My order is normally a large shaken espresso with sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free vanilla and unsweetened cold foam. The last few times I have ordered from them whether is through my app or my significant others app. The order is always wrong and contains sugar! Thankfully, I don't have anything medically wrong but if I do consume a drink such as sugary coffee, I will be super sick for the rest of the day, but it makes me wonder for people who are type one diabetics or type two diabetics that this could actually harm them... I could technically turn around and ask them for a new coffee but the environment there does not seem very up beat therefore I just avoided and we toss the coffee! I ordered there today and got sweetened cold foam and had to spit out my drink to avoid me getting sick and today was the last time I will order from that that location. I truly don't think anybody wants to go through the drive-through and be annoying and constantly ask if it's sugar-free nor does anyone wanna have to purchase glucose test strips to confirm that there order is safe.

BRC offers something a little different than the others, and it's all good! I especially liked the egg bites that go perfectly with any drink. My favorite right now - The Mexican Mocha. While I usually drive-thru, I've been able to take a short break and walk-in. Lots of seating, very mellow inside. And the staff is always welcoming and patient while I browse the menu. The coffee milk tea (30% sweet, less ice) is more coffee forward, but I can still taste the tea. The coffee jelly is nice new addition to the menu. Unfortunately, adding this meant removing herbal jelly and Aiyu jelly from the menu! Hopefully this is a temporary change and they will bring both of those OG jellies back at some point! The Popcorn chicken is a perfect snack. It looks like they use dark meat (yay) and a good marinade. They do appear to have been precooked and reheated upon ordering, though. This is likely due to kitchen and time constraints. While it would have been better freshly fried, the chicken was flavorful and pretty good. The staff was very sweet and explained how they make the coffee jelly fresh in-house and described their new secret menu items as well (which includes the seemingly ubiquitous Vietnamese coffee). The space is airy and quiet when I entered. Music is played at a low level, for soothing ambiance.
