What I received was a tannish waffle with zero cocoa or chocolate flavor. When my husband went back in to ask about it the employees insisted it was chocolate and so he asked if they'd let him exchange it for the original one and they said "only if you buy a new one". He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices.
