I decided to go out of my norm to try something new. I had the Strawberry tea. They give you the option to get green tea or black tea. I decided to go with the black tea. I could taste the black tea flavor. Without knowing the additional flavoring, I might not have guessed it was strawberry. The drink is a red pink color. I wonder how that is possible since tea is usually brown. Maybe there is not a lot of tea. I drank it so fast since I was thirsty. I think tea is a diuretic. My tongue felt a little dry after drinking the tea. The service was quick despite the long long long line. Lines at Dutch bro tend to be super long. Dutch bro tends to have drive thru or walk up windows only. I think I have been to only one or two Dutch bro places that had limited indoor seating. I absolutely love this location. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal!!! I had the most pleasant interaction with one of the male employees, I forgot to ask his name. I told him that I absolutely love this location. I stopped going to Starbucks because of this location. The guest service is just that good. I sort of regret not reading reviews before coming here. We're visiting from Chicago and have never had Dutch Bros. While running errands this afternoon, we decided to stop. I wasn't expecting the best coffee in the world, but I've heard great things about customer service and it just didn't meet those expectations. The broista (their term, not mine) taking the order at the car in front of us knew the passengers in the car and spent f.o.r.e.v.e.r. talking to them. This wasn't just friendly order taking. She had the tablet at her side and was chatting with them extensively, to the point another broista (stop making me say that) came over and took our order after finishing the cars in the other line. That was great of her, except the delay with the car in front of us meant we weren't moving anyway. The broista (ughhhhh) at the window was great - super friendly, made brief conversation while waiting for our second drinks, and got us on our way quickly. I got the Golden Eagle freeze, a blended vanilla caramel coffee drink with a generous dollop of caramel on top. It was exactly what I needed and expected from a blended, sweet coffee drink. I'd probably give them another shot, but I hope our incident today was isolated. What was supposed to be a quick stop took much longer than we hoped. read more

I like the double drive thru and their coffee. What turned me off from going there is the different terminology they use for ordering syrup amounts. They always made it too sweet and even though the worker explained how their ordering works, it was confusing to me so I just stopped going there. My failure. read more

I can never go wrong with Dutch Brothers and it doesn't matter which one I go to because the service is always awesome and the employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful if I need any questions answered. I try recommendations from them on new drinks and food items and also order my usual faves, the Blue Raspberry Soda and the Caramelizer with an extra shot of caramel. I had Dutch Bros many, many years ago when they use to make Italian sodas. The hubby is a coffee lover so we decided to give this location a try. Our order was as follows: Flap Jack Freeze with Oat Milk- Coffee was overly bitter. It tasted like ice blended with overly bitter coffee with a splash of water. The whipped cream was melted by the time it reached us. Couldn't taste caramel, white chocolate or vanilla. Dutch Canyon Cocoa- Our daughter enjoyed it but said she would rather have her cocoa from Starbucks. She said it lacked the chocolate flavor. Double Torture (Hot)- Coffee was extremely bitter. Couldn't find the vanilla flavor. Doctored it up at home by adding creamer. The staff was a bit aggressive when ordering because they wanted their line to flow fast. Understandable, however, for a first time customer in years, it was very off putting. All in all, we came, we saw and we didn't conquer. We're going to stick with Starbucks and possibly try another Dutch location in the future. This location just wasn't it. read more

Been trying so hard to give them more chances, but the baristas have become more and more oblivious to how much time they waste talking. We pulled in because there was only one car in line and somehow the barista managed an extra 10 minutes conversation with the car in front of us even though they had received their drinks many minutes ago. We went from one car in front of us to over 15 cars behind us because of this one baristas oblivious conversation. We already stopped coming here months ago because of this and was just proven again how much speed and efficiency is not a core tenant of this company and it's employees. Okay - I admit - I'm a regular at that OTHER northwest-originated coffee house. But DB opened a location across from my nail salon that has a lovely patio and small indoor seating area. So, I gave it a try. Let me tell you - the staff does an A+ job on getting to know you, what you like, and making suggestions for fun flavors and beverages. Something they don't take time to do at that other place. The coffee is good - definitely different from you-know-who. Does that make me tear up my gold-status card? No - but now I will diversify and try some new fun flavors. However, I won't sit in a 10+-car drive through for it. But this location, with their fun patio - you betcha! read more

The reason why I come to Dutch Brother for coffee, is that they can make my coffee right. Rarely, that they would get mixed up if i ever get a bad coffee. I love that they roast their own coffees and handcraft my delicious coffee and flavored teas. This location is the closest to me, but it doesn't stop me from driving across town to get my coffee fix as they have locations everywhere and still expanding. The fact that this company helps and donates so much is plus to me, because this company donates over $2 million a year to its local communities and nonprofit organizations, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association. They are doing a business with so much love and being passionate about it, aside from helping and sharing the profit. I think that's pretty amazing to me and I get to be a part of that every time I give them my business. The customer service here are like no others from the other locations that I've been. They are not as talkative, but very friendly and accommodating. They get busy, but quick service. They keep their drive thru service flowing here. My favorite coffee is an ice snickers mocha latte. This coffee beverage consists of coffee, a shot of expresso, caramel and milk. It literally taste like snickers chocolate. I don't know how they do it, but it done right here! For my favorite teas, I have several favorites for the fact that I like to mix it up a bit sometimes, depending on how my day is going. I usually get this flavored tea either in green or black tea. Here are my favorite iced teas- *Starry Night- BLUE RASPBERRY & BLACKBERRY. *Shark Attack-BLUE RASPBERRY, COCONUT, LIME W/ POMEGRANATE DRIZZLE. *Tropical- PASSION FRUIT, COCONUT, BLUE & RASPBERRY. *Marmalade Paris Tea- STRAWBERRY, ORANGE & GRAPEFRUIT.
