed $0.75. I was scrambling to find change and came up with $0.34 then went to hand my credit card to cover it and the sweet gal said just to give her the change I was able to come up with and she'll cover the rest. I ordered a dinosaur egg soda. The girl at the window handed me a brown drink, a dinosaur egg is blue raspberry so it should be blue, and when i asked about it she said there was creme in it. At other locations the creme is white and just makes the color slightly lighter. Anyways, the girl at the was super confident that i was making the mistake, but in the end I got a coffee drink when I don't drink coffee and was looked at like I was an idiot when I knew it wasn't my drink. read more

This Dutch bros is by far my favorite for customer service. I go here daily but have stopped at your Dutch bros in the Boise area if I'm running errands etc. and on multiple occasions the other places have not been as friendly and messed up my order. The people at this location always talk to me and ask how my day has gone. Has given me a free drink if the wait has been to long, always ask me to try my drink first to make sure I like it if it's something new etc. this location, people, and management are top notch. I love Dutch, BUT I won't be going back to this one. Maybe it was an off Saturday morning. They weren't very friendly, well the person taking the order outside was, but not the people making the drinks. It took a long time considering there was one person ahead of us. The outside of cup was covered in sticky syrup AND the drink was wrong. Good thing there are other ones around, I stopped at the next one I saw where they were super friendly, fast and happily remade my drink. (All I ordered was A coconut americano w cream). Just attempted to get a coffee from this Dutch Bros, there were six or so kids inside and outside. One was riding on the hood of a girls car. We were behind her, and waited while she got her drink and then waited some more while the young people talked, laughed and ignored us. We backed out and left. If the owner is going to leave a group of kids in charge, he should make sure they are responsible. We won't be back. read more

I love this dutch! I go about the same time, most afternoons and get the same gal a majority of the time. She is seriously so sweet and energetic. She remembers her regulars and what they drink. She even has a regulars book she puts your name in...if you make the cut lol. The one time I had to wait a bit, she comped my drink. Those are the things that keep people coming back. She always has suckers for my kids with whip cream on them (she calls them the super heros, even makes them have little mohawks)! When I'm not feeling my regular coffee drink, she'll make recommendations of something new to try but not something completely the opposite of my usual drink. My favorite place to stop by for a coffee on the way to work or when I'm running errands. The drinks is always good and they are priced fair. I like the fact that if you order an iced drink they put the amount of liquid you paid for in a bigger cup with the ice, so you aren't paying for ice! I've never seen another coffee place do this and I always feel cheated, or if you ask for less ice they try to charge you more. The people who work here are always super nice and make small talk while you are waiting for your drink. The only think I don't like is that in the afternoon it's flooded with annoying kids from the close by high school and junior high and they get in the way thinking they are all cool and what not, ugh! read more
