Incredibly balanced, smooth, and full of Autumn flavor without being overly sweet. Their cookie and cinnamon roll, was top tier. Absolutely loved that the baked goods are made fresh in-house. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially considering I was returning food due to a legitimate food safety concern. What bothered me most was the complete lack of an apology or acknowledgment of the issue. A simple "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way. Instead, as I was leaving the restaurant, I overheard the employee loudly telling the kitchen that I was "complaining" about my food being raw, despite the fact that I was still within earshot. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. Undercooked food can be an honest error. However, customer service is how a business responds when something goes wrong, and unfortunately this experience was handled very poorly.
