I mentioned in the girl I about the cookie shake that got messed up and canceled it but Andreas beautiful self completely saved me! Now I know what to order and MAN is this good! I think this dutch bros is the one I have the most issues at..if I can avoid coming to this location I would... kind sux that you have to accept a hit or miss coming here ....i spent $45 dollars today for 2 of my drinks to be watered down..they gave me 2 blue Oasis dutch2os with strawberry boba...I knew it would be a issue when the gave me my drink and the top was clear like if they didn't add enough and topped it off with more water...after telling them about it they wanted to charge me .50 for something that should have already been in there..I was asked did you want it extra sweet or something.i said no I want it normal..so after ther "fix" it still taste like a watered down mediocre drink that I just paid full price for...they probably just mixed it in because a blue Oasis color is very this drink was so light in color...another bad experience at this location... read more

So I have been seeing videos of people saying that Dutch Brothers is way better than Starbucks on my TikTok. Decided to give it a shot. Now, I don't know if every Dutch Brothers is as awesome as the one that I went to, but my experience was fantastic. I was just there today, and the woman who was out taking orders in line was so sweet and friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out a drink and as I was pulling away, she said I hope you enjoy it and let me tell you I really did. She encouraged me to get the peppermint mocha and it was so delicious. It reminded me of a Gilmore girls episode discussing whether it was possible to make love to a hot beverage. If you could, This would be it. I also ordered two muffin tops because that's what they have. I was hoping they were a fresh product, but they're just a cute bagged treat. BUT, The icing on the cake was the guy at the window passing out drinks. For starters, I watched him pass out a large ice water to the car in front of me, and as I was rolling my eyes (I was a store manager at Starbucks once upon a time so I know water is the most annoying drink to make..... It shouldn't be a barista's responsibility to manage your hydration....) but this guy was super sweet. His bubbly personality was such a joy to experience on a Saturday morning before my caffeine fix. I would go back to this location just to see the two employees I encountered again. dutch is one of my favorite spots but this location genuinely sucks!!! they constantly get my order wrong/provide the wrong materials (such as ordering a boba drink but not being provided the right straw). Guest experience with the staff, could use improvement as well. while taking my order, they often distract each other with conversation that is not work related, which could also be why my orders are incorrect. I'm not one to complain, but I was given a rebel drink (typically a NON dairy drink) that was incorrect with soft top, which is not ok as I have a lactose allergy. Unfortunately due to time and delayed realization I was not able to correct the issue and ended up having to discard the drink altogether. Grand opening is a hit with many broistas working, managing traffic and providing great tasting drinks! They are still working out the kinks with the entry situation as far as traffic flow. I believe a chain and signs should help with this situation. The building is nice. There's plenty of parking so you can walk up if need be. Friendly staff here that make our visit nice every time. Love the iced coffees, because you can opt for light ice. Only thing I don't like is how much ice they put in the rebels, they don't offer light ice for them. I took out ice of my iced rebel, and the drink went down half way. I am a die hard dutch customer, all over the pacific coast. I only go to dutch bro's. I frequent this location as its on my way to work, usually they have it together but today it was a complete joke!!! They hit on my wife right in front of me!!! Then they couldn't get my drink order right. I ordered it four times!!! All I wanted was a peppermint latte with 2 extra shots making it a total of 4 shots. I dunno what they were smokin but man it was a complete joke. I ended up with 4 shots in a larg cup with sprinkles on top?!? After the fourth time I just had to walk away. Like I said these guys usually have it together but today it was a joke. I'm a male myself, but when they seem to have a staff of all male it doesn't seem to run as smoothly. It's quite sad because I daily rain ot shine would visit this location but now I'll find a different one because I shouldn't have to repeat my order four times and each time get a different drink, everything being not what I ordered. read more

It's me again. I came back to this Dutch bros one because it's the closest 1 to my house 2 because it's right next to my job as well. Anyways, they told me the manager told me her name is Ramona. She told me not to come back because I was giving feedback because her employees keep messing up my drink. If I come to establishment 5 days out of the week and they mess up my drink at least 2 out of those times It's a Little frustrating, but for a manager to tell a customer that they see regularly to not come back because they're giving feedback is completely unprofessional unprovoked, I wasn't rude, I wasn't nasty, I'm just trying to get them to simply see my side of things. When they were completely unprofessional, I hope this reaches somebody that I actually do something because they continue to ruin your drinks and then get upset when you provide feedback. Dutch Bros on La Riviera needs to have a conversation with their employees about friend time during business hours. I went through the drive thru today a little after 6 pm and there was a customer at the window two cars ahead of me and the girl taking orders was what I thought taking an order on the car in front of me but I also thought it was weird that she was just holding the iPad and was just talking to the girl in the car so after about 10 minutes and the car at the window gone I decided to ask if we could order because it had been a while and she responds "yeah after she orders" and right when her friend pulled up to the window they handed her the drink so that only tells me that she had ordered a while back and they were just talking with complete disregard for the rest of us waiting in the car to order. This is not the first time this girl has helped me and the last time she also had a smug attitude. Dutch Bros. Please look into your employees a little bit more. read more

They don't place any priority on call ahead or walk up orders you may as well not even bother unless you wanna wait outside for a long time even if they're not busy they won't start making your order ahead until you get there. They also try to make it hard to get a hold of the manager won't let you know their name and won't let you know when you can get a hold of them. read more

I do not like the way the owner or management of that place takes care of their employees. There is an employee sitting out giving orders in 100° weather with no tent or no hat or no cover to keep themselves from burning from the sun. That is unacceptable and the owner of this place should provide something. Just like at Chick-fil-A their employees are always taken care of whether rain or hundred degree weather.
