I visited this location yesterday(Monday) around 1000AM. I was first in line. My order was taken very quickly. The baristas were super fast and very friendly. My Chai Ice Storm was amazing. My bagel was toasted to perfection and was actually really good. Not doughy or chewy. I also ordered a banana chocolate chip muffin which was superb. Pretty good. Quick and efficient. Good choices on drinks, coffee, smoothies and cold drinks. I had the dragon fruit smoothie which was so good, just what I was craving for. We went for the Influencer event and were pleasantly surprised by the vouchers we received for the Ebar. Stopped for a coffee (2 grande black coffees actually). Not a challenging order at all. Took over 25 minutes to get our coffees (actually we are still waiting as I write this). They had 10, yes 10, people working behind the counter (image doesn't show this tho). Doing not much at all..Talk about inefficiency. The most disappointing aspect was that they were all eating food (the cookies straight off the toaster oven) and not really paying attention to the customers while they were making everybody's drinks, and not using gloves to handle the food. Pleasantly surprised with this little coffee shop. I had the piña dragonfruit smoothie and I loved it. It was not overly sweet and did not taste artificial. Next time I will try an iced tea. This is a favorite stop of mine when I'm shopping at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The lattes here at Ebar are so good. Nordstroms Ebar is just outside the Nordstrom entrance on the second level. In addition to coffee drinks and smoothies, they have variety of grab-and-go sandwiches, snacks and salads. The service is always friendly and fast when I am here. Try the Mexican Hot Chocolate or Lavender Chai or just get a regular latte like me. read more

I've gotten several drinks here before and they have all been good but not amazing. However, their iced lavender chai drinks pretty awesome!!! The cranberry scone had pretty much no flavor! It was kinda like eating water, minus the whole refreshing and quenching ones thirdt part!!! However, it was very pretty to look at!!! The chocolate chip scone looks pretty awesome and i would like to try it but hesitate that it will be bland as well!!! I vate to waste calories or money!!! I love this place. Chloe was exceptional at customer service and went above and beyond her duties when noticing my little boy was crying. We were testing out a new Tesla at the mall and the car door closed on his fingers. Chloe quickly put ice in a glove and it immediately calmed my child. The coffee is great. I had no idea this beautiful cafe even existed until a coworker suggested we visit there for lunch. It's Located on the second floor and was so delightful! I had the Asian chicken salad and it was so light and lovely. This is a great go to place for coffee and a light snack if your shopping at the mall. Always super friendly and the coffee and service is very consistent. My daughter loves the pretzels and peanut butter. Sort of a have to buy item it passing by. On my last stop in I had a mozzarella cucumber spas cup. Very good and I'll get it again. read more

Going to echo the other reviews and say that the staff here is WONDERFUL! After a somewhat disappointing service experience at Nordstrom's, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and positivity of the guys that work at the counter. The E-bar is located on the 2nd floor by the entrance where Nordstrom's intersects with the main mall area. During my short visit I ordered up my double shot of espresso and grabbed a snack box of cheese, fruit and crackers for later. Espresso was stellar and that snack box? I know this will sound slightly ridiculous but I still DREAM about it! It was the BEST SNACK BOX EVER!!! The lavosh crackers in it are tasty bits of heaven, the fruit was sweet and the cheese a perfect match. Terrible service. Asked them to fill my water bottle with water. The lady told me to wait in line even though I had been waiting several minutes near the area where they serve the drinks. She had been avoiding me for several minutes before I finally caught her eyes. Another guy came over and took my bottle and filled it up. When he handed it back to me, a second woman said "Do me a favor and wait in line next time." Just because I'm not buying a drink doesn't mean you can treat me poorly. I'm going to beg right now. I absolutely love Nordstrom's ebar. However, they recently have taken away the main reason I come here. I am over the moon obsessed with the Thai chicken salad with cilantro and peppers, and now it is nowhere to be found! I ate it constantly on my lunch breaks, and whenever I would go to the mall. I converted all my coworkers into addicts for it. We used to walk to the mall and hoard the salads in the fridge back at our office, because we couldn't get enough. I have been to two different malls searching for it, and I think it's officially gone. Please bring back the best noodle salad ever, or at least send me the recipe!! :) Side note: the service is always great and the drinks are delicious. read more
