This place is just about average. I'll give them 3 stars for the service and for being the Dutch bros closest to me open past midnight. I took off a few stars because I ordered a large dutch soda and the cup was filled to the brim with ice. I don't even think the soda filled up half the large cup due to how much ice was in therr. In my photos, the empty cup with ice is after it had been sitting out for an hour, so a good portion of the ice had already melted. They pulled a Starbucks and that is a huge disappointment. The soda was good, so if I come back, I'll ask for less ice next time. read more

I'm a regular at a few Dutch stands for over 12 yrs drinking the exact same drink (no switch up ) and love engaging with many of the Dutch crew! I came from Solano county area and now have been a regular at this stand more so for the past few years! Liliana Aliya Jordan Luna are awesome crew members and leads as well! I could name them all but now I guess I'd never stop typing but I feel they have wonderful connections with many people if u keep it basic on a conversation and keep it moving of course u won't get the best experience but actually engaging and knowing them as they get to know u these young crew members are amazing and they are making yall drinks! You can't beat Dutch Bros for their coffee selections and wide variety of teas and smoothies. You can basically pick anything off the menu and make a drink out of it. The service is always excellent and the attendance are very helpful with replacing your orders. Unfortunately, I'm not able to come to Dutch Brothers that often because the drinks are very expensive. I just went to the drive thru line @ 6:30-6:35ish at this florin location a guy come to take the order and I had asked for a hyperchrome blended rebal with strawberry boba and a sour berry blast rebal with blueberry boba. We get to the window the guy gave us our drinks and in the berry rebal there is no boba. We tell the guy at the window we asked for boba the guy was completely rude and then said that it's a dollar extra I'll take the drink because it's hot out side but like no. By far my favorite Dutch Bros so far! The staff is so helpful and welcoming and fast service. My iced coffee was on point!

Placed two separate order ahead in the same car, Medium Dulche De Leche Latte (1) and one Medium 9-1-1 (1). It was our first time using this system but we still had to wait in the drive thru line and they wouldn't allow us to pick up at the counter despite us seeing a few cops going up while we were waiting but I'm not sure if they get that option because of their job title. The girl who helped us only got one out of the two orders and when she came back to give us one drink I told her for the second time about my order. She said my order didn't exist and then found the order but started laughing and saying "oops just kidding guys". Due to this, many cars behind us went ahead and by the time we got upfront my drink was still not ready. I'm mostly upset with the staff member that helped me, I wish she wasn't laughing about her mistake and at least apologized. We also tried to get help from other employees but a random man who was faking to be an employee came up with a tablet yelling at us about a missing person and it was a very uncomfortable situation. I've never had any problems at this location before but it was seriously a mess and very hectic. I will definitely avoid this location at all costs, so not worth the hassle or bad service. read more

Was a little bummed out about this Dutch Bros location. The coffee I always order here is an iced Annihaltor. Every Dutch Bros I've been to are always consistent until I came across this location. It tasted very watered down, I was not a fan. Service - The drive thru process was painfully slow. It took me 20 mins in the drive through to get a drink and I was 4 cars away from the window. What I thought was going to take 5-10 mins... After getting my drink, I saw there was another line at the other end of the store. I thought it was insane they had this other line but looking in the window there were only 2 baristas. I'm not sure if there's an understaffed issue that is causing the delays but it would definitely help if they had more workers! Overall, I wouldn't come here thinking it will be a drive and go process, so if you're in a rush in the morning, I'd go somewhere else ! read more

First time I've tried Dutch Bros and it was ok. Not an out of this world experience. I did not like the style of their coffee lid, it actually isn't well designed to drink hot coffee. We got a pastry along with our coffee and it was prepackaged and didn't taste too different from something you'd get from a 7-11. The service was really good, the young lady who took our order was draped in a plastic covering because of the rain but still had a smile on her face. I was in the area so I decided to try this location. I ordered my usual favorite, the Sweet Sunrise Tea and it was on point! Workers were very nice and service was prompt and efficient. I like how this is situated near the freeway so I can get my drink and be on my way home just like that. It can get busy at times so be prepared, but the wait is definite worth it. read more

They ended calling their boss to double check and were given the green light to honor the coupon. all staff were friendly with smiles on their face. Loved the staff who took our order cause he had a big smile on his face and seems to be having a jolly good day. Ended up ordering the candy cane freeze which the staff recommended and the snow cap freeze. Both tasted pretty yummy. Big kid didn't like the snow cap much and ended up switching with mine. I have been a Dutch patron for years, and normally the service is quick and everyone is friendly, which is what I have come to expect at DB. I think this is a location specific fluke - we still by for a drink, and ordered based on our bro-istas recommendation. When we got up to the window, no one greeted us. We waited for almost 10 minutes for service, and they didn't even say anything about the wait. Then when they read us our order at the window, the broista had rung us up for an additional drink, which we did not order (and a large drink to boot). We corrected her, and instead of offering a refund or even an apology (we had already paid) she just asked if we wanted it.... very disappointed, will not be returning to this location read more

I have been a regular at this dutch bros for a couple of months. The employees are super kind but the service is always super slow. It seems like no matter what time of day I come by the line is always backed up and there is only one to two people doing everything. This seems like a management issue, because the workers always seem extremely swamped. More people should be hired to lighten the work load. read more

This location has been a hit or miss. I never know what I'll get when I stop here. I only order a small or medium iced americano with sugar free syrup and cream. Simple right. No they keep adding the drizzle. Anyways I went back today since I left a tip and got a medium drink. For the remake the person making the drinks decided to add both drizzle and syrup making the drink disgustingly sweet. I even mentioned it to the girl in the window and she just started at me... didn't even ask if it was better. Back to making coffee at home. Everytime I come to this Dutch brothers is excellent. I don't believe I've had a botched drink from this one yet. The workers are always friendly, jovial, sometimes conversational depending on how many people they're helping at the time. Custom orders are always met with a 'we can do that' if not a "I think I'll try that myself later" I usually order rebels, However when I have a passenger, I haven't heard any complaints about the coffees either. Overall, friendly, if not overly crowded and busy at times, but the staff make sure everything comes out like it should. read more

This place is an absolute disaster. I placed a mobile order and STILL had to sit in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes--there were only THREE cars ahead of me! When I finally got to the window, I waited another 5 minutes, just for them to try and hand me someone else's order. I told them I had a mobile order, and guess what? It STILL wasn't ready. No apology, no acknowledgment of their incompetence, nothing. To top it off, it was sticker day, and I had to ASK for my sticker. Pathetic. Ok what's with the attitude of some of the Night Shift workers?? I came with my daughter and her friend for a late night treat tonight. I noticed immediately while checking reviews on Dutch that all were 4 and this was a 3.5. Well, the girl taking the order before you get to the window was nice as was the cashier but I just seem to feel that the other Dutch locations had a little more pep to their step. By no means is this one lacking in service because I now have seen that you can expect friendly and excited employees at all locations but this one could use a little more to be on par with the other locations I mentioned. Maybe it is the rougher area that they deal with some ugly attitude peeps but this spot is more like a 3.5. Near a 4 but not quite. Again, good Dutch. I really enjoy their caffeinated beverages, they have good prices not over priced like Starbucks and they have stamp cards if you get your stamp card filled u get a free drink i believe u need 10 stamps. They have cold drinks, hot drinks and they also have refreshing energy drinks and they are pet friendly. Theres two drive thru windows so that the lines dont get to long. The staff is really friendly but they are not consistent on making the drinks right I've had a few coffee drinks made wrong. None the less i'll still come here its really close to me the service is great and the coffee dranks are good! Dutch Bros Gang on mines! Check them out you wont be disappointed. read more

I know this DB's is in the hood but this is my honest review... Friendly helpful staff is a major plus when dealing with their seemingly hidden menu style. I just pull up and say what I'm feeling like that day, and they help me figure out exactly what I'm looking for. Fruity? Chocolatey? A lot of caffeine? Degree of sweetness? Milk subs? Something happened the other day. I FINALLY tried...... DUTCH BROS COFFEE!!! And, it was MAGICAL! Yes y'all, Shayla is now on board with that Dutch Bros movement!!! I needed a sugary caffeine fix to keep me up during my drive back home from SMF. And, Dutch Bros did just that! This location in particular is open 24/7 which is awesome considering the other locations nearby close by 10 or 11. Since it was my first time there, I did a little prepping by checking out their menu online. And just a quick warning: I don't drink coffee! BUT... I looove me some tea! Especially anything chai. Dutch Bros is like the holy grail of coffee, latte, tea, and chai tea variations! I seriously couldn't make a decision about what kind of chai tea that I wanted perusing their menu for 15 minutes! I'm so used to coffee shops just having the classic chai lattes. But Dutch Bros?? They've got flavors like cinnamon dolce, cinnamon roll, French vanilla bean, horchata, and French toast which are actually just to name a few! This girl right here was literally in chai latte HEAVEN! So many damn choices! I just wished that I could try them all! What's cool about Dutch Bros is that it's strictly a drive through like Java Detour. There was only 2 people in line in front of me when I pulled up, and it didn't take too long for me to make it up to the window. The young lady who assisted me was really sweet! I finally decided on the French Toast Chai and got it "Picture Perfect" as per her suggestion. Picture perfect = whipped cream, caramel syrup, and chocolate syrup. You're damn right I loaded up on ALL of that sugar and those carbs! And guess what? It tasted fan-freakin'-tastic and kept me awake during my long ride back home to the bay. I love their sippy-cup like lids! That lid made it easier for me to drink while I was driving home. No spillage and a lot more tea flowing through. Aside from their tea, what also really attracted me to Dutch Bros was their story. I love the fact that it was started by two brothers who were struggling to get their life back on track. It really goes to show that dreams do really come true. It's also wonderful that they donate over $2 million a year to local communities and nonprofit organizations, one being the muscular dystrophy association (Dane, one of the founders passed away from Lou Gehrig's disease). I will always support businesses that support local communities. My ONLY complaint about Dutch Bros Coffee is... there aren't enough locations in the Bay Area! Please, please, pleeeeease bring more locations to the East Bay! I promise that I would visit faithfully if you did! The Bay is really missing out on this goodness! I would love you forever if you expanded into my hood. Anyways, enough with the begging and pleading for now. In the meantime, I'll just get it when I can.
