I've been going to Dutch Bros for years. But this location on how they do the lines horrible. How my visit last week waiting in line for almost 30 minutes. Used my points on the app to get a large drink. And to get to the window my order was wrong. So I had to park and waited another 25 minutes because it was packed that day. Staff too busy socializing with other employees in the line to actually do their job and make drinks for them. Pretty sure I've been held captive in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes behind them while they continue to socialize at the window after they decided to order even more drinks. I go quite a bit and today I was very disappointed!! I asked for a lg passion fruit, watermelon lemonade, shich I've had before. Initially the girl brought me out a drink that looked like green water and she had no idea what my order was supposed to be, so I had her take it back. Less than a minute later she came back with a drink that looked like same drink but now it was very light pink and when I tasted it there was barely any flavor. I drove up to window letting girl know my drink was not right, she turned to girl behind her who said well tell her it's right. So for a few minutes I argued with these girls that my drink had no flavor and I wanted the correct drink made. Girl behind her was like what does she want it sweeter? That's not what she ordered, basically they refused to remake drink for me so I just left. Apparently these employees didn't read the Dutch Bros policy!! For me this is strike one!!! read more

I try to get a different drink every time I stop by in an attempt to get through the ever evolving menu options. My current spring favorite is an iced Kicker. Each time I have been impressed by the quality of the beverages but BLOWN AWAY by the outstanding service the staff provides. My most recent visit was a week ago when my boyfriend and I decided to bring our dog along to get his last pup cup, it was unfortunately the day he was getting euthanized. When the staff found out they went above and beyond for our pup to ensure he felt loved and even comforted us as we cried. A huge thank you to the crew for adding a bit of sunshine to one of my darkest days. I will be coming by with donuts the next time I visit! read more

I HATE to do this, because I absolutely LOOOOOVE DUTCH BROS! This is the ONLY location I go to! However, with that said, this location really really sucks when it comes to some things....the site is disgusting!!!!!! There is shit all over the ground outside everywhere, (which could be power washed at least once a week.) There's graffiti on the columns and tables and none of it gets addressed or cleaned (so I have ever noticed)!!! And I go, roughly, every other day. There is trash ALL OVER the walk up line area and within the bushes/shrubs. It flat out looks like trash and is uncared for. Also, it's extremely frustrating when you walk up hoping to be made a priority and they don't prioritize walk ups at all!!!!!! You would think for those people who take the time to park their car, battle with that parking lot, and stand in line to wait for their coffee would be prioritized slightly more than the people that want to stay in their car and go through the drive-through line. I love the staff, they are always extremely polite and helpful and some remember your order. There are also those times when I have gone and there have been maybe 4 people ahead of me in line but somehow I have waited for up to 45 mins before for my 1-2 coffees! Maybe there should be an adult manager for ea. shift. It would be great if some things could be taken into consideration since the location is basically brand new it's only been in Modesto for about a year maybe two and it already looks the way that it does. read more

I come here everyday and sometimes the line is long but I always stay. They are very personable and there is just a family atmosphere. I've had multiple customers pay for my drink for no reason. Went on a Fri @ 10am, totally lucked out w only 4 cars in front of me. Customer service was super friendly and patient. Tried a double chocolate cold brew and chocolate chip muffin top. One word- YUM! Both were delicious. Plus, the muffin top was chilled; we prefer cake that way so a bonus! Double bonus- the Easter bunny made an appearance! I waited about 30 minutes for a large drink that was literally half full... I asked for a Large Electric berry with light ice. When she gave me the cup it was empty on the top half. I made a comment about it and she said they aren't allowed to add anymore of the Rebel in it which is fine but why not add extra of the rest of the stuff? If we could give them no stars, we would. The employees seem more concerned about chatting with their friends than taking care of their customers. We literally saw one employee who was supposed to be taking orders spend over 10 minutes BSing with a car, taking photos, and throwing gang signs. This will be the first and last time we have visited this location. We have been to Dutch Bros all over California, and this one has hands down the worst customer service and worst service time for both taking and getting the orders. We waited at least 45 stuck in the line, 25 before our order was taken and another 15 before we received our order. The only good thing is they didn't mess up the order. The drinks were good but there was a blonde skinny girl with long nails who tipped themselves without asking me if I'd like to leave a tip and tipped herself the max amount I know because I came here yesterday and the person asked for a tip and I got the same drinks as yesterday should've been 11 dollars with tip came out to 13 I am all for tipping when the service is great but not telling me my total and then tipping yourself the max amount is unacceptable. I've been to this location a couple times, but today really stuck out! It was my birthday 5 days ago, but used my birthday reward today. When I got to the window to get my drink, the girl was super nice and excited for my birthday! She asked if they could sing happy birthday and they all did for me! It was very sweet especially considering my birthday wasn't even today, but 5 days ago and they still made me feel special. I've been to this location multiple times. It comes down to one thing that breaks this location to the way it is; customer service. To preface, every interaction with an employee I've had has been pretty good. Very friendly and ensure a positive attitude in exchange with the customer. However this is also they're downfall. Out of curiosity my partner and I pulled over and checked out their location at the window rather than the lengthy drive thru. We witnessed multiple employees outside seemingly there to pet a dog while traffic from the location blocked multiple intersections. As soon as we got to the window the person greeting the customers starts having a conversation with the people trying to place an order; they knew each other it seems. While I think their customer service is great, it's seemingly their downfall and needs to be fixed in order for this location to thrive. read more

I've Been hearing a lot of good things about Dutch bros. Coffee. Had to see if this place lives up to the hype. I had my first Dutch bros americano at this new location. Great coffee! Fast moving line and service was friendly and prompt. Been here a few times now, the only thing about Dutch bros that bothers me is how they basically make you feel like you have to leave a certain amount for a tip. After you pay for your order, the cashier's flip their little tablet over and ask you how much you'd like to leave for a tip, it has three options you get to choose they feel is appropriate to leave as a tip or you can choose your own amount. Now don't get me wrong I'm all for tipping, especially if the server is going above and beyond. However; the cashier just takes your order and ask how much you will be leaving for a tip. Friendly service although asking the customer how much they will be leaving for a tip is Very rude and pushy. But they do have some great coffee! read more
