Imo it's not too hard to make a great fun/elaborate drink because there's so many flavors that could mask meh espresso or coffee. But a coffee place really reveals itself when you get straight coffee. And with cold brew, water/coffee ratios can really vary. There aren't any piles of unmixed sugar at the bottom of my cup, no overflowing crema dripping down the sides onto my hands, and the food...chefs kiss! The new owner seems to really have put her heart and soul into this quaint little downtown coffee shop and it shows. The modern warm decor, natural sunshine through the storefront windows, and the quiet lull of of laughter and good conversation between friends and family as they sip their favorite drinks, all comes together nicely to bring a sense of homestyle comfort that this area desperately needed.
