Best Dutch Bros from Sac to Las Vegas! Super friendly staff, coffee is done correctly and consistently, limited outdoor seating and drive-thru like most of the locations. We are so happy to have Dutch Bros in West Sac! We are here at least two times a week, so often that the staff that has been here since they opened know our drinks! Feel the love! We looking forward to seeing one built somewhere on the south end of West Sac! There are a few pastry choices and whatever coffee and tea you can think of. The only thing missing for me is soy milk; however, there are several choices of alternative milks. I love that the large cups for iced drinks are larger than other coffee shops, more for your money! You can get your drink just how you like it. The wait, if there is one, is tolerable. this has to be one of the worst Dutch bros in the Sacramento county! every time I come here they mess my drink up, give me the wrong drink, broistas always have an attitude, they all automatically add a tip without saying anything, and lastly when I was given my drink today the broista clearly saw my drink was half melted and not all the way full ( literally looked as if someone took a sip out of it ) and proceeded to hand me my drink. Dutch bros definitely has a fan base and I can't quite say I'm in there but I do give it a try every time I can and when I'm by one. I check this location out at 9pm one night just needing a boost! I did get a chai tea latte as I did not want a high caffeine boost at night. The young lady who look my order was friendly and I did get my drink delivered quite quickly after ordering it but the drink did lack flavor. It tasted milky and not much sweetness or chai flavor. It wasn't horrible but wasn't great.I have had a great experience ordering this drink in the past at other locations so maybe just an off day when I went in. read more

My husband and I love this location. We come here often before work around 6:50am-7am. Staff is so nice, can't think of anyone's name unfortunately. The gentlemen with the colored hair is nice, the 2 or 3 ladies are very sweet as well, and there's another gentleman. They now know our order because we come so often. We get hot annihilator and cold golden eagle; always good. The lines are usually quick. I especially love the music they play, usually 90s or 2000s hip hop or r&b; they used to blast the music which I LOVED (hubby not so much) but lately the music is a lot quieter, which I totally understand why. Came here last night after the River Cats game and I really should have read the reviews before coming. We have one down the street from us in EG but wanted something to cool us down on our drive home. This is far the WORST Dutch we have been to. I have never been more humiliated in my entire life! Went to dutch bros on my way to Roseville this morning, like I do almost every morning. When I got to the window, I handed the employee at the window a $20 bill. She looked at the bill and looked at me and told me the money was fake and that they couldn't accept it. I assured her that it was most definitely not fake, my husband had received it as change at the gas station. I asked her if she had a counterfeit pen or if she could ask someone else to take a look at the bill. She repeatedly ignored my questions and just kept saying "do you have anything else?". I didn't have any other cash on me, but I told her I was there every day and that the money was fine. She raised her voice at me and told me I needed to leave. My drink was sitting there, she refused to give it to me and accused me of passing off fake money. I am so mortified! Never have I been treated so poorly, this woman treated me like I was a criminal and a piece of garbage. I spend thousands of dollars on coffee with this company every year and I'm just beyond blown away. For a company that prides themselves on outstanding customer service, someone should really take a look at the hiring at this location. So I got a free dink from them on the app because I was a new customer on the app. Not a new new customer. I got my free 911 coffee, I'm glad it was free but it wasn't what I ordered. It wasn't a 911 with six shots it tasted like it had 2 but barely. It was Tuesday I'm thinking Yayy free coffee before I go to work have an awesome day.... But no. I was extremely disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the caffeine content of the drink, I get the 911 for a reason cuz I love the caffeine. But I was very saddened by the fact that it wasn't what I ordered, even it was free for my for the first time with the app and I gave a tip as well so disappointing. It was 8:40 ish on a Tuesday. It's sad to say this but this hasn't been the first time with these problems with this same thing has happened multiple times with drinks that I've paid for myself. With them not being up to pare with Dutch Bros standards. With this being free for this to continually happen, I still want to go but for now I'll stick to Starbucks for my morning coffee. I was extremely excited when Dutch Bros came to West Sac, But these things keep happening there. So I implore this place to change so that I may give a favorable review. I placed a mobile order a nearly a whole hour and a half in advance. Waited in line for almost 20 minutes, (because people did not know what they wanted and were letting other strangers with mobile orders cut them in line) get up to the window and the girl tells me they're just now starting on my order...I placed an order at 2pm for 3pm pick-up. Waited in line for about 20 mins, and I STILL had to wait for my drink!!! The whole point of ordering ahead for a scheduled pick-up is that it's supposed to be ready ON TIME!! I get it if I had said "ASAP", but like I said, I ordered almost an hour and a half in advance and STILL had to wait!! If the workers prioritized orders as they should I wouldn't have any complaints, but because they were SUPER behind schedule and made me late for work, I'm pretty dissatisfied!! Plus, my drink didn't quite taste as I had specified, but I was not about to wait another 2 hours for them to get it right. This location is definitely NOT my go-to location and I would refrain from coming back if it weren't the closest in proximity to my workplace. This place was AWFUL! No receipt. Not even asked, or I would have called the numbers usually provided on the ticket. My Golden Eagle Blend (icee-frappe) was disgusting at the least, I asked for Almond Milk and Half Sweet, Xtra Shot Espresso with regular Whipped Cream. Pure WATER nastiness. No almond milk. Not sweet at all. Whipped Cream was a damn joke. Annihilator was better, but never again, Iced, with Xtra Shot Espresso...but this place is just garbage. Had a lady walking around in super short shorts asking what we wanted and there's no menu to read off of. Is this In and Out? At least they have a menu and a respectable outfit to wear. Thankfully we had our phones open. Never coming back again. Train the young adults working there properly. Give them proper instructions and maybe a photo of what. beverage should look like. I usually don't write reviews but this is honestly one of the worst services I got from Dutch bros. There was a long line in the drive thru so I got out the line to order at the window. As I got there I waited a little while then someone opens the windows and asks if I have been help. I said no then she continues to tell me I will help you in a little and slammed the window.ok... so then I waited 5 minutes then 10 minutes until I reached 15 minutes and no one ever helped me so I left. And this is one of many unfortunate things that happened to me at this place. I think the people at this location need to do better and be kinder to the people that bring them business. read more
