This is one of my favorite Jamba Juice location. It's convenient for me and plenty of parking. I usually order from the app and pick-up. The staff is very nice and polite. My order is always ready when I get there. I'm in and out. I pretty much get the same thing every time. Large Mango-A-go-go with whey protein serve in split cups - something I learned recently. I drink one and give one to my son. Enjoy in moderations! I love mangoes and I love this drink and can't imagine myself getting tired of it. Came in here on a sundae morning in March. Upon entering I said hello how are you doing. The man in the picture just looked at me and said one second.. no greeting nothing. Then I placed and order and he appear to be over his shift ready to go home. And I get it it's nice outside and it's already 2.. I place an order that equal $18 and I handed him a 20.. he looked at the Asian worker and said do we take this? And she said how much is the order he replied $18 and she said no.. I get it then I handed him $20 and he marked my bill twice, checked it in the light and even scratched it. lol dude I have money even though I looked raggedy today... it's not okay to profile your customers!! A nice spot I love to frequent typically after Saturday morning Jiu Jitsu. I typically come in with the family and or just the boys, and will either grab just a smoothie; typically a Caribbean Passion, Razzmatazz or White Gummi (that used to be on the secret menu). Or I'd go with an Acai bowl and add blue Spirulina and a cheddar pretzel to help refuel after class. The inside of the establishment is always clean, and the line varies; sometimes I'm in and out pretty quick and sometimes there are a good number of people. Earlier today I came in around lunch time and noticed there was only one employee working, (I didn't catch his name, but he was thin and was wearing glasses). Although there was a line and multiple people coming in for pickups, he seemed to remain calm and was able to get to everyone in an appropriate manner with the circumstances. I noticed him about a week ago working with another girl and the store looked very clean (more than it has been in the past) and they were both excellent and helped me pick the perfect over ice drink for me. This location always leaves the whey protein chalky and not properly blended. Curbside pickup doesn't get brought out to you, you have to walk in and get it which defeats the purpose. I visited this location on Tuesday, 7/18/23. I came in during a time when the employees were truly busy. I didn't mind waiting, though. I proceeded with ordering a Large Razmatazz smoothie. I requested for the smoothie to be prepared thick. I saw the employee leaving my drink in the blender for about 10 minutes; it was already melting. Upon pouring, the smoothie was extremely loose. The employee still tried to give it to me anyways. I asked for it to be re-made. When I finally got my drink, it tasted extremely sugary as if the recipe was off. It seemed like too much sherbet was added. At this point, I waited 40 minutes. Again, I was very patient with waiting. However, it was a huge disappointment for my drink to be re-made because it was not prepared to my liking. Then, it came out to be overwhelmingly sweet as a result. I love visiting this Jamba location. The workers are always friendly and attentive. I typically order on the app, which is awesome btw. My order is always ready quick and the app gives tons of perks (they email me weekly with great offers); I'm even a gold member now which I never knew was a thing. Personally, I try to steer away from the more common smoothies that I used to love but don't love all the sugar. My go to is the Vanilla Sky (lowest sugar smoothie I've found on the menu) and to mix it up I'll add blueberries sometimes. The parking lot isn't my favorite because the spaces are super tight, but I'll stick it out to grab my Jamba fix. read more

The first time I ordered the same bowl pictured but no chia seeds, I had reservations on them but I was in a rush to get back to work and didn't mind it. Not one to be motivated to deviate from my long time favorite Mega Mango (add banana to create fruity, creamy, perfection). What I loved about today's smoothie mixologist is the thickness of my smoothie...it was perfect! Most times other locations make them too thin (perhaps juice-to-fruit ratio is different) so it's challenging to savor a thin smoothie versus one with milkshake like texture. OJ juicer is not working again. Bummer that their new branding has cut out the older green juices. It happens. But when you order a drink that is not what you ordered is disappointing. I am aware of their goodness guarantee but I did not find out that my order was wrong until I left to my car being given white paper cups that conceal the color of your drink. Team Member's knowledge of the products who worked at the register was questionable. I had to inform her what ounces equal to what size of cups and it wouldnt even matter due to throwing it all in a same size paper cup. To another being given more product than was asked would be considered a favorable feat but for those who are cutting: Calorie count is a thing esp if one is to prepare for a workout after and it throws you off with inaccurate nutritional facts and sizing portions. Cleanliness of the store and what i was given could do some work. Had excess/spilled smoothie all on the side of the cup and got on my hands even when it was double cupped. Overall Inconsistent in the quality of my drinks at this location. Unfortunately, I could not recommend JJ anymore as an experience nor as a healthier alternative. read more

Dropped in for the first time in a really long time the other day and a lot has changed at Jamba juice. They took a lot of items off of the menu and they did give the place a makeover. The place does look happier and more cheerful these days. I also do have to comment that they actually make reusable cups now that they do sell at the counter so that part of the place is pretty sweet. Gotta love the fact that they are trying to take away from the environmental impact that fast food places on the ocean. Im still seeing that if you actually want real fresh juice, you do have to order off of the fresh juice menu. Everything else is just sugar drinks loaded with sorbet and concentrate. There is an Employee there named Olivia who was extremely rude to me about a week and a half ago. I spoke to her manager who told me she would speak to her. Olivia was sort of competitive with me and was sarcastic with me for no reason. I have no idea why this employee thought that I would put up with her abuse and attitude, but she got the wrong customer. My Jamba Juice costs 8 bucks, why should I put up with an attitude from a new employee or any employee when I am polite and appropriate? Treat me well and give me my receipt.
