Stumbled across this spot as it's not easy to get to and I am so glad I did! The parking can be tricky, same as the seating - both are limited. We've lucked out both times we've been and have snagged a parking spot and a chair at the counter. I've had both the hot and iced almond milk latte and it's good. We've had the rice krispy treats twice too and they are so fresh. My son enjoyed the bacon cheese sandwich and the chorizo burrito while my daughter said the blueberry muffin was her favorite. We've been able to talk with Matthew on both our visits and his cheerful demeanor is such a light. I had never heard of Bitty and Beau's prior to my visit and I appreciated the story and explanation of how special their coffee shops are. This Bitty & Beau's Coffee, part of a small nationwide chain, was perfectly located near my hotel so that I could get my morning cold brew and breakfast sandwich fix. I walked over here three mornings in a row and loved the atmosphere, the friendly service, the mission of the place, and...of course...the coffee. The cold brew is pretty top notch in my opinion. I'm not a fruity or floral coffee kind of guy, and this cold brew isn't like that. It's a very "friendly" cold brew that has a nice rich taste without off-the-chart notes. Nice to find a place other than Starbucks that can offer a cold brew like that and do it in a more sophisticated manner. I also enjoyed my breakfast sandwiches. I ordered two different kinds total, both with sausage: one on a croissant and one on a biscuit. Neither were anything to look at really, but the taste was very good. They offer lots of places to sit inside and out, with both counter seating and table seating indoors. Lots of places to plug in with your devices. Super clean restrooms. They also have a nook of pretty cool branded merchandise. Not your ordinary coffeehouse, the chain intentionally employs those with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and I was served capably by just those folks each morning I came. It's a really excellent cause that I was only too happy to support given the quality of the place. Parking is plentiful, but it's a little confusing finding the entrance, which actually faces the road and not any of the parking areas. But just park somewhere nearby in the shopping center, walk in the direction of the coffeehouse, and you'll find the door. And I recommend that you do. Definitely worth a stop...or two or three. :) read more

Bright and airy. They also have stickers, shirts and hats for sale. Food options vary from cookies to muffins and chicken and waffles. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. They sold my friend a sandwich that they were out of and they made her a different one and a bonus espresso shot. They totally go out of their way to accommodate. The coffee is delicious. I always wondered how a coffee shop with no drive through could survive. As others have noted this franchise supports those with special needs by providing jobs. The shop was half full late on a Tuesday morning with groups of young people in conversation nd od course those on a laptop. Stop here and check this out. Some who work there do a shift or two a week to help out. The shift manager used to teach special needs kids and is here to keep her commitment going. read more

This is my first visit to this location. I have visited several Bitty & Beau's. This location was clean and plenty of room to sit inside or outside. They had connect four and corn hole outside. There people there working as well. The staff was super nice. We met Ryan and he has quite a pallet. He knew all about the coffees and how they tasted. One of the managers was there and she was super nice. She taught employees how to make the upcoming pumpkin frappe and gave us samples. The pumpkin frappe was delicious but very rich. It might be better with skim milk. The mocha was perfect and just the right amount of mocha. The everything bagel and cinnamon roll were both delicious. The burrito is spicy so if you don't like spicy, I would avoid. We ordered and they graciously gave us something else instead. I love that they employee individuals with disabilities! This is what inclusion is all about! read more

My friend and I wanted to have a cafe sit down and we stumbled upon this cute spot. It's kind of hidden in a complex. It's super cute, an adventurous vibe once you walk in. My friend ordered an iced chai latte and I customized mine with chai and matcha latte. Don't knock it till you try it. It was delicious. We also ordered their rice crispy treat. Service is up front, you order and pay at the register. Process was quick. It's a great spot for small and large groups, quick bites, to-go/pick up orders, meetings, studies, etc. I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area. Till then, let's sip! read more

We really liked this place, the location, very clean, they had games for the kids outside, seating inside and outside, very nice! We were welcomed as soon as we entered. After taking our order we patiently waited for our order, which unfortunate they didn't get quite right but were happy to correct it. We didn't order any prepared food, just the prepackaged fruity cereal rice crispy treat (wasn't great). Our drinks were good and we truly appreciate what this coffee place stands for, I love that they have created an inclusive working environment. read more

So many things to like about this coffee spot but I don't think I would recommend it or return. This is a difficult review to write, I absolutely love the location near my hotel in the Star, the outdoor area is very nice and open, they support and employ people with special needs, and the staff is super friendly. Unfortunately the layout of the counter is pretty bad. On my first attempt to get coffee I apparently walked in the wrong door and I thought I was in line only to have several people push in front of me saying they were first even though I watched them walk in after me due to the position of the "line" the way it's laid out make you feel it's the next person not the next in line, but I'm not going to argue with a mom pushing a baby stroller and ordering a half dozen specialty drinks when all I wanted was a coffee so I waked out and got the Starbucks at my hotel. The following day I returned and walked around the building so I could walk in the other door and be in line. As soon as I walk the same experience someone coming from the other door thought they were in line I was in a hurry and really just wanted a simple black coffee to go. The lady was with a special needs child and I offered to let her in front of me. She said she was not in a rush and I could go ahead. I ordered my coffee and paid then waited almost 15 minutes for the coffee. They mixed up the order of orders and some how mine got missed, then the nice gentleman with special needs was not sure the difference between queen of hearts and queen of diamonds so he kept calling the wrong "number" and I didn't know it was for me. One of the managers saw it sitting on the counter and called queen of diamonds and I was able to get my coffee. Unfortunately it was over roasted or over heated when being made and was one of the most bitter cups of coffee ever, I drank about half and tossed the rest. Truly a wonderful concept but I think it needs some work to make for smoother customer experience. read more

I love checking out new coffee spots when I travel and came across this one by chance. I later learned the owners started the shop for their two children with Down syndrome, creating opportunities in a world where employment can be especially tough to find for those with special needs--and that really moved me. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. I ordered a cold brew with vanilla cold foam; the cold foam wasn't my favorite, but the cold brew itself was delicious, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Inclusive & diverse coffee shop with industrial vibes nearby the Star in Frisco. The shop is inviting with friendly staff, they greeted us right as we walked through the door. Came here for a morning coffee, I'm not from the area so I was excited to try a new spot. We stopped at Bitty & Beaus coffee. It wasn't too packed but there was definitely in and out. We fell in love with their story and the concept behind it. The music was soft and calming and it would be a great area to get some work done. Everyone was so friendly.
