Not being open until 9am is wild for a coffee shop. Coffee and other drinks are all pretty good; sometimes the service is a bit slow but I think it's due to volume not lack of effort. I'm very glad you can now order from the app; thats a game changer!!! Being able to customize each drink is really nice as well. Service is almost always friendly and so far I believe my orders have been correct. The drive-thru is a bit tight for a larger vehicle as is the parking section for walk up service. Dutch bro has two ordering lines. Excited for a brand new coffee shops around the area. One thing Dutch bro don't have is napkins. A good size coffee cup filled to the top dripping on the sides. the cup dripping wet handed to me with no napkins. The girl had to go find some rolled up paper towels somewhere to wipe my cup. Happened to me at other locations too. Order a signature drink. Coffee is strong but the sweetness not enough. Just make sure you ask to sweeten to your liking. Overall nice service. read more

I rarely write reviews, but I'm really hoping that the franchisee sees this because I know that he is such a nice dude! What is the point of ordering ahead...like 25 minutes ahead for a drive up order if you're going to get there tell the girl that you're there for a drive up order and then still have to wait in the long line like 15 min in the line to finally arrive at the window for them to tell you "oh yeah we're so sorry it's been ready. We just forgot to have someone walk it out to you!" This has happened multiple times and happened last week again. I love this Dutch Bros and go there three times a week at least but I literally just left and drove out of line because there was no one in the drive up line taking orders. There were a ton of cars just sitting there waiting because the girl taking orders was out there then she just disappeared for 10 min and finally I couldn't wait anymore. While sitting there, three other cars drove out of line and left. That's money lost because your employees are not doing their job correctly! It's a drive through not a sit down restaurant service should be quick and if that employee needs to go inside then another should come out when there are 9 plus cars in line waiting to have their order taken! read more

I have been here several times and use the app. About half the time, my coffee is either burned or extremely bitter. I'm not sure what's happening - lack of quality control, poor training, etc. - but over $6 is a lot for bad coffee! read more

Dutch Bros is an all time favorite! I first experienced their coffee and service while visiting family in Idaho. They have since expanded and are now available where I live. Their services is ALWAYS excellent and their dessert coffees are fabulous! And what I REALLY like is that their medium size equals that of a large everywhere else but costs the size of a medium! read more

I went here on opening day at 8AM, the drive thru line was super fast and smooth. Owner and team did a great job getting everyone through quickly! They had super loud music playing so I had to repeat myself a few times to the girl taking my order. She was super sweet though and gave me large drinks for $3. I couldn't make up my mind which drinks I wanted to try so ended up ordering 4 different ones. I ended up liking 2/4 of the drinks I really wanted to like the Carmel pumpkin snowncap drink or whatever it's called but there was very little flavor of both. If there was more flavors of both plus coffee it would be the perfect mix. Otherwise it really just tasted like a lightly flavored fall milk type of drink. My son enjoyed the pumpkin pie frosted drink and my husband liked the Carmel mocha ice latte. Those are the two drinks I also enjoyed. I will definitely be back to try other drinks. read more

Dutch Bros is always good! Cheaper than Starbucks, more options than Dunkin. I'm from Murfreesboro but live in Oregon now so I was excited to try this new location in TN. The drive thru is long which is good for when it might be busy. If you don't know Dutch Bros, they have an app and that's where you see their full menu. They only really have their featured seasonal items on their boards in the drive thru. I got an iced Peppermint Latte with coconut milk, no soft top. My best friend got an iced Caramelizer! Her baby girl got a chocolate muffin top, which is sadly their only food option, but is still delicious. Go try it if you haven't yet! read more

Amazing and friendly staff. The variety of flavor combinations seem limitless. If coffee is not your thing, they have flavored teas and lemonades. You can create your own combination. They have muffin tops as well, which are the best part of the muffins. I continue to go as often as I get a craving for their starry night lemonade and the orange cranberry muffin top. A must do is sign up for their rewards and notifications they are always sending out specials so you can earn points towards drinks and muffin tops. I totally recommend them. read more

It's nice to see that there is a Dutch bros coffee in Murfreesboro but this location is still too far from me. It would be nice if they would open a location on medical center parkway. The caramel mocha latte are really good and I would order one whenever I am on this side of town. Service is good here, the workers are friendly. Their coffee shop is not a shop where you can go inside, but you can walk up and order but the lines are not long either. read more
