Instead of embarrassing a little girl at checkout, the employee recognized what was happening and kindly pushed the transaction through. I saw the incorrect PIN notification on my phone, immediately tried calling my daughter, and we both went back to settle the payment. That small act of kindness and understanding meant a lot.
