Staff is ok. Coffee is ok. I used to go to dutch bros in my college town on the west coast so this was nostalgic having it again, this time in TEXAS! I'm happy they are expanding. Nothing special about the coffee, staff, location. Their medium is equivalent to a Starbucks venti so thats a major plus. I drove 25 minutes to this location just to experience dutch bros again as it has been about 10years. I won't make that drive again for the coffee but if I'm the area i will moat definitely make this a pit stop!!! read more

Very mediocre coffee- not cheap and sometimes takes a while. Especially if you walk up and order! Nitro cold brew comes out of a can- and isn't great. If you are looking for coffee that isn't plain black but also isn't 400+ calories this really is not the place, in my experience. Updated Review: I don't know what happened over the last year, or rather the 3 months since I was there, but last Saturday was the absolute worst. I had friends with me that had never been there and they won't be back. I'll chalk it up to it being a busy afternoon. We were rushed, skipped over because we weren't immediately ready, and duh, three people that had never been there in the car with me. I was just disappointed. This would have been my 20th visit. Arrived just as they opened on day 1 (at 5am mind you) and there were already three cars ahead & a couple behind me! Dutch Bros without a doubt has die-hard followers. The bro-istas are out and about with their ordering tablets and making the drive thru line so seamless. More often than not, it almost always makes the walk-up window they have seem slow. I only knocked off a star because the Aliana/Richmond area now has so many coffee shop options and to me, finding coffee is the trinity of C's: convenience, cost-affordable, & comparable. I paid $15 for one large and one medium drink and that blows my mind just a tad bit (granted, the way this economy is set up currently, it certainly should not be surprising.) Menu is pretty straightforward and definitely utilize the app to secure your points to redeem free drinks and rewards! I had the Aftershock Rebel iced as well as the Double Torture cold pour (iced but no ice) to save for work later on in the day. Everyone was super chipper this morning with opening day and all & an Allison was going around introducing herself, which was very personable and a nice touch to an otherwise normal transaction. No crazy specials for opening week. But definitely plan on betting that this location will be attracting a lot of business, much like their other stores. The staff is very nice and welcoming and they welcomed me and my pup Mylo with so much energy and made us feel welcomed. The Coffees are great and I like the fact that they have a lot of options to choose from so far I tried the Golden Eagle and the hazelnut one very good options. They just recently built a Dutch bros by my apartment and I decided to try it since I had never heard of them before and Was tired of buying overrated Starbucks. I decided to try The picture perfect chocolate mocha blended and it is a 10/10. I have been going back every morning since! The staff was amazing, super friendly and very helpful on educating me about the menu since it was my first time. The drinks are way bigger than Starbucks drinks and they are not too expensive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Once you try them you will never go back to Starbucks!!!! read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE- rude and slow service, BAD COFFEE and expensive-- If I could give zero stars I would. Going to this drive-through coffee place for a regular cup of coffee was like being on a SNL skit. The "BRO-ista" was rude and clueless, she rudely motioned for us to back our car up as we moved with the line, and when she finally came up to take our order, we asked for a drip coffee, her response was "what is drip?" Yes seriously, a coffee place with the order taker not knowing what "drip" is!! It went downhill from there. We said we just wanted plain coffee and she looked at us like we were speaking another language! She asked us "don't you have the app?!" And we said no. Finally we gave up, and ordered a latte and then an Americano. For both of those, she asked if we wanted them hot or cold. What we got were two of the worst coffees we've ever had. Disgusting, and for all of that trouble and abuse we paid almost 9 dollars! Do yourself a favor and DON'T COME HERE!!. EVER! Don't say you weren't warned. Your coffee is good but your drive thru is horrible. You have 2 lines and a sign that states go to the shortest line but the way the order is taken is very disorganized. You had no one take orders until there were about 10 cars then 2 people came out and took orders not by first come first serve. So, I ended up being the last person when the 2 people came out even though I should have been 5th car. I don't mind waiting but this was a mess. Fix your line and I will return. read more

I come here just about every day, and am treated with utmost respect. From remembering my order, to making a delicious coffee at a great pace, the team members are amazing. It's always clean, and sometimes there's a bit a music you can jam out to while the hardworking baristas are doing their thing. Only slightly negative thing- is that there are two lines, some indecent people have cut off one another right in front of my eyes. Luckily I haven't experienced this, yet I know it must be crushing while picking up much needed coffee.
