For example, the sliders were very tiny and the deal was two for six dollars. I would rather pay a little bit more for a much bigger sandwich in an egg McMuffin or something similar. Coffee was good but nothing exceptional and the energy drink that my husband got was basically just a knock off Red Bull. It was OK but I would rather just get a Red Bull. They're nice until you don't give them a $10 tip and then they're rude. The fake smile and then turning around and talking about customers to each other is so catty and a high school, mean girl vibe. I mean, most of the workers are young girls, though. Every time I go, my drinks aren't made right and half the time tastes watered down. In fact, I'd say this is a place for people who hate the taste of coffee and want to mask the flavor with copious amounts of sugar. I don't think they even had drip coffee on the menu. Today I was on another random drive for my coffee fix. I am pretty sure this whole weekend I have been visiting one place for coffee and I have not looked back. I needed some new energy in my life so there has been on place in mind, Dutch Bros. This location is my very first Dutch Bros I visited. It was through my family that really hooked me in. But today's visit was a more busier day with the drive thru packed. I decided instead to park and walk up. I went with a fan favorite and picked the iced Golden Eagle. A very similar in style to the green logo offering. But I always never forget to grab a pup cup for my pup at home. She's a big fan of it and knows when I make my coffee runs. If you enjoy vanilla, caramel, espresso and topped off with caramel drizzle, this is it. Overall never has there been a bad visit from my times at Dutch Bros. They are a fresh approach to coffee for me without the fuss of self-centered egos of the typical coffee shop environment. The broistats/braistas are always great and positive vibes. I love how the staff is always so friendly, no matter what the weather situation is like. Yes, I have the app, I collect the stickers and I enjoy the points. Theres always a line at drive thru, but it goes quick. If you need to get $h!t done, order the 9-1-1. Beware: the caffeine boost on that one might freak you out, it's not for the weak. I am always hesitant to go to places with so many options or combinations because god forbid you are not a master of ordering. I was turned on to this place because of a friend and loved my drink. So today was my first time ever ordering myself and you would have thought I committed a crime. I placed my order (lovely young lady), pull up to the window and the other lady asked did I want the coconut milk on top or blended. Heck, I dunno , blended? So she turned to the girl making the drink and says she wants it blended. So she made my drink over rolled her eyes and said " well why didn't she say that?" I am a continuous reoccurring customer of Dutch bros and have been going since its booming business in 2021.I've been to several different ones and I would say the service at this Dutch bros is much better than the service of the other Dutch bros right down the road that is also on highway 6. I think a lot of the workers here do a good job of trying to have good customer service which is what a lot of customer service based places lack these days. Of course the drinks are good that is undeniable and not up for debate. I do think as a whole Dutch bros should work on not allowing cars to cut in front of others when both sides of the drive through are full.There isn't much to say about the ambiance since it's not a sit down coffee place. read more

DUTCH BROTHERS COFFEE, the most WOKE company of them all: My wife and I are coffee lovers and we like the Dutch Brothers coffee brand. Recently, we went through the drive-through at Dutch Brothers in Sugar Land and somebody cut in front of us from the other lane. When I complained to the manager, he seemed to laugh about it like it was no big deal. I am 79 years old and came from a generation where people cared about what other people think which meant that nobody would ever cut in line for any thing. I was so upset about it that I called customer service with Dutch Brothers in Oregon and the lady that answered the customer service line told me directly that this was company policy. They even had a name for it. They called it the Zipper Lane. I told her she could take her zipper lane and stick it where the sun don't shine and hung up. My wife and I will never return to Dutch Brothers coffee. We have Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Tim Hortons, close to the house, which we will now use. read more

Came yesterday for the grand opening. I usually goto the Rosenberg location but I was in the area so I dropped by around 8am. Drive thru I always hate bc it's 2 lanes that merge into one after someone on an iPads takes your order. So I went to the walk up window. There's no line. I ordered and waited 5 minutes for my drink. They offered a free chai they made by mistake so I dipped that while I waited for my Bogo. I got the islander frozen and the camp fire cold brew (my favorite goto). I was very excited to see a Dutch Bros in this area right by the busy street that is Hwy 6. They've recently opened, and it seems like lots of people are stopping by to get their coffee fix. Costumer service is always great here, Chick-Fil-A style great. By this I mean, they have kiddos out here on tablets, that come straight to you to take your order and payment. So, when you pull up the the front, your order should be ready. During my last visit, this was no different. My go to is an Iced Cocomo, which is their famous coconut mocha, perfect for this Houston Heat. The kiddos working this shop are super nice, and have a cool vibe to them.
