Asked for a rebel xthick and double blended w strawberry drizzle, when the trainee turned around to ask for help to put it in the tablet the guy told him to "just put xthick" and not double blended. why? Not sure. The buttons are literally right next to each other.. does this stand not do double blended? I suggest you guys take a closer look at who you put in charge for training because they're already training the new people wrong. However, I did not make a big deal out of it because I was starting to peep they were getting a little busy, but then I got to the window. When I was waiting at the window with my brother, the window girl had my drink ready and off the bat I noticed it was missing the strawberry drizzle. She even noticed it, I HEARD her tell the person on bar it was missing the drizzle, but then she said "it's fine" thinking we didn't just hear that whole conversation. She then proceeded to hand over the drink, and when I tried correcting her telling her it's missing the drizzle, she actually tried arguing with me telling me the other drink we ordered was supposed to have it, as if I didn't know how I ordered MY drink.. and like she didn't just read it off the screen that the rebel was in fact supposed to have it. The other drink wasn't supposed to have any drizzle whatsoever, so I have no clue what she was talking about. To top it all off, we ended up leaving with two drinks, one wasn't double blended, and the other one was already half melted when she handed it out to us. I frequent Dutch Bros around Northern Ca and usually have speedy and great customer service. Today I had down time so I stopped by and ordered 2 drinks. 20 mins later I asked the employees where my order was, which they informed me was still being made. After another 5 mins, my order was finally ready but my hot coffee was cold and was not given any explanation as to what took so long. I've Always been a Starbucks fan. And the only reason is because I can't do sweet coffees anymore . So I just do regular hot or cold coffees no cream or sugar . But on a recommendation from my cousin I tried this coffee and even though it was just a large black coffee it was good. I like when I can taste the coffee notes and not just sugar. The service at the drive through was quick and friendly . I've only gone through the drive thru but all be back and next time all checkout the inside service . Love the friendliest of the employees. I just tried Dutch Bros Coffee for the first time and I'm SO impressed. The menu is outstanding and my iced hazelnut coffee was delicious. I loved that they had sugar free and almond milk. "Green" tea? Modesto Carpenter site (since no Yelp listed for shop on Carpenter yet.) I asked for a green tea with light ice. This tasted like a glass of ice water except it cost a lot more money and I was then having to give a 15% tip for a subpar product. I was at the window and mentioned that they did not seep the tea long enough and so there really was not any tea flavor. The guy at the window never offered to remake it or to refund it. Disclaimer: I LOVE Dutch Bros! They have great drinks and (for the most part) great customer service! Unfortunately my mom, two sisters and I went on a Dutch Bros run and this car full of employees was backing up in the parking lot and nearly hit our car. We politely honked, at which point the driver shouted "I see you h*e" and the rest of the girls in the car got out and proceeded to point and laugh at our car. This weekend was my first time visiting Dutch Bros and I will definitely be switching from Starbucks! The staff was SUPER friendly. Eric was very helpful and kind when I wasn't sure what to try since the menu is quite intimidating. The lines can get extremely long but they go by super quick. Also, their drinks are far from bland.
