And they are lazy, every other Dutch bro gives a perfectly double blended rebel, and they tell us the process, always. This location doesn't give that extra blend and sucks. I am obsessed with dutch bros. When this location opened up, I was real excited because it was close to my work. This location has a double lane drive thru, nice gated patio seating and you can even walk inside the building to order your drinks. It's a little small inside. I tested the theory of waiting inside vs going thru the drive thru & I came to the conclusion that it takes about the same amount of time to order and receive your drinks whether you stand in line inside or wait in the drive thru. I stopped by one evening with no one in line to buy 2 gift cards. The guy is looking at them and the receipts and says they don't match the gift cards. He takes a minute and says all good. I check when I get home and of course they don't work. I needed them for a party 2 days later. I emailed customer service, nothing. I called and they promised they'd be in touch the next day and nothing. It was so embarrassing to tell the winners of the gift card that I owed them as there was a problem. So I absolutely love this Dutch bros! They get my order right and always friendly! I have noticed a change in them lately. Today I went there with my almost 3 year old son to treat him. I order a chocolate milk with whip and sprinkles and I order myself a surprise rebel which the guy taking my order told me was going to be pineapple, watermelon and kiwi drizzle! Sounds great, right? Wrong. They gave me the flavors with some kind of tea. Not at what I ordered. On top of that it was mostly ice! I'm not mad about it, I just didn't like it. All the flavors clashed with the tea. I know I could have gone back but I had my kiddo in the car and he was getting antsy in his car seat. I'm just disappointed that they weren't paying attention. The guy at the window wasn't really friendly either and kind of short and seemed to want me to get out of there ASAP. They're typically super friendly and have a short convo with you. He just asked me if this is what I had and handed it to me. People taking orders were rlly slow for it being so busy. We pulled up to the window and still hadn't had our order taken. Still no problem, but my problem lies at the fact that one of the girls chatting with her friends in the back of the store got angry that we "caused a chain reaction" because we didn't get our order taken. My boyfriend and I are from Georgia. Drove to California in a van, etc. On our way home I HAD to try Dutch Bros just because it gets so much attention in social media. So we stopped at this Dutch Bros and it made me never want to go home. I've never had such a wonderful experience getting coffee. The employees were so nice - it almost made me cry. PLUS it was Black Friday so you KNOW they've been slammed all day. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I stood at the order window for literally 5 minutes, let me preface this by saying I'm 6'2" 240 and was wearing a turquoise shirt, and they just straight up ignored that I was even there. Great coffee and friendly staff here.  This is a Dutch Brothers so you can expect a 10-15 minute wait when it gets busy.  The outside seating area is fanned and was comfortable even in May heat.  The inside seating area is a little awkward as there are three high-top tables and one large low-top.  I would like to see them all low-tops for personal comfort.  Also, the music is VERY LOUD!  If you want to hang out and read, you can't concentrate.  If you want to talk to your friends, you need to raise your voice.  The music is loud in both indoor and outdoor sections. read more

I LOVE DUTCH BROS! This location is very nice. Digging how they have the corn hole on the patio and how theres two drive ways for the drive thru. So many different options for drinks anyone could really have their coffee made how they want. My only suggestion is maybe adding some shading for the drive ways. In the car it's not so bad but I feel bad for the employees having to stand out in the hot sun. Summers be brutal out here! Other than that this place is awesome! read more

The most greedy Dutch bros I've ever been to & I go to Dutch up to 5x a week. Usually the staff at Dutch are amazing, energetic, super sweet and always giving. I've been given free drinks on my b day, a bad day or just a regular day. At the chandler Dutch, I've had nothing but bad customer service and this week was the last straw. The Dutch worker took my medium sugar free drink order, Another girl made the drink right in front of me (we went inside), the girl accidentally made a large. The girl that took my order looked at the girl making my drink and said she ordered a medium. The girl said oh, oops, that's okay just give her the large. The girl ringing me up said no I'll drink that one and turned to me and said she accidentally made it with sugar. I saw the whole thing & she used sugar free everything I go to this store literally almost every day. So she lied to me & drank my drink & had her make me a medium one instead of just giving me the large like she lied right in front of me. This isn't the first greedy experience I've had. At 5-8$ a drink, I'll take my business elsewhere!!! read more

Very annoyed with the staff. They do not care about you unless you are a regular or a friend of theirs. If you are not either, you don't get any perks. There once was a girl who was friends with the girl who was working. It was very busy but the worker just continued to chatter with her friend. She then gave her friend a free drink and filled two stamp cards for her. When it came to me, she maybe said one word to me and charged me more than usual and barely gave me a stamp. The drinks from here are not great either. The frosts are very liquidy and the rebels are not made correctly. Not coming back here again. Also, their system is down quite often and at one time they were only accepting full stamp cards? They wasted my time. read more

This is such a great coffee place. I went on the first day that they opened in the morning and everyone was so kind, they also had a few workers taking the orders in the drive through on iPads. The wait for the longest is only around 15-20 minutes. Most of the workers are from desert vista but they all seemed to still have so much energy all the time. The only bad thing although is that they don't display that much drinks on the menu inside (and yes you can drive through or go inside). I definitely recommend it to cool off after an exercise or something. Although but be aware that some drinks will have caffeine. read more
