I went at 6 o'clock to order a and a breakfast sandwich for the first time in a long time since I'm now . This is the worst cup of coffee in 25+ years I've ever received from any Starbucks I have visited throughout the US. All because I chose not to tip when I paid for my coffee. The young lady at the window let other staff members know and the looks exchange told me they were unhappy. I didn't expect to get two day old burnt coffee in my cup. I may not be what happened, but that's what this coffee taste like and to spend $10 for a coffee and a breakfast sandwich is expensive when you're retired, but uncalled for because the staff is unhappy. read more

Person working the register goes to sit down between customers. There was noticeable housecleaning that could've been done, instead of being on a cell phone. Lots of ice in cold brew. If you get down to order instead, only park near the entrance if you plan on staying long as the drive-thru line will block you in. The picture below is a caramel crunch frappucino, it is one of my favorite drinks. However, many times when I order this drink it is simply blended ice coffee with whipped cream. Today was different, the consistency of the drink was perfect, it had a great balance of caramel, and overall tasted well. I wish they would make this drink like this everytime!! read more

Unbelievably lousy customer service! I ordered ahead with the app so the food would be ready when I arrived. I arrive 5-7 mins later; walk in. Barista asks my name, then looks at incoming orders, tears mine off the printer and sheepishly claims, "It just came through." I wait, and wait. They finally give me three of the four items on my order. I point out that I'm an item short. The guy cooking sandwiches says he hasn't a clue what happened to that fourth one, but he'll cook it again. After fumbling around for what seems like forever, he tosses another sandwich in the oven. Then he gets distracted and walks away. When the sandwich is finished, one of the drive-thru people bags it, picks it up, and carries it to the drive-thru window. Four or five minutes later, Sandwich guy finally wakes up, realizes I'm still waiting. (Some ten minutes have elapsed by now.) He frantically looks for and finally locates the sandwich, which by now has reverted to near room temperature, and without a word of apology, fairly flings it at me. When I get to my car and open the bag, the pieces of the sandwich have separated, the cheese is melted on the inside of the bag, and it's basically inedible. When I return it, I am met with scorn. Not an apology or an offer to compensate me for the inconvenience--just snippy and overt contempt. I'll never go here again. Oh, and the coffee they gave me was tepid, too. read more

Brace yourself for a long line. I have never gone here and not waited at least 5-10 minutes in the drive through and even sometimes up to 20 minutes. BUT if you prepare yourself for a wait it's not a big deal (listen to a podcast or some good music and roll the windows down and just enjoy it). The parking lot is small so honestly it does get a little chaotic and stressful when the cars are lined up really far from the drive through but that's how you know it's good! Came in here last night and it was the worst experience I have ever had at any Starbucks. We ordered three drinks at 7:15 and there were four employees. One on the drive through and three hanging around. The girl who took our order seemed super Inconvenienced but I figure hey everybody has a bad day. We sit down at a table to wait and it becomes 7:39 and there are maybe 6 other people in the cafe and only one had received their drinks. One of the employees was cleaning on of the coffee machines but no one could be bothered to make a hot drink yet somehow the cars in the drive through were getting service. We had somewhere to be at 8 and didn't expect to wait over 30 minutes for a drink and we were told it would be about another 10 minute wait for our drinks. My Five star review is only for the barista named Gracie. She made the best tasting Iced Carmel Macchiato I have ever had from a Starbucks. I was with my husband and tasted his, and it was that good my husband wanted to go back and find out who made it. I ended up ordering the same thing. Now, for my husband to go back to find out who made it it big because he NEVER does that. Gracie made me one and it was JUST as good!... This is my go-to Starbucks! I absolutely love this Starbucks location. The staff is very friendly. I've made several friends here. The manager is awesome! Everybody is just so nice. Also, the wait times are usually short. Whether you go through the drive thru or through the inside it doesn't take too long to get your order. Every single time I've ordered, it always comes out just right. If I get coffee, it's good. If I get a muffin or a cheese danish, it's good. They get it right here! I have been to this location a few times before, but today I was helped out by Justus and received amazing customer service! When I got to the window one of my drinks was actually made incorrectly and missing the cold foam I requested to add to it, without hesitation Justus took responsibility with a smile and remade my drink immediately! While I was waiting on the correct drink I overheard just how polite and respectful Justus was to each and every customer coming through the drive thru behind me while taking their orders and it was truly an experience! read more
