This is consistently the worst Dutch in this entire area. I work 3 blocks away, and I still normally drive all the way to the other side of town to go to the Antelope Dutch because they're the best, and actually care if you get a good drink. I have gotten a Salted Caramel Protein Latte a few times a week since they introduced them. I know what they're supposed to taste like. Every time I get one from here, it tastes like black coffee with milk. No sweetness, no caramel drizzle. Nothing. It got to the point that when I started coming to the Main St. location, I asked for extra caramel drizzle just to ensure that I actually got the caramel drizzle the drink is SUPPOSED to have. So today, I'm in a hurry. I don't have time to go all the way to the Antelope location, so I settle for Main. I order it exactly the same way I always do with extra caramel drizzle. Not a single drop of caramel in the cup. They gave me ZERO. I will never go to this location again. If I'm spending my hard-earned money on a $9 drink, you should be making it the way I ask for it. I'm incredibly tired of paying that kind of money for a drink that tastes awful. If you have the time, go to the Antelope location. They actually make the drinks the correct way, and the employees are all WAY nicer.

We have two Dutch Bros location here in Red Bluff and they both seem to be busy all the time with a line of cars waiting to get their fill of , well... whatever they order. This location is located at the sort of south end of town towards the Raley's store. I want some coffee and so I just decided to come here, cause I just happen to be here, instead of driving over to the Starbucks. Lucky, the line wasn't too long and I just ordered a black coffee, cause that's all I need. No cappo-late half shot of espresso ding a ling drink for me ... just gimme my coffee! Oh WOW, holy begezes ... my first sip ... this sure doesn't taste like the coffee I was expecting. I mean it wasn't like spit it out bad ... but the flavor was coffee with I think chocolate of something. Not my flavor for sure ... damn, I'm passing on Dutch Bros in the future ...... I just don't get what all the people see in this.

We found out this company is Oregon grown business on our last day stay in Oregon. Our first try is a small unit with a long line drive through waiting , thus is our first time we have no idea what to order , the person take order ahead is very nice and patient, we still can't make a decision so we park and walk to order Their coffee taste good , a bit too sweet One is camerizer one is campout freezer after we drink each other's then we can't figure out which is which ...... Anyway , if we see them in Southern California we will support them again

2 drive through lanes and one is always closed and the other always has a line wrapping through the parking lot. what is the point in having 2 damn lanes if your not going to use them!!! my home made coffee keeps tasting better and better every time one of your locations screwed the pooch! Now day number 2 AND BOTH LANES ARE BLOCKED FORCING PEOPLE TO WALK UP!!!

Horrible staff. Roaches everywhere inside the stand. Wait time is ridiculous, especially when every other stand I go to is very fast. Kids running the stand with zero interest in customer interaction. Drinks aren't made with care or to db standard. Ridiculous customer service. The photo attached was taken at 7:17a.. I had extra time in my morning and waited to see how long this would take. Doesn't it sound ridiculous when I tell you the white truck didn't make it to the window until 7:31a?? Manager of the stand doesn't seem like a team player either. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. New management and owners may be able to save their reputation here in town.

Every time I travel north and back home we always manage to stop by this particular location. Service has always been 5 stars. On every visit the staff has always been very friendly and professional. The coffee is great. There is always a line in the drive thru but it moves very quickly which shows their efficiency. I always get a puppuccino and an annihilator. Sometimes an americano. Prices are reasonable. I need a Dutch bros closer to the Sf Bay Area.

Seeing all the great reviews, I just had to stop in to try their coffee. The experience of the drive thru was relaxed and non-intimidating. The baristas were friendly and it was a quick turn time. The coffee left me expecting more from the 'kicker'. It was not bad but also not the best. Just a good middle of the road type of treat. This was my first experience so I may need to take another turn with the '911'. read more

It's funny how one visit can completely change your view and opinion of a business. So if I could do 0 stars I would do it in a heart beat. I drove up today with two others in the car. Each of us had a full stamp card. The order was as follows: 16 oz iced white mocha with white coffee and coconut milk 32 oz iced blackberry lime black tea 24 oz blended blackberry pomegranate blue rebel After handing the girl our cards she came back a minute later and said, ".... Actually I'm going to have to charge you $0.50 because the coconut milk is extra... And I don't want my boss to fire me if I'm not following the rules." After she told me that I asked why I've never been charged extra for a free drink that had alternative milk before or what's the point of using the free one? So... We politely paid the $0.50 and then we figured, "hey... We might as well bump that rebel up to a 32 oz and do the same with the coconut milk coffee." That alone ended up costing them more than it would to just give me the damn coconut milk. So here's a little something that Dutch Bros can maybe learn from this experience: - I've never been to a coffee shop that charges extra for alternative milk options when you receive your free drink.. Not Starbucks, not the Human Bean, no From the Hearth... No where! - If you're going to charge extra then be consistent about it. I was a very loyal customer and now I have very mixed feelings about this multi million dollar business who is going to make a fuss over 50 cents! By the way, the two other folks in the car with me are very active Yelpers too and I'd be happy to encourage them to write a review about today's experience as well. read more

Maybe it's the lame town this location sits in. Maybe it's the attitude/ignorance/immaturity of the employees at this specific location? We were passing thru en route back home to Colorado, so maybe we're more accustomed to more hospitable folks. Agreeing with a previous commenter, this location is subpar at best. :( I've never been to a Dutch Bros where they had ZERO of the following: WiFi, bathrooms, walkup, bike thru, someone over age 16 working somewhere on site. My daughter and I walked up to the drive-through since there was nowhere else to order. We were told I couldn't use my birthday coupon when all I ordered was a medium black coffee. So we drove down the street to the shell gas station for 50 cent coffee. I've been a loyal Dutch bros for 6+ years. On this premise, I'll be using local coffee shops & other regional chains from now on. I didn't peg California to be quite so ugly. My 10 year old daughter used to think so highly of DB & now she's ready to switch to sonic. Thanks kiddos. read more

Starbucks appears to be the "top dog" in this category. Although I'm from Seattle, Dutch Bros is the GREATEST. This place is always well staffed with energetic and friendly young people. Two drive up windows and a walk up, make it easy and fast in the service department! There's just enough variety in their drink menu to offer a variety of choices, even to the pickiest of your crowd. Besides a plethora of hot and cold drinks, a small variety of breakfast snacks are available. As I said, their coffee is full of taste. It is also very, very hot. Comes in a double cup to keep from a typical California lawsuit. Ask for an ice cube, their happy to oblige! You can't go wrong with this regional, western coffee hut. It may not have Fancy, urban furniture, mood lighting or 50 types of drink, but you will be happy with your decision to partake of the best coffee in the west! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee is so overrated. Seriously it tastes like gasoline. It's a huge hit in the Willamette Valley. I've nvr understood the attraction. I've even tried their chai tea w/an open mind. Yuk! Yuk! Yuk! The only cool thing abt thm is their Dutch Army stickers and Ts. Even thn, I won't represent. Gimme Starbucks...if the world shld cm to an abrupt end, I wld compromise w/ Java Detour or Human Being, NEVER go Dutch. read more

They never make my drink right! Ever. I went in for a trifecta and it's supposed to be dark and this one was a light caramel color. I drove off and took a sip and...YUCK! Tasted like dirty water. Went to the churn creek one to have it fixed. They warned me to NEVER come to this store. They fire people and hire every 3 months from what I was told. I will not return to this location. read more

Good tasting coffee, and staff is awesome. They are very fast, friendly, always remember what you order by your face, and seem genuinely interested in talking to you....they are not just going through the paces of the usual customer service. I would have given the full five stars, but the only drawback to Dutch Bros. is the long line of cars that occur at certain times of day....usually in the morning, and around 5pm. However this is usually due to customers either ordering complicated and multiple coffees, holding up the line by chatting up the young girls after the transaction has been completed, or by them being short staffed that day. However, The girls will always come out to your car (kind of like car hops), and take your order if they see that you have been in line for a long period of time. I have to admit, that due to me having to cut my expenses a little bit, I no longer frequent them every day, since I found it was cheaper to brew my own coffee at home...and I got a coffee maker for Christmas. But I will still go there for fancier drinks. read more

My last visit ruined any chances of me spending any money here again. I get the same drink everytime. Ninja with two extra shots. I brought my punch card for a free one the other day and got the same drink. Then she tried to charge me a dollar for the extra shots. If I get the same drink every time, with the upcharge, shouldn't I get my free one the exact same way? I've been a barista for years and I've never seen a company be that stingy. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

Delicious! Great prices. Drive thru runs smoothly and quickly. All the usual espresso drinks, hot, iced, or blended. Also some fun combos they created. You can add any flavor to their yummy blended coffee base or their energy drink. Staff is required to be extremely positive and upbeat, and they are. Music inside the building is often loud and they sing dance and laugh each time I've been. Looks like a fun place to work. read more

This is a review not on the product but on the soul of Dutch Bros. I have personally never had their coffee, but I have an aunt with cancer. They are donating all one day proceeds to her treatment. So I don't care if the coffee tastes like cat urine ,the barista is a condescending tween hipster, the parking is as bad as a trader joes and the price of coffee is equal to the price of the new iPhone. I'm buying that latte and tipping!!! Support the business that support our community, period. read more

Just drove through and either the person was having a bad day or just sucked at a barista it doesn't matter. They were rude and snatched the money out of my had and pretty much shoved the drink back at me. I was nice and pleasant and ended up leaving in a bad mood... I'll never come back! read more

The Antelope shop is my favorite and closes to my travels. Those kids are so nice and respectful , you just don't see that kind of service anymore. I'm a everyday coffee drinker and i have found that Dutch Bros Coffee by far has the best tasting coffee with the greatest baristas around at a very good price. They are the best place to stop anytime for any kind of drink whether it be a coffee ,tea , smoothies. When ever I'm traveling I always look for a Dutch Bros. their barista are always so very nice to me and always so up beat and excited to see me here in Red Bluff. read more

Stopped for gas and fuel for us. My husband was so excited to find out they had a second location we could pull our trailer through on our way to Lassen Park. Employees were so friendly and my White Mocha was to die for!!! We plan to stop again on our way back home! read more

This place is full of eye candy, options, has something for everyone. We had food, drinks and conversations. That Reuben hotdog was fancy...and delicious...really fancy. My wife had the vegan tocos I think. They disappeared faster than a cold pint on a hot day. Oh, I had a beer too. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I would say "loved" but that's a little strong for a first date. Lol We left satisfied thank you.

Yes, I ate them both and they good. The fritter was crispy, which I loved but there was a little bit too much oil left over for me. I just used some napkins to press the oil out before each bite but I loved the crunch and I am assuming I only got it because of the oil, so take the good with the bad. The maple was moist inside and the flavor was pretty good too.
